I am absolutely appalled with this Old Navy location. I was trying to get a coat that was 50% off as there was a 50% off tag right above the coat when I selected it, and the male cashier tried to tell me it was for another coat they sold. I showed them the sale online that matched the exact coat in the store. The cashier then kept trying to say it was an online exclusive item, which it wasn't at all! It sucks when you go out to shop on Black Friday and your cashier keeps gaslighting customers for their own ego. Completely ridiculous behavior.
