I didn't wanted to hurt here spa business cause my problem was with Tina gave me a senior mani pedi , I booked mani pedi and I paid it in full plus $17.00 tip. However Tina asked me before even she started the service asking me that I needed to pay her $20.00 (even though I already paid them in full +17.00 in tips) So I thought I am committed I gave $20. She put all my clipping in her towel and after she finished in front of me she shook off all the clipping on my floor and here I am I thought I was going to pampered myself, instead I needed to clean all the clipping she left behind. Been going to Daniel to get acrylics done for 2 years now. He is very consistent and takes his art seriously! He is also upfront in regards to pricing. I always send him multiple designs and ask how much each of them are first, and then book my appointment once I've decided on a design + pricing. You can also book without a design but he reccomends you send a design prior to coming in so that he has all the materials and colors ready to get started immediately. He takes his time on your nails while still being efficient! He is also very big on letting him know if something isn't to your satisfaction so he can fix it then and there before you leave. Don't be afraid to speak up. Julia is also a great nail tech, she's really talented with designs that have rhinestones/gems but both of them can do any design / style you want. TRUST THE PROCESS! The worst company do not call them. I booked my service several months before I needed to for a wedding in the keys. They notified me two days before or less than that that there was no technician available absolutely ridiculous. They also make you pay for your service in advance. I used to come here a while ago, when it was under different ownership but now it's even better and they offer Gel-X. May is the new owner, she fixed a broken Gel-X nail from a set I had gotten done from another salon. She matched the shape and color perfectly with a French tip. read more

Julia has done my nails for 3 years. I have followed her every salon she has been to and now she finally has her own salon! Congrats Julia! My nails have NEVER lifted or broke off. She has not ONCE cut my skin with the nail drill. About a year ago I was on the hunt for a good nail spa with reasonable prices being that with COVID, I noticed a lot of other salons raising their prices wayyyy higher than normal especially for the quality of work. My friend recommended me to go get my nails done by Julia at HERE Nail Spa and I have been coming here ever since!! She has done an amazingggg job every time. The shape and designs are always on point! They always offer if I would like to get a pedicure too and the times I have gotten a gel pedi before were also super relaxing and enjoyable. Every time I get my nails done here, I get compliments from so many people asking me where I get my nails done. They have the cutest little pink Nail Spa and are always warm and inviting to new customers. Another nail tech, Daniel (Julias Husband) also does nails and he does a fantastic job as well! Just replying to my last review and response from the owner. I wasn't wearing socks... I had sandals that didn't touch my toes (like I said: it was a warm day- and who wears socks to a nail salon?)... and in my many years of getting pedicures, I've never had polish look like this (and socks wouldn't have caused the uneven layer on my big toe). If you give people poor quality polish jobs, trying to push them toward gel, that seems like a dishonest business practice. And while I definitely understand the need for good lighting, I've never seen a nail salon so LIT UP (to the point where people need sunglasses). Anyway, lesson learned - I will just return to the fabulous Sassy Nail Salon in Santa Clara on the El Camino- they are MORE than worth the longer drive! read more

I went in with a pretty set plan I needed a fill I hard grown them out long enough so I could get an almond shape with a sharp stiletto point that was the service requested even checked colors all seemed pretty simple....once we arrived the place is cute, clean staff seemed pretty nice but they said they couldn't do what I wanted been doing this a few years now pretty sure you can cause I've been getting it done so that soured my mood....I brought a kid with me to get a simple polish they got me to get her gel despite my concerns for chemicals on a kid so young....I tried to make the best of it they gave me a funky shape but comped me a design on 2 nails and once the owner left the price seemed to change so as much as I was super stoked about this place and kinda bummed I don't have a stellar review not sure I'd go back any time soon until my nails grow back to ask for the same thing again maybe next time ‍ read more
