I had a hiccup in a bathroom project. Looked online and saw that this location had the tile I wanted, in the quantity I needed. Jumped in the car and flew like Mario Andretti, well kinda but not really. I pulled up as soon as they opened. I was met by amazing energy from Jadeen. I apologize because the spelling may be wrong. She asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. She couldn't leave the door and apologized that she couldn't walk me over. No worries at all. I just appreciated the kind gesture and great attitude. A few moments later, Sharon came over to assist. Listen, I felt bad for Sharon because I'm the most indecisive person on the planet and poor Sharon stumbled across me. However, she didn't mind at all. She even offered suggestions and told me to take my time because she was there to assist. She helped me pick my tile and grout. Then I got to the register and the cashier... ummm I can't recall her name but I will check the receipt and update the review. She was a Godsend. Then the manager, Tiffany came out to help me load into my car. The whole team was awesome. The store was so clean and well organized. There wasn't a speck of dust inside. Very clean, well lit and most of the employees ask if you need help when walk past you. They have a wide variety of product from low end to high value which means they have something for everyone. They need to put hand wipes throughout the store since it has so much dust. The review is based on service and not on product. I placed an online order and received the instructions to arrive at the store to pick up the order and park in an assigned parking spot. After waiting 30 minutes, I decided to call and inquire about my order. I was then told I had to get out, check in, and then drive up to the customer pick up section and pick up my order. Unfortunately for me, I was dealing with an arthritis flare up and having a painful day. The employee informed me that the service was not set up properly and they had no idea where I was but saw in the system that I have been waiting for 31 minutes. Meanwhile, the app is saying, my order is still being prepared for loading. If the customer curbside service is not properly set up, then why even offer the service when a customer could be dependent on that service for that day? I received no apology or anything. Only that they saw me waiting in my car for 31 one minutes but they had no idea where I was. Which by their instructions, I was parked outside, in the assigned online order curbside pick up. If you have to utilize the online pick up service on the weekend, use with caution. read more

This is the BEST store to go to for all things bathroom related. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even the lovely store manager stepped in to help when I was looking quite lost among all the choices! The star of the day though goes to a fabulous woman named Ivy Gilbert. I explained my need to redo my master shower/bathroom due to a water leak and that I was not creatively inclined to envision anything, much less tile, grout, flooring, etc. She had the best suggestions, putting together a gorgeous plan I could never have dreamed of (ha!). The finished product is just stunning and I absolutely love it (I would note that the shower doors have not arrived yet!). Everyone has been quite impressed with the finished look and I most happily point them in Ivy/Floor & Decor Conyer's direction. Go see them - you cannot go wrong! read more

This is a new location. Even though I ended up not purchasing from this location I felt they deserved a five star rating. The store was clean, well organized and the staff I worked with were phenomenal. I was looking for a particular type of Bamboo flooring carried by this company. As I was looking for it one of their sales associates (Jennifer?) assisted without pressure or nor up-selling. She was very informative and walked me to the sections of the store that would have what I was looking for. Once there she made sure I was fine and left me to view the products for myself. Well, about 15 mins later along comes another associate (young Latina lady). She asks if I had any questions, I did. The bamboo flooring I was looking for had been discontinued so she and a manager took their time to look up information for me as to where I could find it. It turned out that two of their stores still had what I was looking for (being discontinued). I was also interested in an alternative selection. Kindly and graciously, they both researched that product for me. Even though I didn't buy from this store the customer care service I received was excellent and I will be back!!! I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from Ivy and Fatima. My husband and I are working on a very BIG project. We've spent hours consulting with Ivy across many visits. She is always friendly and knowledgeable and she has an eye for design. With her help, we were able to select floor, and wall tiles for various rooms. Ivy went above and beyond, returning early from break, scoping discontinued items, tracking down stock from many stores in the region, and generally being a superstar. When we turned our attention to wood, she seamlessly collaborated with Fatima, the department manager. Together, these women made us feel as if they really cared. They were so considerate and went way above our expectations to ensure that everything was done well and that we were satisfied. I have been to Floor & Decor in several cities very happy to finally have one in Conyers less than an hours drive for a change. One thing has been a central theme is the kind and courteous service provided by the employees there. I can tell you their laminate flooring is far more superior than anything you can buy at any other home improvement store. The range of flooring from water resistant to water proof, from laminate wood or real wood is way more than you will find anywhere else on hand. We picked up over 750sq ft of tile, thin set, grout, and 1450 sq of laminate and the ultra soft step padding. Everything we needed to complete the floor job was in one place and we didn't have to wait 2 weeks. My entire bathroom came out amazing and I went right back to Ivy to help me pick LVP for my condo. Once I moved in, I saw a need for an amazing kitchen backsplash. I was hit with the task of putting together my custom bathroom and shower and I met with Elizabeth, a designer at Floor & Decor, in Conyers. When I walked through the store I was in a state of panic because there's so much beautiful stuff to choose from. Elizabeth made the process less stressful and even fun and before I heard the store announcement, "Thanks for visiting Floor & Decor, the store will be closing in..." my selection was complete. I am disturbed by the the number of 5star reviews this store has received. I was in this store this past Saturday to select some rock panels for a outdoor kitchen I am building. I quickly noticed (as is the case of lumber big box stores) employees are much more interested in their cell phones, talking with each other and hiding than assisting customers. I asked one associate who was performing some type of duty to point me to their rock selection and immediately he began the "why are you bothering me?" act and sent me on my way with a curt reply. I bought some sample rock panels and left. Sorry Floor and Decior you won't be getting any of my business. read more

She was patient, efficient and, above all, kind. She listened to me and my husband and presented samples to help us achieve the vision we had for the bathroom. I recently bought flooring for a few rooms in our home. We needed allot of help and Elizabeth was the store associate who helped us. Elizabeth was extremely patient with us as we didn't have all of our measurements and had to call our contractor to get them. She educated us on the different flooring styles. She helped us pick out the necessary things we needed for our project. She stayed with us the entire time until we checked out.
