Many items have the original tags still on. They also have great purses, accessories, shoes, and home goods (though the layout for home goods can make you dizzy as it's a lot of four-sided shelving units and you kind of have to spin around in circles to see all sides for a while, lol) This location is also very well organized and clean making for a much more pleasant thrifting experience. They do have fitting rooms so you will be able to try things on before you buy AND the curtains on the rooms are large enough to provide privacy without worry, There's nothing worse that trying on clothes in a store with tiny curtains where you could end up giving a free peep show at the slightest breeze. -Bring a bag, they have a small amount of boxes available sometimes, but do not have bags at all anymore -This location can be a bit more pricey than other locations so watch carefully for the occasional original price tag to make sure you're actually getting a deal and try to focus on half price tag colors (daily color is posted at the door each day)

I can't with this place how disrespectful that they can't service people trying to pay for their merchandise. it's disgusting I can't.

This is a brand new store. Curiously located right next to a TJ Maxx (they're practically the same…read morestore) in a busy strip mall. Now, it was certainly my own mistake for visiting on the Sunday two weeks before Christmas, but this place was an unorganized madhouse! There were probably way more people in the store than a fire marshal would allow. Products all over the floor, strewn about. And again, this is a brand new store... why design the store with seven checkout lanes if you're only going to have four open on one of the busiest shopping days? Gripes aside, it's a decent store with a slightly different selection than your average TJ Maxx and Marshall's. As we got away from the clothing/shoes/accessories, we found the home goods section to be in much better order. We picked up a few nice picture frames for less than $10 each, so I'd call that a win. They also had a great selection of auto accessories, surprisingly. The wait in line was about a half hour... very ridiculous. Anyway, they need more cashiers on duty to handle demand and also dedicated staff to keep stock off the floor.

However, the selection in this store doesn't represent the true Ross experience. There is not as many high quality brands that Ross usually sells at a deep discount. They do carry a lot of cheap, trendy clothing. There is not a wide variety of sizes for women. The designer handbag selection has never been great. They do occasionally have a great shoe selection. It is really hit or miss. The store is usually clean & organized. The prices are usually good if you can find a treasure. However, the next door neighbor, TJ Maxx, usually has a better selection. The Ross stores I have been to in the north are very different than the ones in the south. This isn't it. The buyers for this store are cheating you out of a great Ross experience.

This starts out bad, but ended on a much brighter note. When I went in about 6 weeks ago, with my…read morefuture M-I-L I had a horrendous experience that ended with me crying that night and contacting corporate. As a prospective bride newly engaged, I was excited to check out gowns. My advice, don't come on a Saturday. I don't like the fact that we have to book appointments in advance, it's great if you can, and I'm sure it makes their job easier, so I get it, but I work in customer service too and my job requires flexibility. I can't stick to a straight schedule to honor an appointment, nor can my mother or MIL who were helping me shop- due to their health issues. Appointments just aren't easy for me with my life. The first time I walked in, it was a train wreck. This was when I first discovered appointments are pretty much necessary to try on dresses, and it seemed ridiculous to me. I drove out to the Dearborn one (to avoid the Taylor one ) on my one unusual day off, and found the same thing. To be fair, on a Saturday they are busy. However the Dearborn one was completely empty today(Wednesday ) and still I could not try on dresses. We decided we still had some time so we drove to the Taylor one, hoping that it would be a better experience. Today it was. The girl at the front signing us in was warm and welcoming. And when we signed in, my mom and I browsed the clearance rack for my sizes. We were greeted by a stylist who would be helping us, and she introduced herself as Victoria, the store manager. My mom picked out a few dresses for me to try and Victoria was a sweetheart helping me in and out of them. She gave good feedback and suggestions and really went out of her way to give us a good experience. Ultimately, I did find "the dress" today, and I was ecstatic that it was an easy find. I also met another, younger stylist there and she was very kind as well. This was a total 180 from the last experience I had when I'd stopped in there, so I felt more secure doing business with them. They were not the same people from the first time I went in there and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I spent a decent amount of money, and will probably have my bridesmaids go here too, although we will have to find a day during the week. All in all, I was super happy to find my wedding dress and buy it today.

I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly and avoiding any last-minute issues. I spoke with a woman named Br****, and I was told that I did not need an appointment and that I could bring my dress in either two days before the wedding or even the day of. I called again five days before bringing my dress in to confirm because I wanted to be absolutely certain. Once again, Br**** gave me the same information and told me I did not need an appointment. I ultimately brought my dress in three days before my wedding, specifically following the advice I had been given so that my dress would have time to be steamed without becoming wrinkled again. Instead of being met with understanding, I was made to feel like I had made a mistake by not having an appointment. What was especially upsetting was that I had tried twice to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I shouldn't have had to feel stupid or irresponsible when I had gone out of my way to call ahead and confirm the process. was originally quoted $80, and the price ultimately increased to $175. I understand pricing can very but I had a very simple 2 layer dress. Given the circumstances and the way I was treated when I brought my dress in, the price increase honestly felt retaliatory. I cannot say what the intention was, but as a customer, that is how it came across. It was extremely upsetting to have the price more than double after I had specifically called ahead, followed the instructions I was given, and was then made to feel as though the situation was somehow my fault. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only part of my experience that left me disappointed. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt incredibly out of place and uncomfortable. During such an emotional and important time in my life, I expected to feel welcomed, supported, and excited. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and like I was a problem for simply trying to get my wedding dress ready. I genuinely wish I could take this experience back. I did everything I could to avoid a last-minute issue: I called ahead, I asked questions, I called again to confirm, and I followed the instructions I was given. I should not have been made to feel stupid for relying on the information provided by the store.
