Also tried the battered fish and fries. The wings...solid. Fried the way I like with the right amount of sauce. Top 5 wing easily. The shocker was the fish and the Cole slaw! Soooo good! The slaw was like (but better) than KFC, which I love. The fresh cut fries were also crazy good with a shape that can only be described as overgrown Elephant Man toenails lol. But in a good way! Wings are GOOD, when well done ! They have a variety of sauce's to choose. Fries are hit and miss. The ranch dressing has to be Heinz, it tastes cheap. During the week there are some really reasonable specials. The bartender is pleasant at times BUT she does have a snappy side so just be prepared . Not the cleanest establishment I've visited. Service depends on the night and the staff. The fries are way too good and is on the top of my list for cheesy bacon fries. Pretty big wings and you can have them naked or breaded. This is a fun little dive bar with all the atmosphere of a dive bar. I love bar food and read a review that said the chicken wings were amazing, so we gave it a try. My friend and I got the appetizer sampler. She got boneless wings and I got traditional naked wings. My wings looked freezer burnt. They were small and the sauce that was supposed to be Cajun honey was just sweet tasting. No spice. The fried mushrooms were good and the poppers were decent. She had cheese curds with hers which were weird little cubes. Not curds, but still not bad. Her potato skins were just ok and her boneless wings were super tiny. WHOOAAAA!! If you like chicken wings, this place is LEGIT. It is the definition of a hole in the wall bar. The customer service was fantastic (Kalee was our bartender and was great), the patrons were super friendly, they have two pool tables (they looked as if they were in pretty bad shape), electronic darts, a bowling and putt putt game, TouchTunes and Keno. Okay, NOW onto the wing review! HOLY MOLY! We have a contender for the top wing spot in Central Ohio!!! I ordered five Spicy Garlic and five Cajun Honeay (all flat and extra crispy of course). The chicken was super fresh, the flavor and spice were on point, and the wings weren't that greasy. My only complaint is that they could have been more crispy. If you are looking for a small town American tavern that has some of the best damn wings this is your spot. I'm sure the regulars don't want this place to be discovered. As a simple man that loves great food I found this little place to be a gem in a bigger city. You had the regulars sitting elbow to elbow at the bar drinking and having a great time but when a keg needed changed they helped the young lady behind the bar. She greeted me with can I get you a drink? I replied yes she followed up with "would you like some really good food?" She wasn't lying. I ordered 10 wings (89 cent wings on Tuesday ) and loaded fries. You do have to pay a little extra for breaded but they were not thick breading it was just enough to hold the sauce. The loaded fries looked like some kind of curly steak fry and I'm telling you it worked!! If you don't care for loud music, lack of ambience, and locals having a good time then Applebees is probably more of your vibe. But if you want good people fantastic food and cold beer man don't sleep on this spot. I went last night and am considering going back today! Our first time based on the Yelp ratings. It's your basic dive-bar. Food was actually really good. Had the Reuben with a bag of chips. Came out hot, which was great. I would have given it 5-stars...but there was a 'regular' patron that was vaping inside at her table AND another that was standing by the pool table smoking. This was a pleasant experience. I wasn't expecting much since it was a tiny bar, but I enjoyed myself. We were on our way to Vance's and wanted some pizza. We seen this pop up on Google and thought we'd give it a try. The blonde waitress was very friendly and helpful. We ended up getting the large with double pepperoni and easy on the cheese. Man, that was delicious. I want more already and I just had some yesterday. I think they could use a little bit of light in there because it was pretty dark. I will be back. 4 visits to date. 2 lunch carryout's, and 2 dine in dinners. It's not very inviting from the outside. Brick building with unmarked doors. Sign out front near the road. The shared parking lot is a maze of pothole maneuvering. I would be interested to see how the parking pattern lays out on a busy evening with no marked parking lines. Lots of cigarette butts line the front exterior. It's obvious staff and regulars push out the pool room door to smoke out front. There is a standard fenced in patio for smokers, but I have not been out there. The interior is standard long wall bar, with jukebox, tables, pool tables, and games. I'm happy to say that there is not an odor of foul drains, or foul fabric. Yes it could use a facelift, but they don't give off the impression that they want to be the family ready VFW. They have multiple food and alcohol specials posted for each individual day. I also notice that they have a lottery or gambling machine. Lunch subs are a good value for their volume size. A nice value for what you get. The potato chips are standard with ridges, not homemade. But they are a generous portion. My co-workers also have enjoyed their variety selection of sandwiches. My current favorite is the Philly Steak(add banana peppers). I'm sure it's standard "Steak 'em" meat that most others use. The rolls were never hard or stale. The pizza oven does a nice job finishing the hot meals. I shared a pizza and wings also. the wings were not on the skimpy size. The sauce tasted like Franks Wing Sauce. The pizza was a nice thin crispy crust. I can't remember if I ordered it that way, or if it's standard. The pepperoni was tasty, but the sauce was a little on the sweet side for my taste. The pitcher of draft was on special for that evening, and the cocktail was a decent pour without choking on the alcohol. I think lunch take out is great, and I will continue to keep them in rotation for meeting friends on our way to Scioto Downs for outdoor concerts. read more

Love this place always fun best long island iced teas in Columbus and at a great price. I always have fun when I stop in. I have it a 3 only because there is one bar tender that always seems to have an issue with my credit card. Three times now. Will tell me it didnt go through then want another credit card. I give her another card with a puzzled look on my face she runs it, it goes through, I sign then go and look at my 1st card she said was declined and the charges are on there twice. Plus the other card is charged. I go back the next day to try and find out what is going on and no one knows anything. So I the 3 drinks and get a 36.00 bill. No one willing to assist me to get my money back. I dont go when that bartender is working, I cant afford drinks that expensive. read more

Passing through the Columbus area (Obetz), here for one night and looking for a draft Blue Moon. Found it along with some fantastic Wings and Nachos! The wings are hand breaded or you can get them naked. On Tuesdays, they are 60 cents (instead of 1.00) each. Your choice of several sauces. The best we've had! The nachos were excellent as well, crispy with beer cheese and sour cream. We would definitely come back. Oh - don't expect anything too fancy. Just good food and cold beer. read more
