I stopped by Anna's Linens this weekend and was amazed by how great, respectful, and courteous the cashier was. He looked to be in his 20s and knew exactly where the item I needed was located. He was so nice! I really did not expect him to know the exact location of some doilies. His colleague offered to steer me in the right direction as well. It was nice to see these young dudes taking their jobs so seriously while willing to display true courtesy. read more

Stay Away .......Return policy sucks! I purchased two pillows. Due to my neck issues I only opened one to check out the pillow. The pillow was too firm. I took the other one back with the intent on exchanging it for a less firm pillow. They told me as I was walking into the door that they don't accept returned pillows. I explained it was not used showed them that I bought two and the packaging clearly had not been opened. The employee laughed at me and said no pillows. I explained that the receipt said nothing about not being able to return any items and I asked her how was I supposed to know this prior to purchasing this item. She informed me the cashier was supposed to mention it (verbally) before I left. I told her this was a bad practice the manager approached the counter and smirked also and said this was correct. read more

Custom Kitchen, Inc replaced my 1977 laminate countertops with exquisite granite. It's very…read moredifferent and matches well with the existing cabinets and our stone fireplace. When at the yard, I told the owner what I was looking for and he drove me to four samples and I loved three of them so it was apparent that he had listened carefully to what I wanted. I also liked picking the edge and corners. (Who knew there were so many choices.) The measurements were taken with a template, not a laser. On the the day of the templates, the crew pointed out a problem which neither the designer nor the construction manager for kitchen renovation had noticed and/or mentioned. We were able to anticipate the solution thanks to Custom Kitchen. And we were sent several pictures that showed how they proposed to lay out the templates on the granite. I suggested that the largest piece be flipped 180 degrees to pick up a "swoop" in the natural flow of the granite. I was sent another set of pictures which matched my very unscientific description, perfectly. The island needed 3 pieces of granite to accommodate the new range. the two pieces on the side are nicely matched and the third piece across the back of the range fits in very well. While the whole of the kitchen renovation turned into an extended nightmare, choosing and installing the granite was easy-peasy.

Once I finished my checkup and headed back downstairs, I was so excited to see two tables full of some beautifulllll produce. I had things to do and people to see... but that produce was calling my name. So I answered! I was a bit confused at first as to the process, but one of the team members took the time to explain the process quickly and it all made sense. They offer a long sheet of paper that allows you to choose produce in single-serving sizes, prepared packages and more. The offerings seem to vary based on the day, but the offering for the day included over two dozen options! I was tempted to go overboard but ended up going with: a single-serving size of bell peppers (which = 2 huge peppers), a single-serving size of mini cucumbers (5 in a bag) and a 5-variety fruit bag where I chose: peaches, cherries, kiwis, pink lady apples and barlett pears. In total I spent $32 with tax and WOW - did I get my moneys worth. The produce was plentiful, delicious and high-quality. I was so excited to get home to eat them and find different ways to use them. This is truly a wonderful pop-up to support and now that I know where and when to find them, you can bet that I'll be relying on them for my produce needs!

If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill. Renita's service was so outstanding that although I initially went in just to buy a mattress for myself, I ended up promising my mom a new mattress too -- just so I could come back and work with Renita again! On top of that, Renita was able to arrange a delivery for me in just two days, instead of waiting weeks. Amazing! Rarely do you find such a wonderful shopping experience. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Floor & Decor. I recently spent thousands of…read moredollars installing their "waterproof" LVP flooring throughout my entire home -- nearly 2,000 sq. ft., including the kitchen and bathrooms, exactly as their team recommended. Despite being assured the product was truly waterproof and appropriate for these areas, the flooring buckled, bubbled, and began trapping moisture shortly after installation. I had my insurance company inspect the issue, and they confirmed there were no leaks in my home. Their moisture reader showed that the flooring itself was holding water, and when it was removed, there was mold underneath -- a serious health hazard. Because mold is dangerous to breathe, the flooring had to be removed immediately. Yet when I contacted Floor & Decor for support under their lifetime residential warranty, I was told the warranty was voided simply because the flooring was removed -- even though removal was required for health and safety reasons. To make matters worse, the representative handling my case (Matt) was dismissive, repeatedly cut me off, and refused to allow me to submit photos, proof of installation, insurance reports, or documentation. I was not offered any investigation, partial refund, or even the courtesy of reviewing my case. I trusted Floor & Decor, invested heavily in their product, followed installation guidelines, and now I am left with ruined floors, mold exposure, and no accountability from the company. This experience has been devastating, and I would encourage anyone considering their "waterproof" LVP to proceed with caution and thoroughly research their warranty limitations. I sincerely hope Floor & Decor reconsiders their customer service approach and honors the warranties they promote.

After talking to him about my project and showing him pictures of what vibe I was going for, he helped me pick out the floor tile (as seen in the picture) and it was PERFECT. I didn't even know it existed before he pointed it out! Arthur was so kind and patient, & really understood the design I was going for. He gave me his direct contact info in case I needed anything else, and so thoughtfully called to check on me and see if I needed anything else. I will definitely be calling him next time I need to do another renovation!
