Their rep who stopped by listened to what we wanted and made helpful recommendations. We decided to go with them. Scheduling took a couple of weeks, mostly due to weather. Obviously rain and very cold temperatures will affect when they can do the work. However they were great about keeping in contact and trying to pick the earliest practical date. They arrived in the window specified and did all the work as planned in about 6 hours (that varies per job, obviously). This included removing 3 older Bradford pear trees, cutting down a couple of tall pines that were closer to our house than desired, and trimming back a cherry tree and a crape myrtle. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Pricing seemed fair. I would definitely call them again if we needed more tree work done.

I just had my back yard resolved last year so did not want any damage done to it. I chose King mainly because they use a large crane, not a bucket truck. The crane was situated where it could extend the boom arm out a large distance and was use to sling the large tree sections to and then hoisted around to my driveway. Never touching my sod. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional. Cleanup was a ten plus. They even used a large gas powered lawn vacuum machine to make sure everything was removed.

Upon arrival to my in-laws, I saw that our tree situation had changed. The limb that was hanging had now fallen. Gregg and I agreed that it was an extremely small job and I knew that my husband and I could clean up the limb. But, my husband had another plan in mind. He wanted a pile of limbs in the back cleaned up along with the one in the front. So, he called Gregg back and told him what he wanted. Gregg went back to my in-laws' looked at what my husband wanted and emailed us a quote. We have signed off on the job and we are on the schedule! We appreciated Gregg's flexibility and willingness to go back and see what my husband wanted done. We look forward to getting this work done. So far, we are very pleased with this tree service.

The first step was to dry out the water damage. That part went well except that our phone calls weren't returned. Nor were we informed of the every day progress, as promised. But we were still going to use them to restore our home, at this point. Three different people told us we could get our flooring, cabinets, and countertops either from them or anywhere we wanted, but when it came time to sign the contract all of a sudden we had to use their materials, and at an inflated price. This was two weeks after the drying out process was completed. We sat here wondering, for two weeks, what was going on, because we could never get the rep to answer our calls. When I did get her she read off all these calls to me she and they made, but I have no record of most of them. I found some flooring we liked at a local flooring company for $4.79/sq ft, but Warrior wanted to charge us over $7/sq ft for the exact same flooring. After I told the rep about the lower price she suggested we "part ways." Apparently our wanting good and timely service at an honest price is not part of their company's philosophy.

Two perfectly good doors that did not get wet were placed outside the basement in the rain. Of course, they were not considered a loss. I personally believe they should be in jail. The owner responded with total lies. WHY would I lie. They tore out a platform that was used in a theater room. It was at least 6 inches high. The water didn't touch it. Then they tore out the wall of the shelf on the other side. A TOILET overflowed! It did not have enough water to go up that high and destroy the shelf on the other side.
