Can't stop thinking about the creamy polenta ! I wish I could have it for breakfast every morning. My husband got the los feliz breakfast I believe and he loved it. I came around 11am on a Sunday and was seated immediately. The restaurant is very cozy and the staff is friendly.

Great ambience. Very kind and professional servers. Food and coffee was delicious. I got the soft scrambled eggs and added bacon and potatoes. It was very filling and took leftovers home. Coffee was strong just the way I like it.

The Steak Frites with an Au Poivre sauce is soooo good! The steak is cooked to perfection, medium rare. The fries are slightly too thick so for me, but I will still eat them anyways. I like to get extra Au Poivre sauce to dip my fries in, because the sauce was peppery, buttery and full of deliciousness. It is a new favorite item when I'm in the area. I can't wait to eat it again! Service was fine. Street parking. Decor is cute. Thank you Loupiotte Kitchen!

**BEST BREAKFAST I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME ** PARKING (3/5): 1-Hour metered parking on KINGSWELL AVE. There's street parking along VERMONT, but good luck finding any. AMBIANCE (4/5): They have a ton of outdoor patio seating. It's nice to be outside, but can get loud because you're right next to a very busy street. The inside seating is cute and cozy. The ambiance definitely makes me feel like I'm in France. SERVICE (4/5): The coffee barista is also the waitress. Only one person was working the weekday morning shift when I first arrived, then a second person was bringing out the food. The coffee came out IMMEDIATELY, but the food took about 30 minutes (I'd wait an eternity for this food). Good food is worth the wait! That's the time it takes to cook perfect eggs! FOOD (5/5): $14 TOTAL FOR COFFEE!! $8 DIRTY CHAI LATTE: I added a shot of espresso (+$5) to get a caffeine bump in my chai along with some non-dairy oat milk (+$1). Was good, but I wish it were stronger. The coffee was luke warm, I wish it were steamed hotter. Especially since I was sitting outside it got cold fast. $20 SOFT SCRAMBLED EGGS (+$6 ADD BACON): this looked like their most popular menu item, so for my first time here I had to try it! Comes with pesto toast and a grilled tomato. Very light. I suggest adding a protein option for a more filling meal. The eggs look simple, but are the MOST AMAZING & COOKED PERFECTLY! $9 CUP OF SEASONAL SOUP (BUTTERNUT SQUASH): had to try one of their soups! Garnished with a brown butter sauce & cooked with sage. It is the PERFECT consistency, not too sweet like most butternut squash soups, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! OVERALL (4/5): It's such a cute vibe! French food is my absolute FAV, so I'm a bit biased. This place had above and beyond friendly staff, quick service (on a Friday morning for breakfast), and JAW-DROPPING food for the price point! I will definitely be back to try more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My ONLY complaint was the temperature & cost of the coffee.

    An American in Paris

Obsessed with this French breakfast/brunch spot in Los Feliz!!! I visited this restaurant with 3 other friends on a Sunday noon for a late breakfast/brunch and my experience here was great! I showed up earlier than my friends and they wouldn't let me sit until all of my party showed up, but they had a table for our size readily available. When my party showed up 30 minutes later, they were able to seat us right away. For food I got the 'An American in Paris' breakfast and it was phenomenal. Firstly the eggs. Oh my lord they were cooked so well. The eggs were soft and not overcooked. I loved the creaminess that came from creme fraiche it was cooked with. I also loved the soft mound of parmesan sprinked on top. Perfectly flavorful and savory. Next the French toast was crispy and custardy, yum! It came with a dollop of chantilly cream which wasn't too cold and not too sweet. The market berries were also fresh and not too tart. The syrup was not too overpowering and provided the right amount of sweetness to tie everything together. Lastly, the thin bacon was good and was a nice protein to add to the dish. I was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was! The interior is nicely decorated and even the bathroom was pretty! I did enjoy sitting outside though since the weather was good. The service was great and the server enthusiastically answered all my questions. For parking, there was a big parking lot located nearby and I was able to park there for free, but park at your own discretion. Overall, an amazing experience here and I would regularly come back! Probably going down in one of my favorite spots to get breakfast/brunch in LA!

Never had anything like the creamy polenta here, I've been dreaming about it since! If you love eggs and parmesan cheese, get this. The vanilla latte was delish, and so was the french onion soup too!!

Came right when they opened so we were seated immediately! We got the brioche french toast and soft scrambled eggs (added avocado for $5 and potatoes for $4). I really enjoyed the eggs which were perfectly fluffy and soft. I'm not a huge cheese person, so the parmesan was just a little bit too much for me. $5 for the amount of avocado we got is expensive but it was a good addition to the dish. Potatoes were great as well and the caramelized onions that come with are perfect! I wish the toast was a little thicker and not as hard but really enjoyed the actual pesto sauce. Also not a huge sweet breakfast person, so I thought the french toast was just okay and nothing too special. Of note, there's an extra 3% automatically placed on your check for "kitchen love," but you can have it removed by asking the servers.

American in Paris - ordered with soft scrambled eggs and sausage. so good

the quality of the ingredients here really stood out. the soft scrambled eggs and arugula salad were delish. will definitely be coming back for a different breakfast order! (better than figaro )

Loupiotte Kitchen is a place you'll want to come back to again and again. Everything I've tried there has been absolutely delicious, you can really feel the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail behind each dish. The presentation is beautiful, the portions are perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients truly stands out in every bite. And their burger in my opinion is the best burger in Los Angeles. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates thoughtful, high-quality food and a great dining experience.

French cafe/restaurant located in the Los Feliz area. I came here to grab breakfast before a matinee showing at the Vista Theater down the street. I haven't been for dinner, but I think they have a whole different menu. Everyone was friendly from the host to our server. I was certainly getting some French countryside kitchen vibes from this place. When I went to the restroom, I saw that they have this cool looking large table and back room area where they probably host large parties, etc. I wanted something simple and of course delicious. I went with the soft scrambled eggs. They're served with provencal tomato and pesto toast. I also ordered a coffee. I thought the eggs were perfectly cooked. So fluffy and so savory with the cream/butter, etc. It was exactly what I was looking for in soft scrambled eggs ordering from a French spot. The tomato and pesto were very tasty and went well with the eggs since they added more herbaceous and sharper flavors to the meal. There's a lot of street parking, but depending on time of day, this area can be tricky in finding a spot close by. Since we didn't mind walking and we were going to the theater after, we parked in the residential area.

I had bookmarked Loupiotte Kitchen for years, so I was very excited to visit the restaurant on Sunday for brunch! My party of 4 found street parking nearby. Half of the party arrived at around 11am to get a table, and we all got seated in about 10 minutes. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The restaurant is small, but the decor and ambiance were cute and cozy. I ordered the Creamy Polenta, which was about $20 in June 2025. It was indeed creamy as well as rich and savory. The fried soft-boiled egg was golden and perfectly cooked, and the mushrooms added nice umami. However, I could've used a side salad to balance out the heaviness of the dish. Overall, I had a tasty brunch at Loupiotte Kitchen with my party and would love to return for a special occasion or when I'm craving French cuisine again.

It is a cute restaurant located near los feliz. I came here to celebrate one of my friends' baby shower. We reserved a back room which was a good space to be separated from others in the restaurant. The space was nice except I wish there was a curtain to the space to make it a little more private as it was next to the restroom. Overall, the foods were very yummy! -Broiche french toast: soft brioche french toast served with berries, whipped cream, and syrup. Recommend to share -Creamy polenta: dish that is served with very creamy egg, mushroom, shredded mushroom, and we added bacon for protein. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of egg plates so didn't find it special but rest of my friends really liked it -French onion soup: definitely recommended! -Mussels (not pictured): creamy mussels served with bread and fries. A great dish to share -Avocado tartine (not pictured): typical avocado toast on sourdough. Nothing too special Overall satisfied with service and foods :) Despite being Saturday, I was able to find a street parking nearby without too much trouble but area can get busy

Best Brunch in Los Angeles! The American in Paris is a must get with incredible french toast with berries, sausage, and soft scrambled eggs (or sub for an Omelette) is my favorite. The ambaince feels like eating in Paris (tables are on the smaller end) and the flavors are spot on and is easy to crave. The food reminds me of food in France with the french technique as well, which most brunch places in LA do not encapsulate. Service is generally very fast and friendly as well. They get busy on weekends so make sure to come early enough before closing and if you need to wait for a table. It's a bonus that the food also comes on beautiful plating.

They only have a hose A/C in the corner that didn't do much to cool the place down. The food though was amazing! As 2 vegetarians and 1 vegan, we had never seen such an extensive plant based option with not only vegan cheeses but meat substitutes with protein! No wonder they have been ranked #1 for multiple years. The starter bread came in a brown bag and was soft and delicious, especially with the house pesto. You could really taste the basil but it didnt feel too oily. We got the calamari because none of us have ever seen a vegan one on a menu! It was breaded and fried and had a squishy center made of pea protein that I guess simulates the real one? It came with a marinara dipping sauce. I could obly have a few because they were fried and I felt like they were a bit too salty Next the pastas came out - the Pistachio pesto and the fusili with sausage. Both were delicious. The pesto sauce was the same one we had with the bread but the pasta had Pistachio chunks in it as well and generous amounts of pesto. The sausage was chewy and the sauce must've had either the same seasoning or chunks of it blended in because you could taste the same flavor in that as well! We had hopes of trying dessert but these 3 dishes were a perfect size for our party and we had been starving ourselves for most of the day for this (probably due to all the protein included in a usually carb only meal). The service was prompt, dishes came out quickly, and water was always filled. I am looking forward to returning to try all the other dishes!

Honestly, one of the best tiramisus I've ever had. I would come back for that alone.
