She also said I didn't get gel last time when I do every time. So she gaslit me! I rarely ever write a review, but this was such a BAD EXPERIENCE I had to! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I came in for the first time for nail dip and a pedicure. KATHY the manager did the worst job I've ever experienced in all my years getting my nails done. Every nail was different shape, different thickness, and all the edges around my cuticles of the nail dip powder was uneven and deep gaps from not properly filing. She was extremely rude when I brought to her attention and told me "she's tired" and making excuses, when clearly it was just not done correctly. They were so bad to the point that she was just making them worse as they were to the point of not being able to fix...yes they were that bad! In addition, She pulled out some random cuticle cutter that was not sanitized, and got upset and was rude when I asked her if those had been sanitized! I ended up having to ask her to just soak the nail dip off my nails as there was no way I was going to walk out of there with my nails looking the way they did. Her response was "you still pay me". It was never about money and I am a very good tipper! I walked out of there with left over nail dip still all over my nails from her not taking it off all the way, paying $90, and WASTING 2 hrs of my time!! I now have to go somewhere else to get my nails done, and spend the time and money all over again tomorrow. THIS WAS THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! read more

Went on a Friday late morning for a pedicure and gel mani. I called first and they were able to fit me in right away. The salon is clean and spacious, and all the staff wore masks. Gel mani: Vee (spelling?) did a great job on my nails! She was respectful of my preference to not have my cuticles cut. She paints very delicately and carefully. No issues with overflowing polish getting trapped next to my skin! I have very curved nail beds, so it takes more effort to get the polish to fully cover my nails without forming a glob that touches skin. She did try to upsell, but it's to be expected. It was not clear when she showed me the menu that the manicure "package" they offer is an add-on, so just make sure you clarify or you might get hit with unexpected charges. I don't think this detracts from the level of service, but it's best to be prepared for it. Pedicure #2: Hana (spelling?) did my pedicure. The massage was very soothing and she was very gentle with my toenails. I actually dislike the feeling of getting my toenails cut, but she was gentle and professional. Polish job was very clean and crisp, again, especially since I have very curved nail beds. Pricing: I have not hit up a salon in 3 years so I'm not surprised prices have generally gone up. Gone are the days of the $20 manicure. It was $40 for the gel mani (with simple design) and $45 for the pedi package, which seems to be comparable with the other salons in the area. The results are very acceptable for the cost. I would definitely consider coming back here for my next treat-yourself spa day! read more

I had a very good back massage here once so I came back for a manicure and it was awful. She (is it Kathy? The person who answers the phone) sat me down on the table without cleaning or wiping down the table first, there were nail dusts from the previous customer on the surface. I let it go because she put a towel over it. The first thing she did was use HER NAILS to push my cuticles down, aren't you suppose to soak, use cuticle oil and then use a sanitary tool to push the cuticles/cut them? Next she used a drilling tool to roughen the surface of my nail bed. She didn't use a nail cutter to even my nails at all! Just a cuticle cutter to cut the edge of the nails. At this point, there is nail dust all over my hands and instead of wiping them down she starts painting my nails. The skin around the nail beds look pretty rough at this point. There were nail polish on my skin that she didn't bother to remove before it dried. When she finished I told her there are still nail polish on my skin and instead of polish remover shes cutting it off with cuticle cutter or using a nail filer on my skin to take the polish off which is making it even rougher. I asked her not to and use polish remover, she said it dried already so she couldn't so I asked why she didn't remove it before it dried she didn't have an answer. For $35 manicure other places will clean properly and even give you a hand massage, this place did not even do that. Trust the bad reviews. read more

Came here because my normal lady @ The Valley Nail Bar was booked for the weekend. I should have waited. The lady who did my nails didn't bother to take off all my polish before adding on more acrylic. I would have asked her to buff it off more, but I was already getting burnt by the buffer pen. Wow. Holy cow. Outstanding. I can say that I've been going to nail salons for the better part of 15 years and I've NEVER been treated so wonderfully as I was today. I set up a group nail outing for my cousin who is getting married. The first time I called (1 week prior) to make the appointment I talked to a gal who was so polite. She made sure to get all the information, asked if it was for a special event, was excited when I told her it was for a wedding and even asked if she could surprise us with a bottle of red wine. Insanely nice! I then had to call back a few days before the appointment and ask if we could add another person to our party, and without hesitation, she knew who I was, what group I was calling for and made the change with no problem. I was honestly blown away by how amazing the customer service was. She even again asked if she could get us some wine- 5+ starts! And this was just over the phone... then we actually got there for our apt.... The bride and I were literally greeted at the door by the manager who helped the bride pick the best colors for her big day. She was very happy to see us and so accommodating. I've never been greeted at a nail salon before but this really added the perfect touch for my bride. Then, our family was running late and some were lost (for the record the location is very easy to find if you use Google Maps) and the manager was literally on the phone with my aunt to help her find the place. Every single girl who works there is the nicest, most caring and personable girl I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I do not exaggerate when I say this. Honestly by the end of the session, I felt like we were one big happy family. We had 7+ of my family there and they are all Loud and talking at once. Each gal was right in the mix with us asking us how we were all related, whose wedding, details of the wedding, etc. they were all very invested in our agenda and that felt really good. They all cared and they were all so genuine. Oh AND THEN the manager literally pulled out a HUGE box of egg rolls that she had ordered special for our party. No, I'm not kidding. This manager went out of her way to get us TREATS to make this day special for a bride she didn't even know. I am honestly still blown away. We felt like a million bucks. Let me tell you. This was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a nail salon- maybe ever. I've called everyone I know to tell them To immediately change nail salons and come here. Additionally, they do an AMAZING job on nails. My nails have never looked this good. They spent so much time on my pedicure and my full set. I was (still am) SUPER impressed by the talent all these gals have. All of their materials are top of the line as well. They clearly don't mess around. We had 7+ people from the age 19-60 and as you could imagine many different nail styles. From natural rounded nail polish to long acrylic coffin, everyone's nails looked amazing. 100% perfection. They are on the pricier side, HOWEVER, I don't care. I'll be coming back here from here on out. With the level of customer service and talent this location has, there is no way I'll go anywhere else. Bear with me, this is a long review. I've been going to 4Seasons Nails & Spa for over a year. I've been a very loyal customer and couldn't even bear the thought of going to a different nail salon if I ever thought of getting my nails done. I'd say I've gone to this salon ever 2-4 weeks consistently. When my sister used to live in Cali, we both used to be very loyal customers. There have been times in the past when I've seen other customers being treated a certain way or the quality of the work was poor. There were times I had to wait a few minutes even after making an appt, but because I've always had Tina and Mai/Hannah as my ladies, I know I'd come out happy with the work. I always went in knowing that as long as Kathy didn't do my nails, I would get great nails. I made an appointment for a gel mani/pedi yesterday at 4PM. I called around noon to make this appointment and Kathy (the manager) said it was ok for me to come at the time. I showed up at 3:45PM and waited 10 minutes. After waiting, Kathy tells me that she forgot to write down my appointment in the book and that I would have to wait. I asked how long and she said 30-40 minutes. I was furious hearing that especially because there were other people walking in who were getting seated. Because I was going out of town and really wanted to get my nails done, I decided to walk over to Starbucks and wait. I came back around 4:40PM and had to wait about 5-10 minutes before getting seated. Tina is my the lady that I ALWAYS request and I love her. This review isn't about the ladies who work here but more about service from the manager and the manager herself. Tina did both my pedicure and manicure. She did a great job and didn't rush the pedicure. However, when it came time for the manicure, I noticed that the store was getting more and more busy. Kathy was taking EVERYONE in whether they made an appointment or not. At this point, there were about 5-6 people waiting. This is when I heard Kathy say something to some of the workers and when Tina started rushing my manicure. She rushed the cuticles and didn't do a clean job on the polish itself. I don't blame Tina because her quality has been great until this day and I know it's because her manager was rushing her. I left extremely angry at the fact that I had to wait an hour but my service was rushed to accommodate others who didn't even make an appointment. I paid a total of $65 (deluxe pedicure and gel manicure) and it feels like such a waste of money especially because I've considered going and getting my nails redone elsewhere. As sad as it is for me to write this, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I really truly feel that they need to change the way they manage this place. If all of your workers are busy, you should sometimes feel OK turning away walk-ins especially to pay more attention to your loyal customers. read more

I'm a little bit baffled by the rating this shop has earned... I paid for a mani pedi and 3 days later my nails look like absolute garbage. The woman who did my nails, Kathy (who apparently is the store manager.....) didn't even touch the cuticles on my hands or feet. Like, no cuticle trimming AT ALL.. ????? Why ??? Also the top coat was applied super thin and uneven, there is a clear line where she laid it. I paid $50 before tip, and left with meaty ass cuticles and lumpy topcoat. On top of that she was relentlessly trying to sell me products I wanted nothing to do with. People go get mani pedis so they can chill and I felt like I was trapped in an infomercial.. this place is pretty awful. I'll also note something ridiculous. Kathy brought us (there was a party of 2 also getting a mani pedi across from me) some very cheap, watered down gemicha tea in branded tea bags and SWORE that she had blended it herself and no other shop had it LOL I couldn't... My review is for my visit on october 6th. I needed my nails done last minute and seen on yelp they had goods reviews and very close to home. I gave them a call and asked if they have C-Curve nail tips which i prefer (which they said yes) and someone that is good with shaping which they said yes as well. Once i was there i told the lady that i wanted short c curve she told me it was $85 for short c curve and NO design. I usually pay $65 for short c curve and french tip at K3. I asked repeatedly if even for short nails and she said yes no matter the length c curve is $85. I told her no thank you and i was going to leave when she insisted to do a different tip for less promising good shape. Idk if it was the powder or not much experience but she was having a really hard time doing my nails. I was there for 2hours. Mind you NO design. As you can tell the shape was NOT. Good & you can tell there already was some Cracks before leaving the salon. I waa just OVER IT. The acrylic was not cleaned right by my cuticles which caused alot of early lifting. I had a great experience at 4seasons for my first visit yesterday. The team is friendly, welcoming and takes their time. I got a mani + pedi for 75 bucks which is pretty expensive, although it's typical for this area. Maybe I should switch careers.... But hey...I will always pay for good service, kind people, and a friendly atmosphere though so I'll definitely be back. This place is open and spacious, good for a big group. They have 10 big comfy pedi chairs if I remember correctly. Good massagers too! There were two TVs playing infomercial loops of the products they use for their skincare services which I would have liked to see a show or something but then again, when there's a trashy daytime tv show on and you're stuck with it that's no fun either so I guess I'll take the muted infomercials instead.
