I got the make your own which is the preferred choice as the make your own is the same price as the other single choice plates, with the exception of salmon. So I got the Bang Bang chicken and teriyaki chicken half and half, with sesame noodles and gyoza ($1.50 extra) for the sides, which is good value as sesame noodles side was $9 versus other sides at $3-5 range. Portions are large. But you are eating a lot of salt. Sesame noodles are overly salty. The teriyaki chicken is salty. Bang Bang chicken is very salty. The rice helps a bit, but there is no relief to the amount of salt they used. Also, prices are very high. This order was $23.50 approximately, which is far above the average takeout plate in Seattle. If you like variety and customizations, this place is viable, but there are better places out there.
