I normally don't write reviews like this, but this situation has left us with no choice. We paid Low Cost Construction approximately $19,400 for flooring, labor, and a cabinet installation. Unfortunately,I received no product , and we have effectively been left without resolution and out a significant amount of money. Their Chandler location has since closed, and while their Phoenix location has a sign stating "by appointment only," they have completely stopped responding to our calls and text messages. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, but have received no communication in return. At this point, we have begun the process of filing a claim with our credit card company and are moving forward with legal action. This is the first time we've ever experienced anything like this, and it's honestly pretty disappointing. We were hoping to work with a reputable company, but instead have been forced into a situation where litigation is our only option. I would strongly encourage others to not to consider this business at any level. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. RUN FAR AWAY! I don't give negative reviews to companies, so trust me when I say STAY AWAY. They came out and measured before my first appointment with their design consultant. I wouldn't find out until weeks later but they either measured wrong or the wrong dimensions were input. Either way, we waited 3 weeks for the cabinets to arrive only to for them to be the wrong size cabinets. Here's our timeline of all the mistakes that have been made so far: - measured our home for 4 spots for cabinets - design appointment where we order cabinets as well as countertops. Paid $33k! - 3 weeks later the white oak cabinets for 2 rooms finally arrive. They are all the wrong faces on the drawers and doors. We paid for the upgraded double slim. They won't arrive for 2 months. We install the incorrect cabinets because we can't wait that long and will switch out the faces when they arrive. The designer failed to include a skin and multiple pieces of moulding in this order so we have to order ourselves. We don't receive any discounts (besides the standard 40% off which is actually the full price) and have to pick them up ourselves. A week later when they are available I pick them up and when I get home....there are cabinet faces that have nothing to do with our project there. No skins. I get to make another trip back there to pick up the correct skins. - Our closing date passes as we wait for cabinets and counters. - The second set of cabinets arrive for our other 2 locations. The designer left out multiple pieces of moldings as well as a touch up kit in this one. We get to pay full price for this plus the credit card fee. We are still waiting for these items. - We install all the base cabinets and get to the uppers and realize they are the incorrect sizes. Our ceiling was input a foot higher than it actually is. We are still waiting for these cabinets. - I sent a video of the trash can cabinet that doesn't soft close or close all the way (they assembled). Haven't heard anything about these. - The laundry room shelves ordered are 48" but were delivered as 42" - Requested countertop install appointment on October 30th. Had to text Mary multiple times (never responded about that) and called 3 times. Finally the countertop guy came to measure on November 8th. 9 days later. It was at this appointment that we discovered the sink base provided was not a farmhouse sink. I'm wasn't willing to wait weeks for a response or replacement so I now have to take back the farmhouse sink and have ordered an undermount sink to go to the fabricators location. TL;DR - wrong faces were sent for all white oak cabinets - wrong uppers were sent for the pantry - wrong wrong sink base was sent for pantry - non working trash cabinet - wrong size was sent for 3 shelves in laundry room - multiple finishing and installation items were omitted from original order - My design appt was Sep 25 and we were supposed to have cabinets 3 weeks later and be closed at the end of October. Low Cost Constructions mistakes have cost me 2 months of time (at least...still waiting on cabinets and trim), and has cost me a lot of money to my carpenter who has to keep redoing things and figure out what mistakes are happening. THINGS WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR: - correct uppers in pantry - correct size of laundry room shelves - correct doors and faces in double slim white oak - working trash cabinet - touch up kit and moldings - anyone at Low Cost Construction to care Wish I could say when any of these things are coming, but I have no idea because no one communicates whatsoever. I have to ask multiple times for 1 update when I need an update on 4 different things. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I had no idea what a red flag this is. I have never had to complain about a company. I've never written a negative review for a company. I haven't received an apology, any offer or even a discount to make this nightmare slightly better. I contacted Dino and he said sorry and that he would personally look into this. That was on 11/10. Nothing has changed. read more

We have lost our $30k purchase from this company. Doors are locked and our calls go unanswered. We were halfway through our reno with no kitchen in our home and they do not answer. Chandler location signage is removed and locked for lien by the landlord. Disgraceful. We have now been forced to buy a whole 2nd kitchen because of these thieves as we had already removed our existing kitchen by the time they ghosted us. Save yourselves and stay away from Low Cost Construction or whatever bogus new company Sanel Ahmetovic and associates opens next. read more

There is no hope for this company. Ordered in August of 2025, had pieces missing from my first order no problem things happen. Slowly got partial resolution while Mary was there. Mary has since parted ways with the company and is now run by Amber and Dino. The resolution has come to a grinding halt for over 30 days now. Amber is 100% unavailable and Dino doesn't have an accountable bone in his body. I've been told my missing items were on a delivery truck for weeks, presumably they got the wrong address like everyone else. I have a family friend that ordered a cabinet package shortly after me and is experiencing the same problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

1 Star - Unacceptable Communication, Paid in full, No cabinets! Cabinets were fully paid for and were never delivered. They were originally promised for the week of December 28th, but after multiple delays and changing timelines (1/6, 1/9, 1/10, and a promised delivery on 1/19), the cabinets were still not ready or delivered. Communication was extremely poor--calls were not returned, and information was inaccurate, I felt they just plain lied. I was also told a refund was processed on 1/3, but it has never appeared and today is 1/14. After giving multiple opportunities to resolve this, I am still waiting on a phone call to let me now why my cabinets were not delivered as promised on 1/12. I got a call that morning that the delivery guys went to the wrong location and would be there by 1pm, and I have yet to hear form this company again. I have asked for a full refund via email, Amber has not picked up her phone to call me back or respond to my email. This company is clearly scamming people, don't bother walking in their door. read more

The ordering process along with the measuring consultation went great. Now that it is time to have the cabinets installed, no one will return our calls. We drove an hour to the location to schedule our install appointment in person. We had the appointment scheduled, and nobody showed up and nobody called... TWICE! After driving to the location again because calls were not returned, we were assured the project would be completed on a specific day and again, nobody showed up and nobody called and no one is answering our phone calls. I'm very disappointed. We are still waiting for the installation. Everything has been paid in full. read more

BUYER BEWARE - Dishonest and Unprofessional I strongly advise against using this company. They have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy throughout the entire process. On the scheduled day of my cabinet installation, no one showed up. I had to call them to find out what was going on--only to be told that another job had run over and they wouldn't be coming. No courtesy call. No heads-up. It felt like they completely forgot about my installation. When I purchased the cabinets, Dino clearly said, "Sure, if you have the handles, we can install them for you," and never mentioned any additional charge. But on installation day, I was suddenly told it would be $10 per handle--an unexpected $520 extra! That's a bait-and-switch tactic if I've ever seen one. The biggest issue: the cabinet above the stove. It's too short for a standard over-the-range microwave. I brought this up and was told they "don't have the correct size" and that I signed off on the measurements. Yes, I signed a layout--but at no point was I told that the cabinet would place the microwave outside of standard height specs or make it difficult to reach. Dino and I even discussed microwave placement, and he did two renderings showing the microwave over the stove--yet never warned me the cabinet provided wouldn't meet standard requirements. I'm not a cabinet expert. I relied on them to guide me, and they failed. A reputable company would have warned me. Instead, their priority was clearly making the sale. They took 100% of the payment up front, leaving me with no leverage when problems arose. After I complained, they promised to "make it right" by fabricating a new cabinet. That was two months ago. Despite multiple texts and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. At one point they even texted that they would keep their word--but now they are just ignoring me. They've given me nothing but excuses and delays. Meanwhile, I'm left with an incorrect cabinet and an unfinished kitchen. Yes, their prices may seem lower--but the stress, wasted time, and poor results aren't worth the savings. I deeply regret hiring them. Use extreme caution or, better yet, choose a different cabinet company. read more

They advertise as having $200 slabs, but only had 2-3 options (with 5 slabs available for them) and they aren't even as nice as the ones in the pictures. Also, those were all sold out as well, which didn't matter because they weren't even nice. All of their nice ones are around $1000, not cut, or delivered unless you buy them with their cabinets. Also, their selection is extremely slim. I drove over an hour just to find this out. read more

We could not be happier with our new kitchen and laundry room. We got new cabinets and counter tops through Low Cost Construction and the quality is great! We got quotes from multiple other places and Low Cost Construction was over $10,000 cheaper than the others for our kitchen renovation. Dino helped us from start to finish. He made sure the project ran smoothly, and that it started on time. He came over both days to check on how it was going and even did a Home Depot run himself for something one of the guys needed. He is so friendly, and the customer service is so great. We would 110% recommend them to anyone that is looking for new cabinets or countertops! I decided to beat a quote from my contractor on my kitchen. I started looking around on Facebook marketplace and found a vanity that I liked for the right price. I found it on low cost construction and made an appt to go see it with my husband and kiddo. We met Jon who's an expert at what he does. We ended up purchasing a whole kitchen, vanity, two slabs and flooring through him. He did a great job by getting us the most unbelievable prices. Couldn't pass them up. We will of course recommend Jon and low cost construction to our friends and family. Ask for Jon Gentile, we love him! read more
