I came in and saw the prices and they're about $20-$50 more expensive than online competitors. So, since I really wanted something, I got one of the cheaper vibes. I regret it. I regret ever entering this store. I regret spending my money here. For some reason, this thing only works when you press the button. What type of vibrator is that? This the dumbest thing I've ever seen and I'm getting angrier as I type this. I have to hold the button down to use the vibrator. Oh my goodness, you know how dumb it sounds to even say that? She holster at people asking if they needed help and if they didn't answer she didn't move but stayed at the POS. Then while waiting there myself I heard her snide comments to guests if they did respond but not to her liking. In the end we ended up ordering online bras for my wife that she wasn't familiar with and ended up cancelling the order later that night by phone as we found the exact item on their website. Somewhere a hiccup in the system as we got our money back and the bras that were cancelled?? She did, incorrectly, and told me I needed a 38 D. That's way too big of a band and way too small of a cup. I'm currently wearing a 34 DD, which is too big in the band and far too small in the cups. She tisked at me when I told her that was wrong and insisted she knew best. I figured fine, maybe their bras are sized differently. Nope. Doesn't fit. She brings me a 36 DD to try on and insists that it fits perfectly. The band was so loose that my whole fist could fit through it, I was spilling out of the cups, and even had it as tight in the band as it would go. When I raised concerns that I was spilling out the top she loosened the straps so much that they weren't even touching my shoulders anymore. When I asked her for a smaller band and larger cup sized bra she REFUSED and told me I needed this size. I'm the customer, shouldn't I get to decide what's right for me? These bras are not cheap, and I have no problem shelling out for a bra that fits but I'm not going to buy something that does not even remotely fit me because the sales girl had some sort of weird complex. I honestly really liked some of the bras and probably would have made a purchase if the right size had been offered to me, instead I left empty handed and annoyed. I will not be going back, or if I do I'll refuse help and find a bra that fits myself.

Still had 2 or 3 more with the tags still on, but wasn't allowed to return them. Their policy is exchange only even if tags on and even if within 2 weeks of purchase. I knew there wasn't any other bra that would fit right. So I got stuck with what I had bought no matter what. I've never worn them! This is a really bad policy. I should have been able to get refund for the bras that still had tags on. I'll never shop there again.

Hannah was phenomenal to work with. She truly listened to the aspects of a style and we literally landed on two copies of almost the same dress. Incredible! I felt like we were on the same wavelength. In addition, since my family lives out of town and I came without friends (rather last minute for the sale), she still helped me have a wonderful time.
