I was looking it over and there is a flap that allows one to look at the product and does not Let me repeat DOES NOT let you touch the item. There is clear hard plastic over the item. The woman working in the store started to yell at me. I informed her I did not open it, it's a flap so you can see the item. She got very upset and I showed it to her and said it's not open it's a flap so you can only see it not touch it. After dealing with her I placed the item I had on the counter and walked out. Never to return. Place is very over priced so it's not a big lose.

She did, incorrectly, and told me I needed a 38 D. That's way too big of a band and way too small of a cup. I'm currently wearing a 34 DD, which is too big in the band and far too small in the cups. She tisked at me when I told her that was wrong and insisted she knew best. I figured fine, maybe their bras are sized differently. Nope. Doesn't fit. She brings me a 36 DD to try on and insists that it fits perfectly. The band was so loose that my whole fist could fit through it, I was spilling out of the cups, and even had it as tight in the band as it would go. When I raised concerns that I was spilling out the top she loosened the straps so much that they weren't even touching my shoulders anymore. When I asked her for a smaller band and larger cup sized bra she REFUSED and told me I needed this size. I'm the customer, shouldn't I get to decide what's right for me? These bras are not cheap, and I have no problem shelling out for a bra that fits but I'm not going to buy something that does not even remotely fit me because the sales girl had some sort of weird complex. I honestly really liked some of the bras and probably would have made a purchase if the right size had been offered to me, instead I left empty handed and annoyed. I will not be going back, or if I do I'll refuse help and find a bra that fits myself.
