The owner took the time to listen and tell me he would be on the lookout. You can spend a while just looking at all the items and if they don't have it, if it involves stones they might be able to make it. I found some items I never seen in other shops. Chakra heart set with heart shaped stones had to come home with me. Prices are fair and it is great to be supportive of a small business. They use to be in the local mall, but moved to a more easily found location.

I would not have got it since I was t sure it would work out. I even requested store credit and the associate then underlined my receipt that it's a final sale. I've been in retail management for over 30 yrs. I would have returned it for the customer.

I started freaking out and apologizing and she immediately told me not to worry, that she would fix it! She got the correct date, and told me to come back in about an hour.. In all fairness, their posts on another site warned we might have to take an alternate route, but my friend and I still managed to drive in circles a bit before finally finding the huge sign out front! But, that's ok-Trenton is a cute little town so we enjoyed the unintentional exploring. We expected the store footprint to be a little larger, but there were still plenty of things to look at and choose from. Metalwork dominates. There was a flock of hot pink metal flamingos, huge multi-colored roosters and bright red cardinals on wire hangers and metal stakes. There were enormous sunflowers, wind chimes and rock sculptures. And lots more. The back room had some vintage items including a couple of ladders that would be great for hanging quilts. According to the very nice gentleman behind the counter, they are usually open spring - Christmas and the stock changes as they sell out and replace with new merchandise. Around the holidays it becomes a big gift shop. If you are in the area, it is worth a stop. My advice would be to pair it with lunch and a visit to some of the shops along W. Jefferson downtown and make a day of it. You won't get dirty at The Dirty Hoe, but neither will you have to work hard to have a good time. Overalls not required.

Abundant Living Gallery & Gifts is a good place to shop for souvenirs and home décor. Many items are either made in Michigan or are Michigan themed. Owner Pam was very friendly and welcomed me to the store as soon as I entered. She told me about some of her new items including cherry products made in Traverse City. I also saw jewelry and home items that I thought would make good gifts for friends, family, and colleagues. Pam also gave me good recommendations for stores and restaurants in the area and told me about Third Friday in Wyandotte which sounds like an opportunity for the downtown area to showcase their businesses. I recommend visiting Abundant Living Gallery & Gifts when in downtown Wyandotte. The city's downtown area is worth stopping by when passing through Downriver.
