Unfortunately, the pickup register wasn't marked, so there was no way to know that beforehand. As I was leaving, I asked an employee named Alice where the cellophane was. When I said "excuse me," she reacted as if I had yelled, which was uncomfortable. She then said she didn't know where it was and didn't make any effort to ask one of the four other employees working on the floor. Overall, the lack of clear signage and unhelpful customer service made what should have been a quick stop unnecessarily frustrating.
