Also does not notify patient if unable to fill scripts. TWICE I was left without needed medications immediately after surgery and was in a LOT of pain waiting on them, only to find out they couldn't fill my scripts nor could they transfer them to another pharmacy, so I had to go back through the doctor's office to send elsewhere. These delays caused me to be in horrible pain without anything stronger than Tylenol for days. Very unhappy about that, so when it happened a second time, I moved my business elsewhere.

I have severe laryngitis right now and can barely speak, so picking up my medication promptly is extremely important. My provider sent over a simple, straightforward prescription HOURS ago, and despite that, the pharmacy has been completely unaccommodating. Every time I check, I'm told it will be "another 2 hours." There is no sense of urgency, no compassion, and no effort to help someone who is clearly sick and struggling. This isn't the first time this location has dragged out basic prescriptions, but today was unacceptable. If you're sick and actually need your medication in a timely manner, do not rely on this CVS.
