My favorite nail salon continues to hold its place with excellent service and quality work. Natalie has been taking great care of my nails and cuticles, and never rushes. Getting my nails done here is a relaxing treat!
Oh my gosh. I came in for a walk in removal and said I had 30 mins if they thought they could get color done in that amount of time. They had Lana take care of me, and not only did she get them done in time, she did an excellent job. She was so careful and meticulous, and I'm so happy with the work she did. Definitely will be back. Thank you Lana!!!
Did not have the greatest experience with them as their selection of regular nail polish is limited. Had to opt for a color that want the best match for what I was looking for. I also did a gel pedicure and my nails were ruined after the gel was taken off professionally at another salon. They sanded my nails down too much!!

Absolutely love this salon, the team and manager is super nice and they're all very friendly I went here a couple times with my aunties and everytime I go I always get acrylic nails and they always slayed! Yesterday for the first time I went to a different lady and her name is Tina and I can say she's the most amazing lady I ever got to do my nails, she's so nice and she simply asked me to make sure everything was right the design, the shape, the length everything! she also took time on the snowflake that is on my ring finger and it was so hard for someone who don't know how to do nails like me but tina killed it and took it as a champ! I'm so happy with my result and definitely coming back for future events! Kathy and Tina are amazing
This has been my go to spot for the last 6 years. Kathy and her team run a great salon offering many services. I moved and still make the drive do have my services done here...we'll worth it! Typically I get gel polish on my toes and hands but last time opted for a ombré full set for my birthday. Very happy with the results.
I truly love going here to get my nails done because the ladies are very sweet and offer the best service ! They are receptive to any changes you want to be made on your nails and are always willing to offer new suggestions on cute styles to do that I would've never even thought of! I love going to Jenny, she suggested to get done a French tip gel builder with a dip powder tip because my nails were weak from having acrylics on for too long. This style saved my nails and looks gorgeous
Really liked my experience here! Went for the first time (not to be confused with similarly named ones in San Jose)... Writing this review a bit later so I forgot my manicurists name but she was so nice!!! Got a polish change (regular manicure)! + lasted 2.5 weeks + also I messed up one nail driving out of the parking lot and turned right back around as soon as I could and she didn't judge me too hard and repainted it + affordable + takes walk ins + relaxing clean ambiance will try gel or a pedicure next time here and update this review!

Kathy the manager called me and asked me how I felt about my nails and I told her and she said come in and I will fix your nails no charge. She did an amazing job and took the time to listen and do what I wanted. She told me the women who had done my nails also did a few other customers nails wrong too. She no longer works there.
The owner is a money hungry up selling scammer she charged me the same price for a pedicure and nail polish change as she did a manicure and pedi a few weeks back. She also said I didn't get gel last time when I do every time. So she gaslit me! She was answering the phone and had me giving her costumers directions so she wouldn't lose a client instead of taking care of the paying long term client that always pay for extras and pays her pricey feeds. They are extremely over priced and stealing money is bs and disrespectful to other peoples budget, this was last straw was unprofessional I will not be back. Be careful what they are doing on you.

Went on a Friday late morning for a pedicure and gel mani. I called first and they were able to fit me in right away. The salon is clean and spacious, and all the staff wore masks. Gel mani: Vee (spelling?) did a great job on my nails! She was respectful of my preference to not have my cuticles cut. She paints very delicately and carefully. No issues with overflowing polish getting trapped next to my skin! I have very curved nail beds, so it takes more effort to get the polish to fully cover my nails without forming a glob that touches skin. She did try to upsell, but it's to be expected. It was not clear when she showed me the menu that the manicure "package" they offer is an add-on, so just make sure you clarify or you might get hit with unexpected charges. I don't think this detracts from the level of service, but it's best to be prepared for it. Pedicure #2: Hana (spelling?) did my pedicure. The massage was very soothing and she was very gentle with my toenails. I actually dislike the feeling of getting my toenails cut, but she was gentle and professional. Polish job was very clean and crisp, again, especially since I have very curved nail beds. Pricing: I have not hit up a salon in 3 years so I'm not surprised prices have generally gone up. Gone are the days of the $20 manicure. It was $40 for the gel mani (with simple design) and $45 for the pedi package, which seems to be comparable with the other salons in the area. The results are very acceptable for the cost. I would definitely consider coming back here for my next treat-yourself spa day! read more

I had a very good back massage here once so I came back for a manicure and it was awful. She (is it Kathy? The person who answers the phone) sat me down on the table without cleaning or wiping down the table first, there were nail dusts from the previous customer on the surface. I let it go because she put a towel over it. The first thing she did was use HER NAILS to push my cuticles down, aren't you suppose to soak, use cuticle oil and then use a sanitary tool to push the cuticles/cut them? Next she used a drilling tool to roughen the surface of my nail bed. She didn't use a nail cutter to even my nails at all! Just a cuticle cutter to cut the edge of the nails. At this point, there is nail dust all over my hands and instead of wiping them down she starts painting my nails. The skin around the nail beds look pretty rough at this point. There were nail polish on my skin that she didn't bother to remove before it dried. When she finished I told her there are still nail polish on my skin and instead of polish remover shes cutting it off with cuticle cutter or using a nail filer on my skin to take the polish off which is making it even rougher. I asked her not to and use polish remover, she said it dried already so she couldn't so I asked why she didn't remove it before it dried she didn't have an answer. For $35 manicure other places will clean properly and even give you a hand massage, this place did not even do that. Trust the bad reviews. read more

This was my first experience at 4Seasons and it was great! I came in for a gel manicure and had Tina as my nail tech. She was so friendly and wonderful to talk to. She filed my nails exactly like I wanted, fixing the poor manicure I had from another salon. They have a large selection of gel colors and the shade I chose came out just as it looked on the sample. The salon is also very clean and inviting :) I would highly recommend 4Seasons and Tina! read more
Wow. Holy cow. Outstanding. I can say that I've been going to nail salons for the better part of 15 years and I've NEVER been treated so wonderfully as I was today. I set up a group nail outing for my cousin who is getting married. The first time I called (1 week prior) to make the appointment I talked to a gal who was so polite. She made sure to get all the information, asked if it was for a special event, was excited when I told her it was for a wedding and even asked if she could surprise us with a bottle of red wine. Insanely nice! I then had to call back a few days before the appointment and ask if we could add another person to our party, and without hesitation, she knew who I was, what group I was calling for and made the change with no problem. I was honestly blown away by how amazing the customer service was. She even again asked if she could get us some wine- 5+ starts! And this was just over the phone... then we actually got there for our apt.... The bride and I were literally greeted at the door by the manager who helped the bride pick the best colors for her big day. She was very happy to see us and so accommodating. I've never been greeted at a nail salon before but this really added the perfect touch for my bride. Then, our family was running late and some were lost (for the record the location is very easy to find if you use Google Maps) and the manager was literally on the phone with my aunt to help her find the place. Every single girl who works there is the nicest, most caring and personable girl I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I do not exaggerate when I say this. Honestly by the end of the session, I felt like we were one big happy family. We had 7+ of my family there and they are all Loud and talking at once. Each gal was right in the mix with us asking us how we were all related, whose wedding, details of the wedding, etc. they were all very invested in our agenda and that felt really good. They all cared and they were all so genuine. Oh AND THEN the manager literally pulled out a HUGE box of egg rolls that she had ordered special for our party. No, I'm not kidding. This manager went out of her way to get us TREATS to make this day special for a bride she didn't even know. I am honestly still blown away. We felt like a million bucks. Let me tell you. This was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a nail salon- maybe ever. I've called everyone I know to tell them To immediately change nail salons and come here. Additionally, they do an AMAZING job on nails. My nails have never looked this good. They spent so much time on my pedicure and my full set. I was (still am) SUPER impressed by the talent all these gals have. All of their materials are top of the line as well. They clearly don't mess around. We had 7+ people from the age 19-60 and as you could imagine many different nail styles. From natural rounded nail polish to long acrylic coffin, everyone's nails looked amazing. 100% perfection. They are on the pricier side, HOWEVER, I don't care. I'll be coming back here from here on out. With the level of customer service and talent this location has, there is no way I'll go anywhere else. You get what you pay for, and this Experience was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place to everyone forever. Things to know: -parking is ample but not unlimited -they prefer cash to card tips -they have an atm inside the store -they use those plastic bags in the pedicure bowls for proper sanitation -it'll take a full hour for your service but 100% worth it -an apt is always better but they do take walk ins -if you're a first time, I suggest using google maps or make sure you put the name correctly in your GPS (4Seasons...) read more

Bear with me, this is a long review. I've been going to 4Seasons Nails & Spa for over a year. I've been a very loyal customer and couldn't even bear the thought of going to a different nail salon if I ever thought of getting my nails done. I'd say I've gone to this salon ever 2-4 weeks consistently. When my sister used to live in Cali, we both used to be very loyal customers. There have been times in the past when I've seen other customers being treated a certain way or the quality of the work was poor. There were times I had to wait a few minutes even after making an appt, but because I've always had Tina and Mai/Hannah as my ladies, I know I'd come out happy with the work. I always went in knowing that as long as Kathy didn't do my nails, I would get great nails. I made an appointment for a gel mani/pedi yesterday at 4PM. I called around noon to make this appointment and Kathy (the manager) said it was ok for me to come at the time. I showed up at 3:45PM and waited 10 minutes. After waiting, Kathy tells me that she forgot to write down my appointment in the book and that I would have to wait. I asked how long and she said 30-40 minutes. I was furious hearing that especially because there were other people walking in who were getting seated. Because I was going out of town and really wanted to get my nails done, I decided to walk over to Starbucks and wait. I came back around 4:40PM and had to wait about 5-10 minutes before getting seated. Tina is my the lady that I ALWAYS request and I love her. This review isn't about the ladies who work here but more about service from the manager and the manager herself. Tina did both my pedicure and manicure. She did a great job and didn't rush the pedicure. However, when it came time for the manicure, I noticed that the store was getting more and more busy. Kathy was taking EVERYONE in whether they made an appointment or not. At this point, there were about 5-6 people waiting. This is when I heard Kathy say something to some of the workers and when Tina started rushing my manicure. She rushed the cuticles and didn't do a clean job on the polish itself. I don't blame Tina because her quality has been great until this day and I know it's because her manager was rushing her. I left extremely angry at the fact that I had to wait an hour but my service was rushed to accommodate others who didn't even make an appointment. I paid a total of $65 (deluxe pedicure and gel manicure) and it feels like such a waste of money especially because I've considered going and getting my nails redone elsewhere. As sad as it is for me to write this, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I really truly feel that they need to change the way they manage this place. If all of your workers are busy, you should sometimes feel OK turning away walk-ins especially to pay more attention to your loyal customers. read more

I had a great experience at 4seasons for my first visit yesterday. The team is friendly, welcoming and takes their time. I got a mani + pedi for 75 bucks which is pretty expensive, although it's typical for this area. Maybe I should switch careers.... But hey...I will always pay for good service, kind people, and a friendly atmosphere though so I'll definitely be back. This place is open and spacious, good for a big group. They have 10 big comfy pedi chairs if I remember correctly. Good massagers too! There were two TVs playing infomercial loops of the products they use for their skincare services which I would have liked to see a show or something but then again, when there's a trashy daytime tv show on and you're stuck with it that's no fun either so I guess I'll take the muted infomercials instead. Ha! It was a relaxing environment with instrumental music playing. Tiffany was my nail expert, she was the sweetest and did a fantastic job!! Thank you for having me! read more

My review is for my visit on october 6th. I needed my nails done last minute and seen on yelp they had goods reviews and very close to home. I gave them a call and asked if they have C-Curve nail tips which i prefer (which they said yes) and someone that is good with shaping which they said yes as well. Once i was there i told the lady that i wanted short c curve she told me it was $85 for short c curve and NO design. I usually pay $65 for short c curve and french tip at K3. I asked repeatedly if even for short nails and she said yes no matter the length c curve is $85. I told her no thank you and i was going to leave when she insisted to do a different tip for less promising good shape. Idk if it was the powder or not much experience but she was having a really hard time doing my nails. I was there for 2hours. Mind you NO design. As you can tell the shape was NOT. Good & you can tell there already was some Cracks before leaving the salon. I waa just OVER IT. The acrylic was not cleaned right by my cuticles which caused alot of early lifting. Yes ik they are not short i changed my mind after. Only giving her 2 stars bc she tried her best. read more

If you are looking for a salon and spa with professional, hands down best work, kind and friendly personal I would highly recommend 4Seasons. After going to multiple salons all over the South Bay I must say this place is a hidden gem. I will continue to only allow this location to take care of my nail and spa needs. Yes, I believe so. Kathy the owner is very accommodating and her staff is wonderful. Been going there for over a year now and very happy every time.
