Terrible! We wanted a remnant for about 6 sq feet with no cost free edge and they wanted $121 a square foot with the total cost of $618 for a remnant for a piece they said they couldn't use... No installation or anything.. My Husband has an aeronautical degree... What a rip off...Guess u have to say upfront your credentials to not be taken...By the way Home Depot is $65 square foot for a non remnant... Don't waste your time here they prey on what they perceive on your ignorance.. Little do they know knowledge is the key to all. read more

I could not be happier!!! My wife and I were first time customers and needed two granite vanity tops. We walked in the door without an appointment and less than 6 days later, including a weekend, we had beautiful granite countertops installed. Of course I think it helped that we were able to choose our granite out of the remnant stack and we did it in about 30 seconds. Christy handled everything we needed with professionalism and a great attitude. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice. The installers showed up when they said they would and did a very nice job, leaving no mess. This was a much better experience than what we had at Large Granite a few years ago. This is a little late leaving this. This was an awesome experience dealing with Elegante Surfaces! Marisa got some information from us and told us that she would work up a rough estimate for Granite Countertops and get back in touch with us. Very quickly she got us a number that would work for us. She told us she'd get someone scheduled to come take laser measurements. My wife and I expected a couple of weeks or so since we're 3-1/2 hours from us but it was only a few days before she was able to get someone with us. Very professional staff! A boo boo happened and a piece was broken durring installation. Right away we were told that they could replace that piece another day but, could repair this for today and it wouldn't cause problems or be visible. We agreed and they repaired the break perfect to the point that others we've asked to find it can't find it. We have to point out the repair when WE can find it. We've since decided that we don't need that piece replaced because it turned out so beautiful. They also had to put a seam in the countertop (we knew before installation) that I panicked about when I saw it but, after installation you can barely find it now. I challenge you to find the repaired broken piece or the 1 seam. read more

My wife and I decided to upgrade our boring bathrooms and countertops with granite a little over a year ago. After asking around a friend of mine recommended me to Elegante Surfaces for a granite quote. The guys at Elegante were very easy to deal with and provided a great quote quickly. It took a week or so to get their guy to come out an make a template and take measurements. Once they knew what square footage and measurements we were dealing with they sent me directly to the granite warehouse they buy from and my wife and I got to choose the exact piece of stone we wanted in our home. A week later a very professional, polite crew showed up with new kitchen and bathroom counters and sinks. They were in about out in 6 hours and provided excellent feedback and directions for taking care of our new counter tops. Even during the tear out they were quiet and clean. We are building a new house, and a few weeks ago our cabinet builder sent us to Elegante Surfaces to look at their granite, sinks and other products. He wanted us to see if we could find something that we liked from their many possible selections. The folks that work there were very knowledgeable about their products, and they answered all of our questions plus provided information that helped us make the best decision for our specific project. They were also super friendly, and they returned every one of our calls in a timely manner. We were pleased with the information that was provided and the variety of choices. We simply could not have found any better customer service. Our granite countertops and the sink was recently installed, and it all simply looks beautiful. We choose black pearl for the perimeter cabinets and Santa Cecilia for the island. The two complements each other, and the overall look is warm and inviting. The counter tops put the finishing touch on a wonderful kitchen. My wife and I look forward to creating many happy memories together with friends and family in this beautiful room. Elegante Surfaces sent a team out to measure a template and within two weeks a team was sent to install the countertops. Elegante did a great job installing our counter tops. They are very professional and do quality work. The slab we chose had dynamite holes and Elegante was able to fill the holes and make it appear unnoticeable. Marissa kept us informed of each process while assuring us the slab would look beautiful. She was right. I highly recommend this company. I would use them again for another project and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very satisfied! Well, I have changed my rating because no longer am I "very satisfied" with Elegante. After installing an $85 sq. ft. "granite" throughout my house I now find out that I will have to seal this countertop every three months (at least) as it is some type of hybrid stone (or quartzite) and is very porous and is susceptible to staining. This is information I should have been told before my purchase!! I feel like I was misinformed. But, I left my first review because the countertops do look great and they did a great job with the dynamite holes. I just now have to figure out how to take care of these countertops and Elegante seems neither willing nor able to help. read more
