I usually order online and have items shipped to my home but did a store pickup order instead. My husband picked up order for me and 2 items were missing.. one was my free item. I called the store and asked if a bag was left. The store associate said no and the manager checked the order before she released it. I had my husband check the car to make sure. The associate said the order was correct when released but I was looking at order. The soaps were on sale $2.95 and one the items missing was my free item. It was just horrible customer service. They basically were saying I was lying and order was correct. Never experienced such horrible customer service. I called the customer service number and they were great. Never experienced such terrible customer service as at Conyers, GA store. read more

I frequent this location and am consistently disappointed at the condition of the store and the lack of merchandise. They are always out of items, the ones I need, and the store is typically unkept. I understand people are shopping, but there should be some cleaning in between customers to at least straighten the areas of the store that have been shipped. The employees are nice enough, but there was that one time that a cashier told me I couldn't earn rewards points if I was laying cash. Completely untrue and sad that she thought that information was factual. A lack of training for sure and highly inconvenient. This store is conveniently located in a fairly busy shopping center and close to the highway, but goodness if you come out here you might end up shopping somewhere else because they won't have what you need here. The option to buy online and pick up in store is available, but apparently they sell out of things within seconds so don't depend on the website saying it is in stock when making a purchase. Your best bet is to order online or shop at a different store if you'd actually like to take an item home. read more

It sucks to see that this location has such a low yelp rating, because I absolutely love this store. I actually bypass another location closer to me to travel to this one. They're usually always stocked with what I'm looking for. I usually go right when they open and the store is always organized. Im always greeted by a sales associate upon entering the store and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I only shop at bath and body works when they have sales on candles, hand soaps or the wallflowers. They always have coupons that come in the mail or you can sign up to receive them via email. I will advise that you go to this location as soon as they open when there's a really good sale. I went once when candles that normally retail for $24.50 were $8.00 and there was a line around the block. read more

Just a simple smile to your customer would be great,,It's sad that it's not alway that way when I visited that store,,,

All I wanted to do was purchase 6 wallflowers for my house under the sale. That's all. I grabbed them and stood in line with the other 7 (I counted) people in line as the one young lady at the register did her best to serve everyone that she had on line with no help. After a few minutes I looked around for her help and noticed the manager (I presume, she was the only one not in the red smock) and one other young lady both talking to other people in the store. I was fine with that until I noticed the topic of their conversation. The young lady in the smock was helping her customer find what she was looking for, however the manager was having what sounded like a personal conversation. The old ladies in front of me noticed too and one of them went to go ask her if there was someone who could open the other register because the line was almost to the door. The manager said "We can" and the old lady turned around to walk back to her spot in line and I noticed the manager shoot her a dirty look and add "in a minute". Then she went back to her conversation and wrapped it up. As the lady she was talking to walked out the door she said "you look exactly the same", which tells me she wasn't a regular customer. I've never seen this lack of service in any of these stores, but I was disgusted. I put my things down on the nearest counter and walked out. Personal conversations on a busy store is bad enough, but to have an attitude when the little old lady asked for help at a busy register is ridiculous. I'll find another way to scent my house if this is the service you get now. read more

The Conyers Ga. store is not the place to shop, all I wanted was to exchange a lotion for a spray mist. I bought these during the buy 3 get 3 sale. I was told may have to pay and stupid me I did pay for it, their sale was different that week I guess. Anyway I was waited on by a plus size young lady with a sneer on her face she made me feel like a criminal. She checked my lotion like I had used it and try to get one over on them. I assured her it was not used just bought by mistake because I had a teenager in a hurry to leave and go somewhere else. Can I say discrimination all over the place here, yes I can. Anyway the stupid spray mist did not work so back to the store for the third time. I had decided already to return just icing on the cake that the tubing was missing in the bottle. This time the clerk was nice and told me I should have been able to return this item and did not blame me for not wanting it anymore and would have done the same thing. so, I got my money back and left never to return again. So my buy 3 get three turned into a buy 3 get 2 free. I bought me a spray mist at another retailer and love it. December 2017. read more
