We are very disappointed in this company's customer service. We had extensive water damage and decided to use them to restore our kitchen, dining, and living room. The first step was to dry out the water damage. That part went well except that our phone calls weren't returned. Nor were we informed of the every day progress, as promised. But we were still going to use them to restore our home, at this point. Three different people told us we could get our flooring, cabinets, and countertops either from them or anywhere we wanted, but when it came time to sign the contract all of a sudden we had to use their materials, and at an inflated price. This was two weeks after the drying out process was completed. We sat here wondering, for two weeks, what was going on, because we could never get the rep to answer our calls. When I did get her she read off all these calls to me she and they made, but I have no record of most of them. I found some flooring we liked at a local flooring company for $4.79/sq ft, but Warrior wanted to charge us over $7/sq ft for the exact same flooring. After I told the rep about the lower price she suggested we "part ways." Apparently our wanting good and timely service at an honest price is not part of their company's philosophy. read more

I just wanna update my review to let you guys know that if youre in the right and you just leave the lien sitting on your property, they don't go after it and then you can ask to have it removed in 395 days from the court. Don't be afraid of these people!! Take them on, report them to the insurance commission and report them to the Better Business Bureau and everything! They will lie lie lie! And of course they have to because they are shady as hell, but that was just more evidence I was ready to bring to court with me. In December 2023 we experienced a significant water leak in our kitchen which caused quite a bit of damage to our hardwood floors, baseboards, walls etc... in several rooms. Warrior restoration responded promptly and explained the process in detail to us all the while reassuring us that everything they touch will be put back exactly as it should be. Immediately they started the drying out process and within a couple of days they went to work removing all of the damaged flooring, walls, insulation, baseboards etc... During the 5 day period which the dryers and dehumidifiers were in the house someone from the company stopped by daily to insure that everything was going as planned. Every employee that we had the pleasure to come in contact with was polite, reassuring and accommodating. read more

This company charged me triple the cost it should have been to clean up my kitchen after my dishwasher leaked. It was over $13,000 just for the clean up. The line items for the water mitigation were over the top. The customer pays a 25.00 fuel charge for the workers to come to your house everyday, 100.00 for power that is my power, 167.00 negative air fan, Power distribution box, etc. The bill was so high it got flagged with my insurance company and they had to dispute many of the charges causing months of delay while I did dishes out of the bathtub. I had enough of Warrior. I fired Warrior and hired Servpro. They were amazing. The gentleman that came out from Servpro said that Warrior should be ashamed of themselves charging that much. Servpro completed the job before Warrior even got paid by the insurance company. I would never use this company!! read more

Warriors is a unprofessional so called company, they came and butchered my mom's house and lied to her when she ask did they put back what they tore out . I would not recommend them to my worst enemy because they tore up her plumbing line sawed through some . And wasn't going to tell her ! never, never, never used warrior restoration for anything!!! at the end of january 2024, someone recommended this company because i had a flood in my master bathroom which is a small room. they came in displaying like they were reputable and at first they were until i saw the bill my insurance company (all state) paid them to dry out this area, remove all my bathroom fixtures, remove all damage and rotten wood so they could replace my bathroom floor. the pictures will tell you the kind of work they performed. the bill for this process cost almost twice as much as it did to put my bathroom back together. they did not put it back together because when i observed the shoddy work, they did to put the sub-floor installed they gave me no other choice but to severe out relationship. i have had other contractors come in to see the work warrior restoration did and they just shock their heads in utter dissapointment. also what company takes almost 3 months to submit you an estimate to put my bathroom back together when warrior had all the info to do this in jan 2024. very suspicious! here's the pics! tell me what do you think?? they also stole my $500 for services they did not completely perform!! don't get sweet talk into trickery! no matter what. i will be taking this up with the better business bureau and the local news network! stay tune!! the crawly thing you see is a snake on my patio. warrior restoration left my bathroom fixtures out on my patio for so long, snakes began living inside the plastic which promotes them to reside. all my things are destroyed! and they call them a restoration company??? look them up. there score is a 2.3 star. how come some companies just can't do the right thing?? do your research so you can avoid getting suckered!!t read more

Beware!!! Can I give negative 5 stars? This company is BS! Plumbing company referred them, they show up despite me saying I will call them the next day. This was my first flood/restoration experience, and the tenant reported they set up the equipment that night, the day before I signed the authorization, despite me saying we will discuss me hiring them the following day. I felt very pressured to make a decision THAT NIGHT! According to my insurance and the company that provided a second opinion, they used more equipment than they needed, causing the drying process to take longer than it should. They charged something like $9k more than my insurance and the second opinion quote was for, which are based on industry standards. My tenant complained that one of their blowers was blowing directly at a water heater that was performing perfectly before they entered the home, and they refuse to even acknowledge that they possibly broke the water heater which cost me an additional $1300 out-of-pocket. Then these asshats filed a LIEN against my property! According to their collections guy, it was a lien to foreclose for what my insurance wouldn't pay. We got other estimates for the sole purpose of showing warrior restoration that they were overcharging, and my insurance company even paid them the difference based on the second opinions; all of these were based on industry standards which is what their contract promises to abide by. When I complained to BBB, they responded with utter lies! They claimed it was a category three loss when anybody can google search and see that a toilet supply line leak is a category one. It is totally my opinion that their tactics are criminal, and this company should not be in business! All of their good reviews were over two years old until their lawyer sent me a cease and desist and magically, there is a positive review that is only eight days old. What a coincidence! Oh, yeah, they got a lawyer, to threaten to sue me for libel and slander, despite the fact that everything I am saying about them is true or stated as an opinion. Libel me this asshats! read more

Terrible experience several years ago. I posted a Google review and they sent me a letter from a lawyer stating they would sue me for my review. I was not at a point in my life to navigate such a threat. Their tactic worked so I removed my review but I've regretted it ever since. I felt their behavior was predatory and they used fear tactics to pressure us during an emergency situation. Because of their rush to get me to sign the contract, I overlooked the clause that we had to pay a fixed percentage of their quote if we didn't use them. After my initial visit I did not feel comfortable with how they suggested we communicate with our insurance company. Just for writing a quote and pulling up flooring in our bathroom (less than 1 hour of work), I had to pay thousands of dollars for them to NOT to resolve my issue. I was willing to pay this amount for them to never step foot in my house again. Warrior Restoration, please feel free to serve me with a legal notice and I'll be glad share all of the details in court or in a public forum. Luckily my insurance agent spoke directly to your "salesperson" and can verify exactly what he suggested. I'm glad to see others step up to this company and fight to expose them. There are very few companies that we feel this strongly about but I would NEVER use them under any circumstance based upon my experience. read more

BEWARE of these people. I have no idea how they sleep at night. The representatives present themselves very professionally and initially come across as competent and trustworthy - but don't be fooled. Warrior Restoration egregiously took advantage of someone close to me when she hired them after her house flooded. She had been recently widowed, grieving and was preoccupied with caring for her severely disabled son who had just been diagnosed with a very serious illness. She had little experience dealing with contracts and was not in a good state of mind. Long story short, they got her to sign away a large portion of her insurance coverage and she ended up stuck with a bill of tens of thousands of dollars. In my opinion, they sussed out that she had recently inherited some money and wouldn't read the fine print on the contract. Apparently they covered themselves and were within the letter of the law, but IN MY OPINION this is reprehensible behavior that potential customers should be aware of. Oh, and note that Warrior has very aggressive lawyers who seek to scrub negative online reviews (might explain why there are only 6 reviews here). They went so far as to send a letter threatening to sue my relative over a post on her personal Facebook feed about this experience. I expect they'll try to come after me as well - but I refuse to be silent and allow these, in my view, contractors of exceptionally low moral character to continue to, in my estimation, exploit vulnerable people. To be clear, I am not accusing Warrior of anything illegal. One thing they seem (to me) to be good at is knowing how to cover themselves. Still, I'd be extremely wary of doing business with a company that feels the need to employ lawyers to threaten a widow over a post on her Facebook wall. read more

They were very quick at starting the remediation project, but when it came time to do the reconstruction they kept rescheduling appointments and wanted cash up front after missing several appointments. Made us feel like our business was not valued. They were over priced but we were willing to accept this for what we thought would be the ease of working with one contractor. BUYER BEWARE! Warrior restoration charges outrageous prices for work (never giving you an estimate before the work is complete, stating that they will work it out with the insurance company). We finally received a statement that included over $600 of overcharges, including charges for work never completed. I had to make additional requests for a final invoice, only to be told that they were going to charge me another 3% additional, if I did not pay them by check or cash. Don't be fooled by their tactics to get the work completed by them; they promise much, don't deliver and you will be left paying a hefty price. read more

Terrible communications!! $6200 to wrap contents, place 4 dryers for four days and treat basement. My husband vacuumed out the water. Slow to create invoice although we had visited our contents at their warehouse and the project was CLEARLY finished two weeks ago. Great way to up the mediation fee by holding contents for four plus weeks. And we were informed we could have our contents back to file our claim unless they were paid.
