I love this store…read more To start with, the staff are wonderful: they are humorous, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going to this location for about 4 or 5 years and I have never had a bad experience - moreover, I have always been approached by helpful, great staff. To me, the staff are a HUGE part of the sex shop experience because so many customers go in there unsure of what they want/need, unsure of what toys will fulfill or clash with those needs, maybe feeling a bit uncomfortable. And on the flip side, lots of customers (like myself) go in there just browsing, not really needing something but feeling like a little more spice is needed. The staff there have always given great recommendations and made the experience great! As for the selection, I would say that it is pretty good. You'll find humorous gifts and cards, a good variety of lingerie and dancing outfits (complete with shoes), videos and literature, and the essential toys and lubes. There are also some more "spicy" toys (double dildos, some restraints) but nothing "varsity level": you will not, for example, find a variety of straps, fucking machines, a good ball gag, or similar fetish wear. But for the average shopper, everything is great!

WORST CUSTOMER POLICY. They only want to rob you of as much money as they can. They also have great purses, accessories, shoes, and home goods (though the layout for home goods can make you dizzy as it's a lot of four-sided shelving units and you kind of have to spin around in circles to see all sides for a while, lol) This location is also very well organized and clean making for a much more pleasant thrifting experience. They do have fitting rooms so you will be able to try things on before you buy AND the curtains on the rooms are large enough to provide privacy without worry, There's nothing worse that trying on clothes in a store with tiny curtains where you could end up giving a free peep show at the slightest breeze. -Bring a bag, they have a small amount of boxes available sometimes, but do not have bags at all anymore -This location can be a bit more pricey than other locations so watch carefully for the occasional original price tag to make sure you're actually getting a deal and try to focus on half price tag colors (daily color is posted at the door each day)

There were probably way more people in the store than a fire marshal would allow. Products all over the floor, strewn about. And again, this is a brand new store... why design the store with seven checkout lanes if you're only going to have four open on one of the busiest shopping days? Gripes aside, it's a decent store with a slightly different selection than your average TJ Maxx and Marshall's. As we got away from the clothing/shoes/accessories, we found the home goods section to be in much better order. We picked up a few nice picture frames for less than $10 each, so I'd call that a win. They also had a great selection of auto accessories, surprisingly. The wait in line was about a half hour... very ridiculous. Anyway, they need more cashiers on duty to handle demand and also dedicated staff to keep stock off the floor.

It is really hit or miss. The store is usually clean & organized. The prices are usually good if you can find a treasure. However, the next door neighbor, TJ Maxx, usually has a better selection. The Ross stores I have been to in the north are very different than the ones in the south. This isn't it. The buyers for this store are cheating you out of a great Ross experience.

I would have been out $150 but the manager and staff ordered the same dress for me just in the right color. I didn't have to pay anything else. I was so greatful and this is how buisness is supposed to be done. Very pleased and will return. Also the store is clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, and they have full inventory.
