This starts out bad, but ended on a much brighter note. When I went in about 6 weeks ago, with my future M-I-L I had a horrendous experience that ended with me crying that night and contacting corporate. As a prospective bride newly engaged, I was excited to check out gowns. My advice, don't come on a Saturday. I don't like the fact that we have to book appointments in advance, it's great if you can, and I'm sure it makes their job easier, so I get it, but I work in customer service too and my job requires flexibility. I can't stick to a straight schedule to honor an appointment, nor can my mother or MIL who were helping me shop- due to their health issues. Appointments just aren't easy for me with my life. The first time I walked in, it was a train wreck. This was when I first discovered appointments are pretty much necessary to try on dresses, and it seemed ridiculous to me. I drove out to the Dearborn one (to avoid the Taylor one ) on my one unusual day off, and found the same thing. To be fair, on a Saturday they are busy. However the Dearborn one was completely empty today(Wednesday ) and still I could not try on dresses. We decided we still had some time so we drove to the Taylor one, hoping that it would be a better experience. Today it was. The girl at the front signing us in was warm and welcoming. And when we signed in, my mom and I browsed the clearance rack for my sizes. We were greeted by a stylist who would be helping us, and she introduced herself as Victoria, the store manager. My mom picked out a few dresses for me to try and Victoria was a sweetheart helping me in and out of them. She gave good feedback and suggestions and really went out of her way to give us a good experience. Ultimately, I did find "the dress" today, and I was ecstatic that it was an easy find. I also met another, younger stylist there and she was very kind as well. This was a total 180 from the last experience I had when I'd stopped in there, so I felt more secure doing business with them. They were not the same people from the first time I went in there and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I spent a decent amount of money, and will probably have my bridesmaids go here too, although we will have to find a day during the week. All in all, I was super happy to find my wedding dress and buy it today. read more

I called two weeks before my wedding specifically to ask whether I needed an appointment to have my wedding dress steamed. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly and avoiding any last-minute issues. I spoke with a woman named Br****, and I was told that I did not need an appointment and that I could bring my dress in either two days before the wedding or even the day of. I called again five days before bringing my dress in to confirm because I wanted to be absolutely certain. Once again, Br**** gave me the same information and told me I did not need an appointment. I ultimately brought my dress in three days before my wedding, specifically following the advice I had been given so that my dress would have time to be steamed without becoming wrinkled again. Instead of being met with understanding, I was made to feel like I had made a mistake by not having an appointment. What was especially upsetting was that I had tried twice to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I shouldn't have had to feel stupid or irresponsible when I had gone out of my way to call ahead and confirm the process. was originally quoted $80, and the price ultimately increased to $175. I understand pricing can very but I had a very simple 2 layer dress. Given the circumstances and the way I was treated when I brought my dress in, the price increase honestly felt retaliatory. I cannot say what the intention was, but as a customer, that is how it came across. It was extremely upsetting to have the price more than double after I had specifically called ahead, followed the instructions I was given, and was then made to feel as though the situation was somehow my fault. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only part of my experience that left me disappointed. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt incredibly out of place and uncomfortable. During such an emotional and important time in my life, I expected to feel welcomed, supported, and excited. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and like I was a problem for simply trying to get my wedding dress ready. I genuinely wish I could take this experience back. I did everything I could to avoid a last-minute issue: I called ahead, I asked questions, I called again to confirm, and I followed the instructions I was given. I am very pleased with my visit. The manager approved my exchange even though I had bought my dress in Feb. My sister is getting married and changed her color for me last minute. I would have been out $150 but the manager and staff ordered the same dress for me just in the right color. I didn't have to pay anything else. Having a 2 hour appointment when you come in with a set list of styles to try is a bit much. And after confirming we could order the selected style for all girls, the bride was kind enough to purchase gift cards for all to use toward the dresses. Unfortunately, within 10 minutes, the warehouse and other nationwide stores were 'sold out'. Huge let down! But now we are stuck finding another dress as the bride has already purchased store credit to be used. Thankfully, we questioned our options with the desired dress and went to another David's Bridal who confirmed the exact sizes were not available but made the suggestion to order a size up and size down as needed. I wish I read the reviews first! I paid for a suit and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for it to come. I needed to return it because the wedding was cancelled a week after I picked up the suit. The store wouldn't take it back because of a 7 day refund policy. They still had the suit. The return policy is BS!!!! Every gas to be ordered so nobody will never be able to return anything. Yesterday was a very heartbreaking and awful experience for me. I was told to look at dresses while my stylist got ready for me. While looking at dresses I overheard two employees racially and negatively talking about another employee. One of the women said "she should wear her wig again her hair is worse than my carpet" and "im so glad I'm not black that has to be awful" the employees talked for about 5 minutes, and I was able to record a great deal on my cell phone. I will definitely be sending it to corporate. I will Never be coming back here, or any David's. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! read more

Seeing all of the beautiful dresses and excited new brides Everyone at the welcome desk was so welcoming and I absolutely adored their manager! Andrea was super friendly, helpful, and really cared about her bride she was helping. She gave me great tips and tricks things she's seen, things she likes which I really appreciate as I've never planned a wedding lol I loved working with her so much she even helped me find my dress to help me look like the Disney princess transforming into a queen!! Thank you so much David's Bridal Staff!! Especially Andrea A month later, I'm finishing off my payment plan and everything was such a breeze with their customer service and I didn't have to put much money down! I went in on a Friday around 2 p.m. It was not busy! One young lady was trying on but she left before I tried on my first item. When I walked in I was told that "someone" would help me. The assistant asked me what I was looking for and then she measured me. She found one dress, not in the color or style I was looking for. (I asked about a pair of shoes that I saw. She asked my size. While I was trying on a dress, she left the shoes, in a box on a chair outside my room. When I came out, I "assumed" those were the shoes I was asking about, so I looked in the box .) She put the dress in a room and then she left. I couldn't zip the dress (I did not realize that she gave me a dress (4) sizes smaller than I was measured for!), so I came out of the dressing room and called for her. No answer. I put my reg. clothes back on and went out and found two more dresses. She happened to see me and (kinda) looked for another dress for me but found nothing. I went, alone, back to my room and again tried on the dresses. I came out and called, AGAIN, for assistance. Another lady was passing by and she zipped me up. I asked her to wait so she could UNzip me, which she did. My "assistant" then came to tell me that she was stepping out and that someone else would help me. (She was coming back into the store with her lunch as I was leaving). I am 72 years old and (mildly) handicapped. I was alone. I was dressed in shorts and a T-shirt. I could not figure out WHY I was ignored and felt disrespected. I bought one dress (the one that "I" picked out.) I also bought the shoes. I spent $158. The sales in that store were outstanding and I was prepared to buy several outfits with accessories had I gotten even a little help. I went to another store, (NOT David's) and I did buy what I needed and I spent over $500 there. My experience there was outstanding. Maybe the young lady at David's that was assigned to "assist" me needs more training in how to assist customers in that store. I was very disappointed and the bridal party that may have followed me in shopping there did not even bother to go. After some time I found a lady in the shoe department and asked her if she could help me and she was evidently bothered by my request. I let her know what I wanted and she took me over to the dresses I already looked at and said "well have you looked through here"? And I said yes but I'm looking specifically for X and she totally blew me off. She said we probably don't have anything like that and dismissed me. What a terrible service experience. I walked in with every intention of hating this place. I mean, it's David's Bridal. Isn't that like the Walmart of wedding dresses? Yeah. But I was in MI visiting the fam for Thanksgiving and wanted to have the whole experience of trying on wedding dresses with my mama and sister. While I knew I wasn't going to buy my dress at Walmart, I mean David's, I knew they would have enough sizes and styles to make the whole event Instagramable. My consultant was Jenna, and I'll admit - I rolled my eyes hard through the canned tour of the store. I just wasn't into it at all. After picking out shoes and showing Jenna some ideas of dresses I liked, I was set up in a fitting room and handed some undergarments. Like a good girl, I put them on and waited. Jenna came back with a dress, expertly slid it over my head and I walked out fully prepared to laugh. But OMG. I cheesed like you haven't seen before. And I knew at that very moment that the first wedding dress I tried on was THE ONE. Damn it. My sis and mom knew, too, but we moved on to other dresses because I was sure at that point that it was all just the smoke and mirrors and I was going to love every single white monstrosity I tried on. Not the case. Dress number one was it. Jenna wasn't pushy, but instead we had a grand ol' time. We laughed a whole lot and, as I usually do, I made a joke of everything. But in the end that dress was no joke and I knew I was about to betray all of my pre-dress shopping warnings to my mama and sis that I was NOT buying a dress at David's. I bought the dress. And I couldn't be happier with my choice. After I ordered the experience wasn't so awesome. Jenna did everything right and we all loved her. But paying for the dress from out of state and arranging shipping was kinda a pain. Not Jenna's fault, though. I think it was the manager who fumbled through that one. So yeah. I learned an important lesson. Sometimes Walmart has just what you're looking for. Honestly speaking, though, I still feel embarrassed every time I tell someone where I got my dress and I dread that inevitable question most women ask of "Where did you get it?" I kinda say "David's" with a bit of redness in my cheeks while looking at the ground in shame. read more

I popped in here several times throughout the years, and I have to say that I just love this store. Please don't be fooled by the undesirable Taylor location - there are definitely lots of child brides, but they don't usually bring their babies with them and they're not necessarily louder than anyone else. The first time I was picking dresses for friends who were going to be in my quinceanera (a Mexican right of passage for 15 year olds), and they were very kind and tolerant of us, several 14/15 year old girls, and our excitement and giggles. Throughout all of the fittings, everything went fine. The second time I was a bridesmaid, and I had a colorscheme but not a specific dress I needed. I came in without an appointment and they were great about getting me a room and waiting while I tried on several dresses, and when I requested a specific one they were able to find it for me, but it was a size 10 (I needed a 4) and the last in any of the area stores. Not only did I get it for $35 (originally just under $200) but they were able to alter it perfectly. As I'm sure you can imagine, the alterations were numerous (length, and basically every other area, as well as installing a bra) but it was done in about 3 weeks (the wedding was for over six months later, so that was fine) and looked great. There was a bit of confusion when I was supposed to pick it up, but that was likely because someone else went to get it for me. The last times I went I went with my mother, who is getting married. To try on wedding dresses one does need an appointment, so the first time we went she was unable to try on any dresses, but they were able to pull up the favorites that she had saved online, so she was able to look at the dresses and get an idea of where she was going. We made an appointment and came back later, and it was a great experience. Her consultant was very sweet and attentive. We were there for hours (there is a time limit) and no one said anything or made us feel uncomfortable at all. She did, in fact, get a dress, and got to ring a bell at the end. It made me happy that they still did that just for her, even though everyone else had left and by then the store had actually closed. I had made an appointment there to look at plus size mother of the bride dresses today. My appointment time was 11:00am. I wish I had known that the store didn't open until 11am, or I wouldn't have been one of 5 cars waiting in the parking lot for the place to open. I had McKenzie (name is likely misspelled) 'helping me.' She looked at a screen capture of a dress I had found at David's Bridal online (there are so many online, and I was assuming the store would have a reasonable selection based on that), confirmed that they don't carry the dress I really wanted, but said she would do her best to find something similar. To her credit, her pick was not far off, but still had plenty about it that I didn't like, including the color - which is the same color as the bridesmaid's dresses. A traditional automatic no...although I did want to hold onto the dress and look at the "others" she said there were if I didn't like the one she had given me to try on. She told me to follow her, the dress I had tried on in her hand, and we walked about 3/4 of the way down an aisle of dresses. McKenzie actually put the dress I had told her unwanted to hold onto back on the rack. I had to stop her, and tell her again that I wanted to hang onto that dress. She handed me the dress, and told me to go ahead and look at the dresses. WHAT? I realize that she was also helping a teen girl try on prom dresses (that the mother had told her she couldn't afford), but my business should have been equally as important to her, even if those prom dresses cost 3 times as much as the dress I was holding. It's not like that mom bought one of those high priced prom dresses in the end anyways. So I ended up standing in the last quarter of that aisle - a disabled woman, which she was made well aware of - looking at dresses. Only ONE was my size and short (summer beach wedding), and it was made of heavy material...and dark blue. Surely McKenzie, being an employee, and having gone in search of short MOTB dresses for me once, was fully aware of the fact that there WERE NONE for me to look at! I ended up sitting in a chair in the area generally reserved for brides, waiting for McKenzie, while she fluffed the skirt of one of those prom dresses. Eventually she came over to me, and I told her there really was no selection for me and I wish I had known that. She agreed that they have a horrible plus sizes section of dresses. Going here seemed like a good bet for prom, yet of course it wasnt l. it was frustrating because i was trying to do it all by myself, the lady had only helped me find only 2 dresses both corset in my size (im plus sized), i told her plainly there was a huge chance of me buying a dress that day because my prom was so close. she had me go to a changing room and i had on the dress somewhat, but of course i couldnt put it on all of the way because it was a corset. I had peeked my head out the door several times saying hello? its not like i could just walk out and be like ime ready with out flashing anyone. i literally waited 20 minutes in each dress just popping my head out and waiting. customers were literally asking me if i was looking for some one, and i said im just looking for help. if a customer can see another customer is having trouble, it obviously makes for a bad atmosphere. after waiting 40-50 minutes i started putting on my clothing and with no knock the door came open as i was putting on my shoes by the lady. and she was like, "oh (startled by be changing), how were the dresses babe?" i flat out told her; "I wouldnt know, because no one had helped me, i waited a long time looking for help and that no one was there." I really thought this would just be a wasted trip. I went to a couple other places first and the selection and service did not compare. Melanie dove right in and brought me so many beautiful gowns and was patient and supportive when I wasn't sure. On my second visit I was really bummed to find out my favorite from my first visit was sold out, so we started all over, but Melanie did not flinch. She finally brought me my dream dress, that I didn't even know was perfect until I put it on. I'm so happy with the service here and the selection. I went to the Taylor Store, my first visit was great, the sales person was helpful (new but very nice). This is more of a review for after that initial visit. I ordered a dress, I was told it is in the warehouse and it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. at the 3.5 week mark I called to see if my dress was in... I was told it wouldn't arrive for another 3 months (and less than 2 weeks before I needed it). I spoke with a "manager" and she told me over and over again ordered dresses can take up to 4 weeks (which was in 3 days), and I kept reminding her of this. She was acting as if I should not expect it from 4 weeks from that day, even though I had already waited over 3 weeks. I went with a friend to pick up her daughters dress (that turned out the zipper was broken, it was the wrong size, and the same "manager" that I was dealing with told them there was nothing that could be done about it, until my friend had her try it on in the store and the zipper broke and they had to cut her out). My dress still wasn't in, and they called the warehouse who said it wouldn't be in to warehouse for over a month, then to the store 2 weeks after that. When I asked the "manager" what are they going to do to compensate me for my trouble...I was told nothing. Please keep in mind I could have ordered this dress online and had it in 4-10 days, and when I told that to the "manager" she said that with online they say 4-10 days but if the warehouse doesn't have one they will delay the order until one could come in. I have worked retail and I shop online, ONLINE shopping doesn't work that way or people wouldn't do it. PLEASE be wary of going there if you want your dress on time, because according to Ashley the "manager" they can't always be sure when the dresses will get there so you are taking a risk. read more

Buy the dress and take it somewhere else for alterations. I spent the same amount for alterations as I spent on the dress. Spent $275 JUST on a bustle and as soon as it was pulled up on my wedding day, EVERY single button ripped out of my train and I ended the night with 15 holes in the tule and stepped on my train the entire night. Also during alterations had the chest taken in which took three tries to get it right, and I'm 5'1 which took another two tries to get the right length. I sat there for 2 extra hours so they could complete the correct alterations that I paid WAY too much for. VERY disappointed that I threw away $275 on a bustle that I just HAD to have and didn't even make it after two steps of it being used. read more

The sales woman was very helpful, and assisted me in finding dresses within my color and fabric range all within my price point. This location ruined my dress in the alterations department and could not get me an equivalent dress for my event. I had to get a dress of another color and design off the rack. The person that ruined my dress in alterations never informed management. The assistant manager offered all the help that she could. However, she was limited and railroaded by the manager Victoria. I have bought multiple dresses from David's Bridal throughout the years and I am disgusted in the service that I received and the fact that the manager of the establishment would never talk to me directly or return my phone call. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Absolutely hate this place. Went there as a very last minute and completely against every shred of my dignity. I had to beg someone to assist me, and when I finally found somone, she was of absolutely no help and left me to go help another customer. I picked out the bridesmaid dress myself and took it to the register to have them put it in the system so my bridal party could come in to be measured for it. They were told when they went in to be measured the dress was discontinued and were not allowed to try it on. Then another bridesmaid went to another location a week after that and specifically asked if the dress was discontinued to which the salesperson replied, "Nooo..this dress is not discontinued." When I callled this location to ask them why my girls were told that, I was connected to a very snotty "manager" who wouldn't even listen to me spell my name and immediately pulled an attitude from the word go. I would never buy a gown here. Sending my bridesmaids to DB was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. They will never get any of my business again. I'm not the bridezilla that some women are, I'm not the one to get all sappy when I find "the one", I'm a realist that is not going to spend a whole paycheck or more on a dress that I will only wear once. I do however expect honesty and communication from retail sales staff, even when it's not fun or I'm not there to spend thousands. I didn't think I would receive that at a chain bridal store, but I have received all of that and more at this store. My first visit at DB in Taylor was on Labor Day weekend. I convinced my fiance to go with me and check out dresses. After calling to see if there were open appointment slots, he grudgingly agreed (with the promise of a steak dinner). We were greeted by a wonderful lady who's name I have forgotten and treated as if we were there to buy the store out! The only issue I had was there was some corporate wide issue with the A/C and it was nearly as hot and muggy inside as it was out. Can't blame this on the staff at the store though, but we made the best of it. I made a return appointment for 10/24 at noon for another go. I brought my sister with me for my "real" appointment and was greeted by a team at the door. Victoria was the main one to welcome us and lead our appointment like she had known us for years. Not every dress that I had in my favorites was available because I was hoping for some clearance gowns. But we tried on dresses, good and bad, got honest answers, shared stories and became family. After I found my dress, we looked for a dress for my sis, my MOH, that had some great re-wear value. I did not want her dress to be something we paid $$ for that she wore once and it took up closet space for years. The first one we tried was the one we bought! The checkout process was super simple and painless. Victoria made a process that I was dreading smooth and insanely enjoyable. I'd recommend her to anyone. Overall, I think most of the other reviews are far too hard on this store. Work a retail job during the holidays for one year and you'll know what these folks go through every day... read more

When we went into the store to solve a problem with an Online order the manager there handled everything wonderfully! We were given a general date the new dress would arrive and ready to give them 5stars! It wasn't until after we started having problems- the dress didn't arrive on time (NOT EVEN CLOSE) the date told to us was wildly inaccurate...which happens but the wedding was coming up and we needed the dress. When the girl on the phone realized I was upset she put me on hold FOR 20 MINUTES! So I hung up and called back. She was so rude- "oh, I remember you. Let me put you on hold." was her response. Girl, your job is in customer service and you're being downright lazy and not handling your responsibilities. After that, the dress came in to their store two separate managers had offered us overnight shipping so that's what we were expecting- the lady who called to tell me my dress was in argued that as well. Overall, it was definitely a teaching opportunity for management to show their staff how to handle guests properly. I'm just one customer , an insignificant number, but I'm sure if these problems persist it will have an impact on the store. If you need a dress for a wedding go to another David's bridal. read more

I will never go back to this location. I live the same distance from the Taylor and novi location about 40 minutes from each. I drove to the Taylor location tonight and asked to try on a few dresses as I had a friend with me and wouldn't need much assistance from the sales team. She told me she couldn't let me and that I could come back in the morning I explained my friend and I both work a lot and that wouldn't be possible. She didn't seem to care and wasn't helpful. The novi location has always been great to me and has even let me in 10 minutes before close. This location is awful and I'll never be back. Walked in today to have my shoes dyed and asked the lady to look up the color in the system under the brides name. Right away she said it was t noted in the system but I knew it was. Not sure what all these bad reviews are about, but my experience was amazing. This was my first stop during my wedding dress shopping, and honestly, I wasn't assuming to find anything that I really liked here. But the experience was amazing, and the dresses were actually so much more amazing that I thought. Before my appointment they sent me a questionnaire to fill out so they could know my dress style better. They also had me make a profile on their website and save my favorite dresses. So, when I got there she just looked me up and pulled all the dresses I had "favorited" plus some others I loved in store. The girl helping me was awesome and not pushy at all which I loved. Let me bring and wear my cute wedding shoes with my dresses so I could get the full effect, went and pulled lots of different veils to see which looked best with the dress, and just gave me space haha . They were so nice and let us take lots or pics and measured me and gave us the style numbers of the dress and veil I loved so we could keep an eye out for sales. Overall great experience. Going back for my 2nd appointment in a few days and hoping I have the same experience! read more

This place is totally based on commission sales. They forget who the bride is and that is what a wedding is all about. They NEVER catered to my needs and I am the bride. If you can find a better place to wedding shop, DAVIDS BRIDAL is NOT THE PLACE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! They are rude, inconsiderate, and bad business people. I signed up to use David's Bridal for my wedding because a large portion of my bridal party is out of town. That said, I'm definitely glad I'm not doing more with this location. I've been here three times, once to start picking colors/styles, once to help my junior bridesmaids select their dresses and once for myself. When I was there with my girls we were basically ignored. Once we finally managed to get someone's attention they were very friendly and helpful, but I feel like they need more people working here because clients get left standing around. I agree that brides should get most of the attention, but it would be nice if there was someone dedicated to managing other tasks so girls busy with brides don't have to try to run double duty (I should note that all three times I came in I did have an appointment so it's not like we were moving in on someone else's time). When I came to shop for myself, it started out quite well. The woman we were working with (I've forgotten her name) was very friendly and willing to let me try on a variety of styles. It was my first time trying on dresses so she helped me get a much better idea of what worked with my body. Unfortunately, as the amount of shoppers in the store died down a lot of the other girls came over and started pulling dresses and trying to push a sale. They weren't familiar with the other things that I had already discussed with my consultant and were pulling things that weren't really appropriate for what I was looking for. It also seemed like they were trying to get my mom and I to disagree, almost pushing me to demand we buy a dress simply to "show her" which was very inappropriate. Finally, the consultant we had been working with previously suggested that we leave, think about things and come back another day if I was still considering the dress I had tried on as a way of calming things down. I really appreciated the way she handled things, but the other girls need to stop focusing on getting a sale and listen to customers better. read more

I went in yesterday to order a dress for my daughters wedding, we needed one more bridesmaid dress for her wedding in two weeks. Nobody wanted to help me...which they had a few customers in there. One staff member was talking on the phone the whole time. I went to try on a dress in the dressing room and nobody was there to help me zip the dress up. I looked around for someone and nobody was there a customer offered to help me!!! A customer shopping for her own dress helped me!!!! I then went to the front desk and asked if they could order the dress I needed. I knew it was last minute so I asked if I could have it rushed and I would pay the extra amount. The lady said there was noway it would take two weeks to get to me. To make a long story short I went online when I got home and ordered the dress with express shipping. The dress was on sale online for $30 off and that is what the over nite shipping cost!!! I could have saved myself all that stress by just ordering online!!! The Taylor store is awful!!! I also ran in to the lady who helped me zip my dress up at JCPenny and she found the same dress that she was trying on at JCPenny for 40% off she saved a ton!!! read more

Never go here on a weekend - it is a madhouse. Try to make an appointment if you can for a weekday. The girl that helped me was very friendly and nervous but she did a great job. She helped me find my dress and veil and i called her with questions. Other staff members were not as friendly. The alterations lady - Chin, she was very nice and helpful. Overall i would recommend this place to friends but warn them its really a 50/50 chance of liking or hating it. Id probably call to see if Tish(my girl) is available to help us. read more

The women who helped us with our dresses was always MIA. We had to walk around to find her several times. She didn't seem to be around when we had a question. I felt like the appointment took longer then it should have. Don't get me wrong, she was nice, but she was always doing something else when she should have been helping us. read more

The first time I came in to try on my dress (before ordering) was great. The lady was pleasant took great care of me etc. we set the appointment to pick up the dress and from there things went downhill. So the day comes and I arrive for my alterations appointment. So after getting started a lady proceeds to walk back saying "okay ladies I gotta go" then she sees me and goes RUDE as can be "ohhh we still have a customer" she proceeds to give the poor girl who is doing my alterations a dirty look. She goes behind a CURTAIN as if we can't hear her says "why is she still here,what time was her appointment this is ridiculous". From there she walked back by 1-2 more times apparently not realizing there was a MIRROR wall so I could see all the dirty looks she was giving me and the girl working on my dress. Everyone else was very nice and professional but this was POOR management...like I am a paying customer and this girl is on her hands and knees trying to make my dress perfect and you are acting like a child. Very bad customer service. Anyone else in the room was this girls last priority.I would not recommend. read more

They were regularly understaffed so I ended up waiting a long time each time I was there to be helped. I would be greeted, assured someone would be with me shortly, then...nothing. One time they forgot about me altogether. Furthermore, I was given an estimate of $200-$250 when I bought my dress. I ended up paying $495. This put me over budget, and I may have considered a less expensive dress had I known alterations were going to be almost as much as the dress itself. They never informed me of charges for multiple layers. They never informed me the bustle would NEED (their words, it NEEDS) 16 points. They never informed me they HAVE to charge a sleeve altering fee on a SLEEVELESS STRAPLESS dress because they adjusted near the armpit. When I asked the girl why that was, she said, "I don't know, I just write the invoices." Seriously?! And it still didn't fit right when I went in for my final fitting. When they said they could take it back and fix it I said, "No way, I'm not paying you another cent," and I signed off and took it to a friend to make right. I even tried to email customer service with the issue. I got no response. I didn't expect one, considering how poor the rest of the experience was. The staff was nice enough, which is the only reason I didn't give all zero scores. I'll never go back, though, and I won't tell anyone to go there either. Very shady. What a scam. read more
