Lourdes is our go to spot for a quick bite to eat! Everything is so incredibly fresh. Our food always comes out fast and everyone is super friendly. The soup is the absolute best in the area. The flavors are perfection. I also love that they have veggie options. The veggie tacos and tostada are excellent! My husband loved everything on the menu but some of his favs are the rolled tacos, soup, Chilaquiles, and the Chile relleno burrito. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. 4.699 stars. So good! We tried to go to the Taco Stand but it was crazy crowded so we ended up here at this hole in the wall. Boy I'm glad we randomly found this place. The. Best. Fish. Tacos. Ever. They come two on a plate with beans and are so flaky, fresh, and flavorful. The crema was silky and smooth without being too heavy and overpowering. I also love that they have a salsa bar complete with marinated carrots. Such a nice touch while you are waiting for your food. Lourdes seems to be family-owned and we love supporting small business. They're busy because of there location and convenience, not because of their quality of food.

SOOOO good! This has been my go-to burrito spot for years and their California burrito is to die for. I always get their chipotle crema on the side and dip my burrito with their salsa too. The burritos are huge and the service is always really nice. The location is really close to the beach and is a perfect place to get food to go. Parking can be a bit tight in their actual lot but you can always find parking nearby. 5/5, absolutely amazing food! read more

Visiting Solana beach for the weekend and was craving some carne asada fries. Lourdes was one of the first places to pop up on Postmates so I ordered carne asada fries for dinner and also a bean, egg, and cheese burrito for breakfast in the morning. Carne asada fries were good- good meat, lots of guacamole and sour cream. Good, thick fries too. Bean, egg, and cheese burrito was delicious- the beans are great! For me, nothing compares to Chula Vista taco shop food of course but Lourdes was great for what I expected from a Cardiff/Encinitas/Solana beach taco shop. I do not see how this place stays in business. We have family that live a mile or so from this establishment. They know we enjoy Mexican food so when we visit they often buy food from here. Whether breakfast burritos, lunch or dinner orders nothing seems near cooked to order. Food is dry and tasteless, only eatable only by heavy sauce use. Just plain horrible. With all the great Mexican restaurants around, how this place gets away with serving junk is beyond me. Come on folks. Have been coming here for years. I've always said 5+ stars. Today... they get 1 star. What has changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 is... I had to repeat the order three times. When the food came out, it was still wrong. I sat there watching the kids at the counter as our food sat in the window. Asked for avocado on the side and light onions in the soup. Avocado was in the soup and onions on the side. I said no onion or tomatoes in the tacos. They all had onions. And of course, I now have onion taste in my mouth that I can't get rid of. The table were dirty and the floor was disgusting. I saw 2 people in the kitchen and 3 kids working the counter. When I showed the girl my taco, she looked at it and then handed to the kitchen. Not even a, oh I'm so sorry, let me get that fixed for you. I decided to get my money back. After that, I got a soft, sorry. And the place wasn't busy at 3pm Saturday. Very disappointed. read more

This is the 2nd time I've arrived before closing time...8:28 on and drove 10 miles to get here and they had already locked the doors and shut down! This is BS. The Yelp hours say 9pm but the sign says 8:30 and I was here before 8:30pm. Manager needs to know they are closing early! Not good business. read more
