Hidden gem! I came here after a friends recommendation - It's a small salon, much smaller than your typical nail salon, so the wait was brutal even with an appointment. We started about 30 minutes after my scheduled time, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. The care and level of detail that went into my pedicure and fill was amazing. I always notice the small things after I get my nails done, and I couldn't stop staring at how good my nails looked after Dylan did them. I showed him a picture he replicated it perfectly. I was in the area on a Friday, 9/19/25 morning and looked at Yelp and found this spot. Called and walk-in are welcome. Came in and got seated immediately myself and my daughter. I had Phương done my nail- gel with French manicure. She cut my cuticles and boy it was nice and gentle with no cuts or snip of yiur skin- which is great. My daughter had Hien (guy) and she said he was also gentle on her and felt nothing when he cut her cuticles. She had the gel builder and she loved it! Outcome was wonderful. Overall I had a good experience, but the end of my appointment was rushed. They let walks in without checking appointments, so someone with an appointment was waiting. Since I was soonest to be done, my technician did rush at the end. She forgot to to put a top coat on my right hand. To resolve this, they should check their schedule before allowing walk ins! read more

Best. Nail. Salon. 90% of the time, I leave nail salons disappointed or unsatisfied (I've chalked it up to my extreme OCD and obsession with detail). But I just got home from my appointment at Jade Nails with Dylan, and let me tell you--I'm beyond happy with how my builder gel set turned out. His skill and attention to detail? Chef's kiss. I arrived early, but the whole salon welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable. I couldn't help but notice the two girls next to me getting their sets done, and for the first time ever, I truly felt like anyone in that salon could've done my nails and I'd still walk out happy. That said, I'm a creature of habit--so I'll 100% be coming back to Dylan, because he ate this set up. read more

A couple of things: 1. The pedicure was ok but I still have a ton of dryness and some cracks after the lotion has worn off. 2. My gel manicure was done in a way where there was a notable gap between my nail bed and my polish. My mani already looks like there has been a week's worth of growth. Also, you can see in the picture that my nails look a little funky shaped because the polish wasn't taken all the way down. 3. THE MEAN GIRL VIBE - while I was there a woman came in. She had an appointment and had apparently called earlier in the weekend requesting a specific person and that her mani and pedi be done at the same time. She was traveling this evening. Turns out that the person she booked with wasn't even there and they weren't able to do both services at the same time even with other people. They were so rude and didn't even acknowledge that they messed up. They just told her she could go somewhere else. She was so sweet and apologized to everyone for being so upset. They told her to come back 4 hours later (!!) and the poor woman agreed, even though she said it was very close to her flight time. When she left, they all just started laughing at her and another customer even called her a b*tch. It was unreal and incredibly uncomfortable. I have been on the lookout for a new nail salon that's close by, does consistent good work and is reasonably priced. Jade Nails comes close to what I'm looking for. I made an appt for a friend and myself during our break. When we came in, the workers were nice and friendly. I only needed a manicure while my friend got both a mani/pedi. My friend sat at the pedicure station and they got started on her pedicure. Since I was only doing a manicure, I sat at the manicure section and one of the workers got started on taking off my old gel polish. After he was finished, he went over to take off my friend's polish and Alyssa got started on my nails. After asking what I wanted in terms of nail shape, color and design - she got started. I liked how Alyssa did the shape of my nails. She left them longer as I requested and filed them in the rounded square shape I liked. Overall, she kept checking in with me to make sure I liked how they were turning out. The color I picked was also pretty - a light lavender color - and then she was able to put a couple of flowers on my nails that came out very cute. Overall, the workers were friendly and efficient. I think they tried their best to accommodate what my friend and I wanted for our nails, but I think their workmanship needs more experience to become top-notch. While I enjoyed my manicure, the polish wasn't as evenly applied as more experienced nail techs would have done. There were also splotches where the polish was stuck to the side of my nail, which later lifted off easily. It wasn't the worse place I've been to - and given time and experience - I think the workmanship should continue to get better. A full 5 stars because they were friendly, on time with our appts and tried their best to give us what we wanted. I would try this place out again, but maybe after a few months so everyone gets more experience. read more

They are nice enough, but do not know how to run a business. Either they allow too many walk ins or are overbooking. Every time I go ( with appt) someone has come in with an appt and left waiting. The young lady yesterday walked out after 20 minutes. Could not blame her! When I made my appt, I asked if my mani and pedi could be done at the same time as I had limited time. The gentleman assured me that would be possible. Sadly, that was not the case! I was there for a hour and 40 minutes and only got out then because I told them I had to go! Dylan was amazing! - 100% coming back! A coworker recommended dylan and he did not disappoint. he checked in with me after every step if i liked everything which i appreciated! I usually get my nails done from family members who are nail techs so i was pretty nervous going in but I'm glad i did! This was $60 with a soak off and cuticle care! She is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to nail shape, and my nails stay on for well over 2 weeks if I can't make it back in time for a fill. Absolutely horrible I'm so upset. I wish I never spent my money here. Horribly shaped nails, the chrome made my nails look yellow, and the person redid my nails so many times. It was so annoying and inconvenient I'm truly upset. She even had to answer the phone SEVERAL times when there was other people who could've more easily answered the phone. I'm so mad at this experience. ACTUALLY editing this because she made several of my fingers raw and bleed when cutting the cuticles and with the file she just kept getting on the skin. read more

I just had my second visit to Jade and I love it! First of all it's clean. Air conditioned and super quiet, a very calming atmosphere. They use clean packages every time they do a service and I feel safe here. The work is great too. My nails have been exactly what I wanted and I have seen them so some really cool nail art. I think I am going to try some next time. But the pedicure is amazing. They scrub and massage and wrap them in hot towels...,it really does wonders! I'm glad Sweeties Nails was rude to me and my cousin and we decided to try out Jade Nails across the street! Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated, the place was clean and organized. We were offered refreshments and the massage chairs were wonderful. There were two techs and they both did a fantastic and swift job! They were detailed but efficient, one tech handled my cousin who hadn't been to get a pedicure in over a year and she took her time and did a very thorough job. We didn't feel rushed, they pay attention to detail and they made us feel so welcome and kept good conversation. I would definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back! The experience was extremely painful, and afterward my skin developed blisters. I've had waxing done many times before, including by other staff at this location, and I've never experienced anything like this. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly commented that I had darker skin and darker hair. Those comments made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. I also noticed her adding something to the wax during the appointment, although I wasn't told what it was. In addition, wax was spilled on both the floor and the table, making the entire appointment feel disorganized and unprofessional. During the service, I told her how much pain I was in and warned that I would consider taking legal action if my skin was injured because I felt my concerns were being ignored. Despite that, the service continued without any noticeable adjustment. Overall, this was one of the worst waxing experiences I've ever had. Based on my experience, I would not book with Emillee again.

We started off with my massage therapist asking what type of pressure I prefer. I said I like it hard. No pain, no gain. Get those knots out. And since I work at a computer all day, I told her I carry a lot of tension in my neck shoulders. After voicing that, I did find my massage felt more like a relaxing swedish massage. The pressure wasn't that hard. One thing I did note, they start on your feet but don't wash their hands afterwards when they move on to the rest of you. I kinda found that a little weird. I had a great experience at Jade Nails Spa! It's truly one of Campbell's best-kept secrets. One of their nail techs, Dylan, really stood out--he is incredibly meticulous and pays close attention to every detail, making sure everything looks perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it definitely shows in the final result. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted--clean, precise, and beautifully done.
