I initially telephoned and left a message with the company as well as over 15 other companies. Mr. Pressley is the only return phone call I received. I explained the urgent nature and he agreed through later email communication to come to my home on his day off and finalize the mountainous inspection report before the deadline. I was skeptical but he showed up, spoke with me clearly, did not overestimate his promises and was able to deliver the product to me as promised the same day (Sunday, his day off). In this market, a good licensed contractor to adequately describe and estimate your necessary repairs is invaluable. This is the story of Mr. Pressley. His report forced the seller the shave approximately $450 off of their already low price. Thanks again!!!

He is an honest talented individual who is a true professional and gave us a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. We did extensive research before hiring Home Factory (talked to past customers) looked at their history on BBB. We honestly feel blessed that we chose this company. Our house is important to us and Uady has really gone the extra mile to make it a home. The pictures of the kitchen are the original hardwood floor that they matched. great outcome!!! It's been a year since they promised to come finish the job, got their final payment and disappeared. (Yup, I should not have paid them the last big payment before all complete, lesson learned) My cabinet doors fell off, my hood was held up by one screw, the rest are popped out, unfinished/unadjusted cabinets, cracked tiles, sink lose, shoe mold falling out and cracked, base of cabinet missing, cracked grout, etc. .. I have pics. The craftsmanship is rough and patches of filler on cabinet doors here and there. These guy came out with all kind of excuses week after week, month after month... I had been patient and understanding but I just can't keep waiting. They stopped answering my call and text, they are awful. I heard from their worker that many customers are waiting for their job to get done but lots are still waiting and neglected. I agree with Daniel, DO NOT let their smiley faces, part owner Shane C. fool you. They are good sales but don't finish work. Good at coming to collect money but gone like a wind! I too want to take them to court. I am feeling angry, stupid and helpless. I spent almost 18K on this crap. If we find enough unhappy customers, I believe the case will be stronger and we can get together to be each other's witnesses. I am willing to help! Just contact me! These people need to have this place shut down and stop hurting all innocent folks like us. Josh B. also did a side job during for me as well and that had issue too and not completely done either...will leave another review on that!!

They are clearly hiring people who don't know what their doing They renovated our bathroom in the spring of 2017, and it took 4 months to complete it. There were multiple times where we had to stop their workers and ask them to send someone new because they were doing things wrong. Example: they tried to put tiles down WITHOUT smoothing the adhesive out. Just one of the many ways they messed up. Fast forward to two years later, and the roof in my formal dining collapsed because they did not properly install my shower. The shower liner and drain system was improperly installed, and it cost me THOUSANDS of dollars to fix. They sent someone to come look at the damage when it first happened, and then ignored all my calls after that. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Save your money and your sanity and go to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

The roofers left a large gap that one could almost put their hand through, and eventually all of the corner rotted out. These Mexicans slap these roofs up in a day with no post inspections. After suffering a stroke in December of 22, taking time to get my vision and balance back, I contracted another honest roofer for the repair. The gentleman told me "I could take your money but this roofing job is so poor that I would call whomever did this job and have them repair their work." It took over 3 weeks before anyone even came out to inspect their work. Our salesman, Ben, was very defensive with all the excuses. He tried to tell me that I did not pay for items, but their glad hands were out for the insurance checks, being paid generously for their work. I guess I am supposed to overlook the shoddy work because I did not pay for an item. I cannot account or argue about Ben's poor business acumen, but they were paid for everything they invoiced without contest. Bottom line, receiving no response after 5 weeks, I told them to forget it, and that my only recourse was to write a couple of reviews. Please note that their website is void of any complaints or negative reviews, and no way to post any complaints. Glad hands are full of promises until there is a problem and then crickets. The repair should cost well over $1,200.00. You are on your own...buyer beware with this company. Make sure you find a company that stands behind their work.

With less than a month to complete, he got everything done with a few days to spare. It wasn't an easy remodel either; he lifted the HVAC higher into the attic (8'+ up), added a half bath bathroom, and changed the framing of our attic to make it more of a loft and spacious. Ultimately, it was gorgeous! My family owns a commercial construction company, and they are all impressed with how well done and professional it looks. FCR didn't skimp on any materials, and the hardwood/bathroom look great. If I ever get another renovation in ATL, I'm only going with FCR as it's hard to find good contractors. Thank you again FCR!
