Joseph, Ryan and Jordan were very helpful, courteous and professional. I bought 4 new tires. In and out in 45 minutes. Very satisfied.

I have personally had all 5 of my cars and multiple sets of tires serviced at this location. The young man Jay has helped me almost everytime and he knows what he is doing. I think they have the best prices and service out of anyone around. read more

I went to get four new tpms installed on my car. had appointment but still took over two hours. that's not an issue. However, they either left a lugnut of one of my wheels or forgot to tighten it so it came off. I'll need tires soon but I'm hesitant to return because of the lugnut issue. I have since purchased a new lugnut that does not match the rest. expected better from a reputable tire business. read more

10am appointment arrived at 9:45 and checked in. Sat in my car waiting for the text and never received it. Went back in at 10:30 and they said I was not checked in. The previous day I call to see if the tires came in and was on hold for about 15 minutes. I asked my wife to call and she did. Someone answered the phone and helped me while, I was still on hold. They hung up on me after 20 minutes. The moral to this story is I always go to the one of 81. Always follow your first mind read more

This is my go-to place for tires! I started with them twenty-something years ago in Austin, Texas, and from there to California and now in Georgia. I must say that no matter what state I'm in, the service requested is always exceptional. I pulled in today to have my tires checked to see if I needed air. The light wasn't on, but I like to check just in case. The service guy didn't mind at all; he checked, and I really didnt need any air, but he added little air to my tires so I wouldn't be worried. I told him I needed tires in the rear, and he agreed. He wasn't just saying that because I know for a fact I do. Before moving here, I made an appointment with the Discounted Tires in Texas to install new tires. But I didn't have time to get it done because the moving company decided to pick up my car early. Plus, I'm a realtor and drive my car a lot, so I knew I needed tires. In saying that, I know the tires here are good, last for a long time, and the price is great. read more

I was at this location last week and I did not have an appointment's , I asked them it is OK. They said it's fine. We'll take care of you, and I was happy I said OK finally I'm gonna make it happen today, but my concern was that they should have informed me that it will be a long wait. No one said nothing just put that in their system and I was sitting there more than an hour. I approached to the desk. I said what is going on. I've been still waiting and the guy who took the appointment he didn't say anything. The next person was standing there. He came forward and he say oh don't worry you will take care of you and he look at his colleague and said yeah she is in the system. The other person told me that don't worry we will take care of you right away. I was happy to hear that after long wait but then I noticed that my car was still sitting there another 30 minutes nothing happened and I said OK. You know this is my last visit to this location. It was never been excited when I go to the McDonough 30253. Everything is on Front. They told you how long is gonna be wait what will be the timeframe everything comes to you before you decide that you want to do it or not but this is not acceptable. Sorry to say this way, but Service was not that excited. read more

We had a flat on I75. It was going down fast. Got off at Stock Bridge exit. When we arrived it was 10 lbs. The customer service was above and beyond!! It was 4 pm on a Saturday and they were busy. We went next door to eat bc we were traveling and had not eaten all day. They called while we were eating and said the tire was fixed and no charge!! We drove 1500 miles in that trip. Good job Discount Tire. read more

I bought my tires at discount tire. I happened upon a flat tire. I was able to get home and when I brought my car into discount tire they looked busy, I had to wait in line. They were able to plug the the tire and rotate them all for free, because that's part of their policy when you buy your tires from them. I did make an appointment before I came and they're guaranteed with their appointments that they'll get you in out within 45 minutes and they definitely did that for me. I recommend discount tire to everyone. They work with you with the tires and they offer great customer service. Every time I go there, everybody's hustling. read more

Very slow service. Poor customer service. I waited 2 and a half hours for 4 new tires. Then I was given the excuse that they had to go get a tire from somewhere else. He demanded payment first, which I thought that was strange but I paid. Usually you pay when the work is complete. The manager noticed me sitting and still didn't say anything. I don't appreciate the lousy service from this place and this is the second set of tires I purchased from them. Very disappointed with this place. read more

Came in for a tire change because I had a nail in my tire and was treated with respect and dignity. Jayden at the front desk was very kind, professional and helpful. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend. Thank you for your help today! read more

I love this place! I've been a few times and everyone is always nice, communicative, and service is speedy! On my most recent visit, I learned the reason my air pressure kept going out was due to a large nail! And they fixed it for freee! Discount Tire - Found in my tires... they fixed for free! - Tires Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

Good service and affordable tires. I have been getting my tires service here now for about 3 years. I did have 1 mishap one time where the stem in the tire was not placed correctly and it caused my tire to go flat on the highway. Fortunately, the state I was traveling to had a Discount Tire location. I was able to get my tire serviced for free. Actually, they didn't have my brand in stock so I got another tire for free. The service is quick if you make an appointment so it's highly suggested that you make one. They take walk ins as well but be advised that the wait time may be a little longer as you get pushed back behind the appointments. read more

Hakeem and the crew did AMAZING as usual. The thing I like best is that they listen. I had a very human emergency and they came up with a way to get me taken care of asap and under my budget. They really know how to put the "discount" in Discount Tire. I don't trust everyone with my car but these guys get it right! I'd recommend ANY Tesla owner trust this crew. read more

The Discount Tire in Stockbridge GA gave my grandmother's car to a stranger. The vehicle was later found and damaged. They initially offered to fix the car, and once they found out how much it cost to repair, they decided to offer a settlement. The settlement is unacceptable, considering my grandmother purchased her vehicle new. She wouldn't be forced to purchase a used vehicle with her own money had not Discount Tire not given away her vehicle! Something more needs to be done! Be careful entrusting your car with them! read more

Horrible place! My husband took my BMW in last week for a set of new tires. The ignorant employee broke a lug. The "manager" Hakeem was supposed to call my husband Friday with an appointment at a local shop to fix the issue which was estimated at $700... it's now Monday and no phone call. He called the shop today and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and Hakeem never answered. This place is a total joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! A simple set of 4 tires has now cost us TWO trips to this place and still no help. While waiting for them to "inspect the issue" on my car, we overheard another customer complaining of issues with hers! I own a business and can't play drive to the tire shop 40 minutes away a hundred times to fix an issue that should have NEVER happened. Zero stars. I guess we will have to drive to there AGAIN and talk to this "manager" read more

Came in for a patch, was greeted by Ray, let me know unfortunately due to their guidelines they couldn't do it on that specific tire due to it being a run flat. I said no worries, let's go look at some tires, made some things happen, saw some numbers and bam I'm getting all new four tires. In and out, I would definitely recommend looking out for Ray as he is going to 100 percent look out for you and keep it real to your needs. read more

This location enjoys taking advantage of women. They are not honest nor do they have the knowledge to help you decided on tires. I have been to this location three different times. I even purchased the warranty for all four of my tires. When I finally needed a tire they had to order it and that's fine, but the next day when I go to have the tire put on they ordered the wrong size and wrong tire. I've been giving the run around and talked down too as if this is my first car/flat tire. They need to hire people who have a passion for customer service and know something about car tires. It makes no sense that I had to sit for over 3 hours for one tire to be replaced because of their confusion. I've spent a lot of money and I feel cheated. I really wish they would hire better people and stop price gauging. This review is still not enough I will be calling the corporate office in the morning. read more

I love the free air and tire repair, but beyond that, the overall attitude of the place is positive and enjoyable. I can see why. The manager Haikeem Brown handles business quickly and efficiently. All of his guys are on point and polite. They explain everything to you and work as a team and get the cars in and out. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I call for a price an availability check put on hold never came back waited 45min. ridiculous are they that busy BS

Outstanding service. My car was done sooner than expected. Courteous staff. Grant helped me this most recent time there.

I needed 4 new tires, called in and the salesperson worked with me to see which tires would work best for my budget and size. I was able to get there by 5:30 PM and the staff was fast and friendly. They worked to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service and great customer service. Thank you Discount Tire!!!! read more

This was my second time at this location, I really really really appreciate how nice and fast they are. They take the time to explain things to you when you have questions, you can make an appointment online, you can walk in when necessary, and you don't feel like somebody just ripped you off while being mean to you at the same time! I made an appointment at two other locations and they refused to work on my car at the appointed time and wanted me to leave the car but they close before I get off work. They wouldn't even take the tire off and put the spare on to patch the tire. I'm so happy my brothers just did this place to me and this is the only place he goes, and probably the only place I'll go from now on! read more

This establishment is the Chick Fil-A of tire shops; in terms of customer service. I came in with 2 bad tires They were barely drivable so I wanted to replace them. They greeted me in front of the main office, found out why I was there and instructed me to park in one of the spaces. After about 20 minutes they reassessed my tires and told me to drive up to the tire racks. After a short ten minutes they reinstalled my new tires and had me out the door. All the employees in the tire shop worked together like clockwork. They seemed to all be friends and genuinely liked each other. My tech guy was very friendly and helpful. The shop was great! I'll be back. read more

No matter if you choose to go inside or do curbside check-in both are easy to do here. Super friendly staff, always going extra mile.

Marcus was amazing. I drove over 1k miles and had to replace a tire from an affiliate company (won't name) with business closing in about an hour he was polite and professional. I told him I would come in the next day to get the replacement because he had went over and beyond. It's refreshing to come across individuals who treat you like a respectable human being. I always have an amazing experience when I go. Ray was amazing. He is very helpful, please request him when you go to the one on Hudson Bridge. He was so kind to change my windshield wipers for me! Been a customer for years. I have always had a pretty good experience with this location. However, lately the service seems to have lost some of its luster. I called in to set an appointment for a rotation and balance. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then they did something that blew my mind. Someone picked up, told me to hold, and hung up on me. So, I called back and I got the same result. That's very unacceptable, especially since there are so many tire shops to choose from. I'll be rethinking my options the next time I need tire service. read more

Bait and switch. When I arrived there I was given one price which was competitive but had to come back later since I didn't have an appointment, which is completely understandable; but when I returned the price was a lot higher. I saw a different person when I returned who said that he had to input all of my information because there was nothing in their system even though I watched the first guy input all the information. NEVER GOING BACK. IT'S A RIPOFF. read more

Came back to Discount Tire as I have done for 10+ years, after mistakenly trying Mavis tire due to a closer proximity to my home. Ended up leaving Mavis tire after 30 minutes in line to find out my 8 AM appointment basically did me no good whatsoever because everyone in front of me did not have an appointment and would be serviced before me. Long story short came back to Discount Tire on Eagles Landing Parkway and was quoted an hour and a half to fix my tire done in 45 minutes! Love those guys Kyle the manager is excellent! read more

Discount Tire - Only took 20 minutes - Tires Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

I initially came to inquire about my tire pressure light and to have my tires checked for any air leakage. They noticed a nail in my tire and rectified that isolated situation. They failed to check other tires and proceeded to hand me my keys to send me on my way with my pressure light still on. I brought it to their attention before leaving and was told "well if it keeps getting lower, there might be something wrong with it." I was dumbfounded beyond belief by this response from the service tech Jay. The service manager Ray filled my tires to temporarily rectify the pressure light and a week later, I returned back to the shop as the light came back on, only to have the service tech Ray, identify what the actual issue was and have this taken care of for me. I cannot express enough gratitude for Ray. Ray exemplifies how he values safety by taking the time and care to be as thorough as he was. Ray not only cares, but he definitely adds value to this location. read more
