We pretty much find everything that we're looking for while being able to sample items, and sometimes we even purchased the items that we get to sample. Love this Costco it's clean and usually pretty good with keeping shelves stocked and filled. They are revamping certain areas like the self checkout got moved to the right side instead of the left so there's a big confusion of lines and the employee is yelling across the place to ask if you're self checking out or not. There is a plethora of nut snacks and Dubai chocolate but not many other ethnic snacks drinks or sauces you have to go to other locations for it. But overall great location and items. read more

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Optical department at the Costco in Stockbridge/McDonough, GA. About a year ago I purchased glasses there and was told by the manager that they would only allow me a one-time return if I didn't like them. Recently I purchased another pair of glasses, but they did not fit properly and I was unhappy with them. When I attempted to return them, I was again told by employees that I could not return them and that it was "store policy." This confused me because Costco's optical return policy generally allows returns within about 60 days. I even called other Costco locations, including the Town Center location in Cobb County, and they confirmed that returns within that timeframe are normally not a problem. After speaking with multiple employees and the store manager, they eventually agreed to process the return, but they repeatedly said they normally do not allow it. That experience felt inconsistent with Costco's reputation for customer service and with what other Costco stores told me. The policies being explained at this location appear inconsistent with other Costco optical departments, and the experience left me feeling unfairly treated as a customer. Because of this experience, I would not recommend purchasing glasses from the optical department at this particular location until the return policy is clarified and applied consistently. read more

My recent furniture order (a 6-piece Fabric Modular Sectional), which was delivered three times and was seriously damaged each time, has left me feeling quite disappointed and irritated. Although the delivery crew was outstanding, they were more irritated than we were. On the last delivery attempt, they admitted that they had experienced the same problem with the furniture on numerous deliveries. Although it was packed, the liner ripped because the cushions were crammed into the bottom. The last delivery was the worst; it was filthy in addition to being torn apart. After reading every review, I'm inclined to question whether they were genuine. Talking with customer service on these issues was horrible. They were harsh, disrespectful, and didn't want to pass you on to someone who was above them. I have been an executive member since 2013. I live about 2 hours from a Costco, but I was always impressed with the warehouse and service. Customer service is NOT good. Customer service needs to be trained to realize that when someone has an issue with an item, to try to solve the issue and not try to offer a $50 coupon for a $3,000 purchase. The money isn't the issue. If someone asks for the item 3 times, they want the item. If Costco knows about this issue, why are they still utilizing this vendor? read more

This place was opened just around last Thanks Giving. Costco is my go to destination for all things essential and beyond. Costco is a members only warehouse selling a huge variety of items including bulk groceries, electronics and more. Costco offers unbeatable value and quality. This store is very well stocked and very well organized. Wonderful staff and great concessions. The bulk buying options are perfect for stocking up on household necessities and their Kirkland Signature brand items are consistently delivers top-notch products at a fraction of the cost of any name brands. The only thing missing is that they sell clothes, but they don't have any fitting/trial rooms. The membership perks, including discounts, travel deals, tire shop, photo shop, eye care and access to their gas stations, make the membership fee well worth it. The customer service is always friendly and helpful, and the return policy is second to none. Whether shopping in-store or on-line, Costco provides a seamless shopping experience with fast and reliable delivery options. Overall, Costco exceeds expectations in every aspect, making it my preferred choice for shopping. I highly recommend Costco to anyone looking to save money without compromising on quality. Pizza and industrial sized laundry detergent in the same place? I'm in. Location and Parking Located in Stockbridge, this store has been open just under a year. It's wonderfully clean, well stocked, and the store layout is easy to navigate. They also feature a gas station, which is very convenient. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient; Costco employees are always friendly and willing to help. Food and Beverages Their pizza remains undefeated. And the price hasn't changed in years... nuff said. Verdict I'll be back to fill up my gas tank... and my pantry. read more

This place is awesome! It's great on parking and the location is convenient. I wanted to check out the Halloween and Christmas decorations and I was super excited! They had everything! I really enjoyed all the Christmas decor! Any whoo if you need basic vehicle services they got you covered. Electrics, house hold supplies, grocery needs etc! You can even grab a bite to eat and they are very reasonable! I ended up with a karaoke machine and yes it was definitely entertaining fun on Christmas Day So check out my video and until next time SYOY! read more

I love Costco! From clothing to food Costco has the best value for cost and quality. The people that work there are so kind and helpful.

So I decided to get a Costco card because I want to reduce my reliance on other stores that don't treat their employees very well. I went to the store last Thursday and had a visitor pass to walk around and look at the store but not purchase anything. Costco has a very good selection of organic and non-organic foods, they even had reasonably priced eggs! They carried a variety of products that I use, and all of the prices were very competitive. I purchased my membership that very day! I ended up purchasing things in bulk that are shelf stable, like rice, vinegar, tuna and tomato paste. Some things like beef for stew and oranges were comparable to sale prices at Publix so I grabbed those while I was there. Everybody was extremely helpful and polite. A big plus was that the store was so super clean, I was amazed! I hope that with the increase in people getting memberships due to the better employee policies, despite the government pulling back on equality of employment opportunities, that the company will thrive and continue to benefit their employees and members! read more

I got a new membership since this location is now in my neighboorhood. I had to wait in line to get my membership card. Shopping was good. I got a ton of stuff but I really did need it all. I wanted to buy food in the middle of my shopping trip but I was not allowed to take my cart to that area so I just left it in an aisle. I was asked to show my card before checking out with all my groceries. My only issue they only take Visa. For me thats a huge negative so I probably wont be back. I need my points! read more

Not sure if it's because of a hurricane that just passed but it was not chaotic and busy as they usually are on Friday night. Everyone was friendly and all the shelves were well stocked. Costco has everything we need and more. We always find what we need. You can't beat the $1.50 hotdog and soda. Love taking the family here for a quick bite to eat and it doesn't break the bank. We chant "hotdog hotdog hotdog" every time we visit lol. Only complaint is the chicken bake that their serving is deferent from the ones they serve in California Costco's. The ones in California have actual chicken pieces, but the ones they serve here in George seems to have all ingredients smushed together there is no distinction of what you're eating it's all mixed into almost baby food. While signing up for a membership the representative was pushing the premium membership. Twice I said no and again stated her sales speech! Felt like I was in a time share sign up! Got to check out and put in my payment and was told the only take Visa cards or their credit card! No master card or amx. I started to leave and had my friends purchasers in care while she was in rest room, items already paid for! A sales person came up to me and said very nastily did you pay for these! When they first opend the staff was pretty mid. As they have gotten into the swing of things the staff has become far more friendly and welcoming! The food court is wonderful! The cookies are huge and worth the price as they are sweet and savory. You can't go wrong with the $1.50 hot dog and drink combo either ! I reccomend stopping here first before shopping so you don't have hungry shopping buys ! Sample crew is pretty reserved and not at all pushy on selling their products ... Shopping here can be overwhelming as compared to nearby Sam's club. Not a big fan of the layout. Prices are very good. Lunch/dining choices could be better. I was so excited to have a Costco in relative proximity to me finally but I was so disappointed. First off I signed up for a membership online but when I arrived I had to wait in a long line only to find out that there was a "glitch" in the system and I would have to start the process over again. Then I had to endure a high pressured and very annoying sales pitch for a more expensive membership even after I told the lady I wasn't interested several times. What took 20 minutes should have taken 5. I was also lied to that I would get $30 off my membership, which didn't happen. I spoke with several friends of mine who had this same experience at this store. However the shopping experience was pleasant, the store was clean and check out was fast. But that was on a week day and they weren't overly busy. I did really like the Kirkland brand of bacon, but the chicken packets were filled with excessive juices that were a total mess upon opening. Other items were comparable to other stores. Overall though I found that Sam's Club has cheaper prices and a better selection of items. Yes Sam's is about $30 more but you don't have to pay for any shipping (or 2-day delivery as Costco calls it) even if your order is only $10. I think I'll cancel my membership and ask for the refund they offered. Hopefully they weren't lying about that too. read more
