I had a hiccup in a bathroom project. Looked online and saw that this location had the tile I wanted, in the quantity I needed. Jumped in the car and flew like Mario Andretti, well kinda but not really. I pulled up as soon as they opened. I was met by amazing energy from Jadeen. I apologize because the spelling may be wrong. She asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. She couldn't leave the door and apologized that she couldn't walk me over. No worries at all. I just appreciated the kind gesture and great attitude. A few moments later, Sharon came over to assist. Listen, I felt bad for Sharon because I'm the most indecisive person on the planet and poor Sharon stumbled across me. However, she didn't mind at all. She even offered suggestions and told me to take my time because she was there to assist. She helped me pick my tile and grout. Then I got to the register and the cashier... ummm I can't recall her name but I will check the receipt and update the review. She was a Godsend. Then the manager, Tiffany came out to help me load into my car. The whole team was awesome. The store was so clean and well organized. There wasn't a speck of dust inside. I'm convinced the dust fairy comes through every night. Y'all trying to win a cleanliness award or something?!? Seriously, I'm sold! Amazing customer service and I will return. read more

Very clean, well lit and most of the employees ask if you need help when walk past you. They have a wide variety of product from low end to high value which means they have something for everyone. They need to put hand wipes throughout the store since it has so much dust. The women who have to go with this spouses to make the selections may not like the dirt & dust as much as the man building read more

The review is based on service and not on product. I placed an online order and received the instructions to arrive at the store to pick up the order and park in an assigned parking spot. After waiting 30 minutes, I decided to call and inquire about my order. I was then told I had to get out, check in, and then drive up to the customer pick up section and pick up my order. Unfortunately for me, I was dealing with an arthritis flare up and having a painful day. The employee informed me that the service was not set up properly and they had no idea where I was but saw in the system that I have been waiting for 31 minutes. Meanwhile, the app is saying, my order is still being prepared for loading. If the customer curbside service is not properly set up, then why even offer the service when a customer could be dependent on that service for that day? I received no apology or anything. Only that they saw me waiting in my car for 31 one minutes but they had no idea where I was. Which by their instructions, I was parked outside, in the assigned online order curbside pick up. If you have to utilize the online pick up service on the weekend, use with caution. read more

This is the BEST store to go to for all things bathroom related. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even the lovely store manager stepped in to help when I was looking quite lost among all the choices! The star of the day though goes to a fabulous woman named Ivy Gilbert. I explained my need to redo my master shower/bathroom due to a water leak and that I was not creatively inclined to envision anything, much less tile, grout, flooring, etc. She had the best suggestions, putting together a gorgeous plan I could never have dreamed of (ha!). The finished product is just stunning and I absolutely love it (I would note that the shower doors have not arrived yet!). Everyone has been quite impressed with the finished look and I most happily point them in Ivy/Floor & Decor Conyer's direction. Go see them - you cannot go wrong! read more

Great Customer Service, Selection and Value at the Conyers, GA location. On my first visit to this store, I was helped immediately by Mr. Terrence. He listened to what I desired for my screened-in, upper deck floor needs and showed me several options and selections. He was very kind, professional and informative on their store products. Additionally, Mr. Terrence answered all my questions and took the time to show me other products that I will consider using in other areas of my home. I am very happy with the excellent customer service, the beauty, quality and great value of the product I selected and purchased at Floor & Decor Conyers, Georgia. This is a new location. Even though I ended up not purchasing from this location I felt they deserved a five star rating. The store was clean, well organized and the staff I worked with were phenomenal. I was looking for a particular type of Bamboo flooring carried by this company. As I was looking for it one of their sales associates (Jennifer?) assisted without pressure or nor up-selling. She was very informative and walked me to the sections of the store that would have what I was looking for. Once there she made sure I was fine and left me to view the products for myself. Well, about 15 mins later along comes another associate (young Latina lady). She asks if I had any questions, I did. The bamboo flooring I was looking for had been discontinued so she and a manager took their time to look up information for me as to where I could find it. It turned out that two of their stores still had what I was looking for (being discontinued). I was also interested in an alternative selection. Kindly and graciously, they both researched that product for me. Even though I didn't buy from this store the customer care service I received was excellent and I will be back!!! I will headed to their Covington store for my Bamboo flooring. read more

I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from Ivy and Fatima. My husband and I are working on a very BIG project. We've spent hours consulting with Ivy across many visits. She is always friendly and knowledgeable and she has an eye for design. With her help, we were able to select floor, and wall tiles for various rooms. Ivy went above and beyond, returning early from break, scoping discontinued items, tracking down stock from many stores in the region, and generally being a superstar. When we turned our attention to wood, she seamlessly collaborated with Fatima, the department manager. Together, these women made us feel as if they really cared. They were so considerate and went way above our expectations to ensure that everything was done well and that we were satisfied. We are so appreciative of their work and would not hesitate to recommend Floor & Decor as a result of our experience with them. Thank you for providing quality items at reasonable prices and for having the best team. read more

I have been to Floor & Decor in several cities very happy to finally have one in Conyers less than an hours drive for a change. One thing has been a central theme is the kind and courteous service provided by the employees there. I can tell you their laminate flooring is far more superior than anything you can buy at any other home improvement store. The range of flooring from water resistant to water proof, from laminate wood or real wood is way more than you will find anywhere else on hand. We picked up over 750sq ft of tile, thin set, grout, and 1450 sq of laminate and the ultra soft step padding. Everything we needed to complete the floor job was in one place and we didn't have to wait 2 weeks. Truly they have so many options in house it would be almost impossible to not find something that would meet your flooring needs. read more

I came in to Floor and Decor and was paired with Ivy for my master bathroom project. Ivy was amazing at helping me see my vision and finding the tile that matched it. My entire bathroom came out amazing and I went right back to Ivy to help me pick LVP for my condo. Once I moved in, I saw a need for an amazing kitchen backsplash. Ivy was amazing again and knew I needed something special. She helped me have a beautiful upscale look for not the highest price. Ivy has great vision and extremely helpful. She truly is the best!!! read more

I wish I could give my experience today MORE stars. Angela Rosemond was delightful to work with. She led us through the store, talked to us about what we liked/didn't like. Paired our tile selections for shower walls with selections of shower flooring. I left today very excited about our choices. If you are considering this location, don't hesitate! The store is spacious, the restrooms were spotless, read more

Wow!!! I was looking online for months, why didn't I just come in? Friendly & knowledgeable staff. New and very clean. So many options. This is THE place if you're looking for tile, sinks, flooring... ask for JJ, Stephan or Robin. They make it easy to decide what you're looking for here. read more

Great service, a young lady assisted us with putting together a beautiful bathroom. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Angela went above and beyond, helping us pick out our floors, making sure they had enough of what we needed, making sure that it moved to pick up quickly and getting it loaded on our truck. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience thanks to Angela. Ivy also did a great job at checkout read more

Do not buy tools at this location!!! if you open the box you will be denied a return after asking to speak to a manager or supervisor they will send Judit or Jowana Browning the two most unprofessional managers, with zero customer service experience. Their attitude is despicable and unacceptable , with no explanation as to why you can't return the product with a valid receive within the 90 days policy and undamaged . worst experience I have ever had from a floor and decor store and I have been a customer for over 10 years. read more

I was hit with the task of putting together my custom bathroom and shower and I met with Elizabeth, a designer at Floor & Decor, in Conyers. When I walked through the store I was in a state of panic because there's so much beautiful stuff to choose from. Elizabeth made the process less stressful and even fun and before I heard the store announcement, "Thanks for visiting Floor & Decor, the store will be closing in..." my selection was complete. Elizabeth had so much patience with me in helping to design my bathroom based on the descriptions that I gave her. I truly wish more professionals exhibited her style and level of professionalism and customer service. Now, I do know one thing and that is, I will be a Floor & Decor customer for a long time and I will refer this location to others. Thanks Elizabeth. I appreciate your service!! read more

I am disturbed by the the number of 5star reviews this store has received. I was in this store this past Saturday to select some rock panels for a outdoor kitchen I am building. I quickly noticed (as is the case of lumber big box stores) employees are much more interested in their cell phones, talking with each other and hiding than assisting customers. I asked one associate who was performing some type of duty to point me to their rock selection and immediately he began the "why are you bothering me?" act and sent me on my way with a curt reply. I bought some sample rock panels and left. Sorry Floor and Decior you won't be getting any of my business. read more

Made 4 trips to Floor and Decor in Conyers, GA in search of tile/porcelain for a bathroom make-over. Had the pleasure of meeting Ivy today. I can't thank her enough! She was patient, efficient and, above all, kind. She listened to me and my husband and presented samples to help us achieve the vision we had for the bathroom. All in all, this is a relatively small job but she gave us 100% of her attention. What a professional! With her help we were finally able to make decisions; so after the 4 trips and multiple sample purchases we were finally comfortable making the final purchase. We offer our thanks to Ivy! If you, like me, at times suffer from analysis paralysis and need a little help, ask for Ivy! read more

I recently bought flooring for a few rooms in our home. We needed allot of help and Elizabeth was the store associate who helped us. Elizabeth was extremely patient with us as we didn't have all of our measurements and had to call our contractor to get them. She educated us on the different flooring styles. She helped us pick out the necessary things we needed for our project. She stayed with us the entire time until we checked out. We really appreciated the attention, the friendliness and overall knowledge she provided.
