I have been coming to Lisa and Fong every 11-14 days since their grand opening on February 2, 2019. They provide a beautiful, bright space, that is very clean and has an awesome vibe. My acrylics, which are 1" past my finger tips, do not lift or crack. Have I broken a nail? Of course, but that's my own foolishness never a representation of their work. Fong is a master at Instagram recreations and has never been afraid to try something new. They have a large selection of traditional nail polish, gel, powdered acrylic and dip powders to choose from, plus stones and such. Priced right, it's never pushy or uncomfortably sales driven. I do recommend making an appointment and scheduling your fill before you leave - they're getting busy! read more

Excellent customer service!! I went in with my nails looking like a hot mess. I tend to bite the skin around my cuticles really bad she managed to clean them up and make them look really nice. I usually do acrylic gel but wanted to try the dip, she went over thoroughly all the pros and cons of the dip vs. Acrylic gel. She took her time. My original nail lady left on maternity leave so I was left to find a new place and a new nail technician. Lisa will now be my go-to as she is a lot closer than my original nail place and the fact that she took the time to explain thoroughly and work on me slowly making sure that I was happy with the work she did made it feel personal. she was very busy this Saturday morning but still managed to take the time for myself and each other customer that she had coming in without disturbing my time. I am completely happy with my nails. Clean and quaint little shop very relaxing. Wok station was also very clean waxing was great with customer service gentle and quick. Definitely a must-try. Asked for a mani-pedi but was told they didn't have time for both. I asked if they could just shape nails and cut cuticles which they did - and then charged me $15 for a full manicure!! They also charged $25 for a full pedicure for my niece and only washed and polished her toes. Even after we asked them "are you sure it's $25 for her?!" Definitely won't go back there. read more

I have been getting my nails done by Lisa for almost 10 years and I am always very satisfied with the outcome! I love that they always make recommendations especially when I can't decide what I want that day. Love Nails is always clean and organized. There are sooo many colors to choose from and different techniques that they use. If there is any issues with a customers nails they fix it right away with no problem that's awesome customer service. I LOVE this place. Not only is it a great location but the staff are super welcoming. Everyone says hi and actually acknowledges you when you walk in which is nice for once and completely different than any other shop I have been to. It is decently priced, very clean and a comfortable space - not too small! I have yet to get a pedicure but I can say I always leave happy with my nails (and get compliments often which is saying something). I would highly recommend this location! It's very good. There's one man who works there that is very friendly and he even does everything just to make sure he's not hurting you. He is very nice and any design you throw at him he will do it (except very very exotic designs i'm not sure if he can do them I never asked to do anything hard but he seems like he can) . I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to take my girls (7 and 5) to treat them for a manicure and pedicure for the holidays. We were 10 minutes late for the appointment but that ended up in horrible service. There was one technician that did all 3 of our nails. My girls wanted a small Xmas design on their nails (they talked about it all week) and she told me that it wasn't possible because their nails are too small. She did my nails last and she convinced me to do a design (I don't care for designs) and did a snowflake on my pedicure and smeared glitter nail polish on the top because she was in a rush to take a regular client. She didn't finish my manicure (after waiting for her to do each of our nails individually) I was then told to wait for someone else to do my nails while my 7 and 5 year old were just waiting too. To boot, the nail polish they did for my girls didn't even last 1 day. It started chipping and coming off before their nighttime bath and I will re paint their nails tomorrow before Christmas. The experience was not enjoyable and I wouldn't bring my kids here again. read more

He is very gentle and has never nicked my cuticle or anything, which has happened several times at the salon I use to go to. Nail salons are easy to come by but customer service and experience is what sets salons apart. I was intrigued by the big grand opening sign of Love Nails while driving and it reminded me to treat and pamper myself. The customer service and attention I received was superb. I tried the new craze of dipping nails and received a relaxing pedi. The quality and attention received is amazing. It is such a convenience too that I can go to drive thru in Starbucks next door.
