The location was easy to find as it is directly on the main road. There is ample parking and easy access on and off the roadway. Walking in, the Office Depot - Fayetteville location is huge. The light was bright and vibrant and the store was super clean. I made my way to the print area, provided my name, and boom. My order was waiting on me. Yesssssssss. Talk about easy and convenient. I checked my cards and they looked amazing. The bleed area was spot on and the prints looked exactly like they did online via the sample provided. The young lady who assisted me was super nice and made the transaction that much better. If you are able to do your ordering online, I say do it. It's quick, easy, and straightforward. And the pick up process is truly a pick up process.

On the same day of purchase, I bought an HP printer cartridge (HP 934) and realized shortly after opening the outer packaging that I had selected the wrong model. I had my receipt and returned to the store within hours to request an exchange or refund. Despite the product being unused and in resellable condition, I was met by a store representative who was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and rude. I was told that because the box had been opened, they would not accept the return--without any attempt to offer an alternative solution, such as an exchange or store credit. What made the situation worse was the tone and behavior of the staff. Instead of trying to assist or de-escalate, I felt rushed out of the store and treated as if I had done something wrong. There was no effort to provide customer service or uphold basic professionalism. This experience raises serious concerns about Office Depot's customer service practices and return policies. A same-day return with a valid receipt for an unused item should not result in this kind of treatment. Policies should be applied with reasonable discretion, especially when the product is clearly unused and the mistake was immediately addressed. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that Office Depot take steps to ensure: a. Staff are trained to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully b. Reasonable accommodations are made for legitimate same-day return situations c. Clear and fair return policies are consistently communicated and applied As it stands, this experience reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and basic business ethics. Then I went to the car after I'd made my choices, and I looked at it and my deal said $2.90. I was thinking that I had to buy them online to get that deal. So I went back inside after looking and is that I could buy them in the store also, so I thought I was only needing to give the code to the register. I went back and I checked with a woman and she said that NOPE, that was in fact a scam. That they even sent that email to corporate, that identical scam, and if they were trying to work on it. Alarm bells, EVERYONE don't fall victim to that scam. Because Black Friday deals are good! However, like she said, they not gonna giving a $26 candle for $2.90. She did say that there were a lot of people who had already come in because of that ad, so I wasn't alone. So be alert
