But once I signed the agreement they sent an additional agreement the next day demanding 50% up front (no problem with that) and an additional 40% when only half the work was done. Big red flag. When he showed up to our home for the first time after I had met with multiple contractors, I knew he would be the best person for our project. He was very knowledgable about home architecture and renovations, he provided samples and assured that he could accomplish what we were requesting. He definitely delivered a quote in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the first set of renovations in our new home and did a phenomenal job.
