They were on time, honest and got the job done quickly. Then when hail struck our roof months later we immediately called Terry and he immediately came by for an honest estimate. He walked us through exactly what was wrong with our roof and made the time to be present when our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the hail damage. In our experience other roofing companies we received quotes from for both jobs were unreliable, difficult to communicate with and felt like used car salesmen. Not Dedicated! They weren't the cheapest, but definitely reasonable and the definition of "you get what you pay for." We love our roof and the fact that Terry and Kurt are communicative, honest and stand by their work 100%. They own the business so you're not dealing with a middle man or a corporate owned company. You're dealing with experienced contractors who lend their expertise. We HIGHLY recommend this local PTC, family-owned business for any roofing job and will use them again in the future!

If you want to sleep good at night knowing that your roof is in capable hands and it will get done without hassle- Terry, Kurt and his crew is the way to go, anyone else- it's on you. YOU WILL PAY A PREMIUM PRICE FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED BY THEIR HARD-SELL REPRESENTATIVES. LeafFilter advertises two things: that you don't have to clean out gutters again, and there's a lifetime warranty. Their sales pitch is fairly high pressure and they start out with a very high price and then "discover" all of these discounts that brings it down to an almost reasonable price. The sales person will tell you over and over again about how you'll never have to clean your gutters and that, if you do have any problems, they will be right out to fix them. They also did modifications to help with a runoff issue related to the gutters. They claim to be able to do that expertly, but guess what, not so much. When my gutters began to overflow in moderately heavy rain... Not a monsoon...I contacted the company. I had to do this through this through a third-party because they list no customer service contacts anywhere... Only sales contacts. I did receive a response. Response was that all gutters have to be cleaned on a regular basis and that all gutters will overflow in a heavy downpour. I was then told that if I insisted they would send out someone to inspect the gutters but I was warned that I would be charged for the visit should they find that the gutters are not the problem. Specifically, if they find that they are clogged, the gutters are not the problem. I would say that their advertising is completely false and you should really avoid these folks if at all possible. One of the main reasons I went with them was that I have a stretch of guttering that is very dangerous to clean. From my experience you may not have to clean out the gutters as often but you definitely have to keep cleaning them out; probably once a year.
