When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I had a picture from both places confirming that my tire Rod was cracked so a diagnostic wasn't really necessary in this case. My alignment wasn't off by much at all. But I did get a battery check and got diagnostic with that with the courtesy check. For $200 you get a lifetime alignment versus a one time one nearly half the price so it wasn't too bad for what you pay for. Thanks for the great service
