I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic Customer Service in the lack of hassle in the return based on that I would absolutely do business with them again, but I would be wary of what comes out of the warehouses and whether or not they smell, musty or moldy I probably wouldn't buy another mattress ever from them, but I may definitely look at other furniture in the future. I was told that the GE oven was the one that had those options, so it was ordered. After I tried to cook something on the cook top, with no luck, I found out that this cook top was a induction top. NO ONE at that store told me anything about this cook top, nor was it explained. I figured all that out on my own. I called to get them to take it back, because I was within 30 days of buying this oven. I was told that I had 3 days to return it and I should have read that on the delivery paper that I signed when it was delivered. I NEVER SIGNED ANY PAPER!! They said I did but when I asked them to get me a copy of where I signed, they could never find it. So it kind of seems to me that they are being a bit deceptive here with that. So now I have a stove and half of my pots and pans dont work. SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT YOUR BUYING. I contacted GE to see if there was anything they could do. They could not believe that they wouldn't take it back. They are only worried about turning a fast buck and nothing about customer satisfaction.

However, I take stars off this review because of the store owner's indifference to customer comfort and even safety. I went shopping with my 92-year-old mother for a recliner, which are all located on the second level. The only way to reach the second level is by climbing up three long and steep ramps. My mom almost couldn't make this trip up and back with her walker. Just before we left, while we were back at the sales counter downstairs, my mom asked to use the restroom. She was told it was back on the second floor, which was impossible for her to do again. There should be an elevator, and I can't believe this current system is ADA compliant.
