I celebrated my birthday here and the staff were so kind and welcoming! We waited shortly in the bar area which is pretty small. The ambiance is cute but it gets pretty loud in there. Then they walked us over to the outdoor patio which was perfect because we practically had the space to ourselves! The menu is small so we got at least 2 of almost everything & did family style (we had a party of 9) I believe their menus are seasonal, we got 6 pastas 2 Rigatoni 9/10 1Cacio e pepe 8/10 3 Tortellini 6/10 3 plates of steak 7/10 2 Caesar salads 10/10 2 sides of potatoes 8/10 3 breads 7/10 2 bottles of wine No stand outs really, but everything was good! I liked their selections of wines. I loved the vibe here and would definitely come back! Our bill came out to be about $650 and gratuity was included. The only issue I'd say is parking, thankfully for a Friday night I got lucky and had parking out front. But it's only street parking.

Lolo Wine Bar is a hidden gem that feels both cozy and quietly sophisticated. From the outside, the restaurant looks almost incognito, so it's easy to miss--but once you step inside, it opens up beautifully. There's a front bar immediately to your right, followed by the main dining room, ample patio seating, an additional seating area in the back, and then another bar tucked away even further in. The layout makes the space feel layered and intimate, while still lively. The dim lighting sets a romantic, laid-back mood, and the atmosphere feels warm without being stuffy. The menu is simple but thoughtfully curated, offering a great selection of wines, nonalcoholic beverages, and Italian-inspired entrées like burrata and branzino. We started with the castelvetrano olives, which were marinated and surprisingly less salty than I'm used to--really fresh and easy to snack on. We also had the burrata and beets, served with toasted bread that was salty, crisp, and absolutely delicious. For drinks, I tried the sparkling Chardonnay, which was light, refreshing, and perfect to start the evening. I followed that with an orange wine that had subtle lychee notes--easily my favorite of the two. Food-wise, the yellowfin tuna crudo stole the show and ended up being my favorite dish of the night. The rigatoni was also excellent: flavorful, rich, and perfectly al dente. Everything felt well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared. The service was great--attentive without feeling rushed--which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A nice touch: gratuity is already included in the final bill, which takes the guesswork out of tipping and makes the experience feel even more seamless. Overall, Lolo Wine Bar is a charming spot with delicious food, interesting wines, and a relaxed, intimate vibe. I'd definitely go back.

Lolo's is an upscale wine-cocktail garden-cave-scape populated by overly attentive servers straight out of the Materialists. Most suitable for patrons with disposable income who can appreciate light pours and mediocre food as set dressing for the atmosphere created by the dimmest lighting and the brickest of walls. In other words: does my burrata have to be 20 bucks? Like everyone else noted: 20% gratuity automatically added to the bill for everyone (the language they use is "for parties 2 and larger"). The wine itself was decent but still overselling what they offer here.

Bread and butter! Bread and butter! Lolo is exquisite hidden gem in east Hollywood area with exceptional wine list and somewhat intriguing food. Interior of this place is intimate at night time and it could be the ideal spot to spend time with your friends or partner! Service is elegant and not "annoying" as in the other places. Some appetizers I even searched with chat gpt to make it home by myself - they are tremendously amazing and delicious! I will visit this place again and again!

I love Lolo! Went down here for a wine night date and it was the perfect spot. Dimly lit lights and chill ambiance with ton of space at the bar or small tables with loveseats makes for the perfect experience. We sat on the open bar wide so servers were casual but very attentive. I also loved the range of wine, they had skin contact which is my favorite!

Cool little wine bar in the East Hollywood area. Food was pretty good but the desserts were spectacular! The vibes are all there. A lot of plants dimly lit restaurant vibe. Outdoor patio area is nice. Definitely great for a date night.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' The pasta is SO SO SO BAD. We ordered three to try and they all came undercooked and very salty. Small servings too and way overpriced The only good thing was the bread.. and it's only 3 pieces for $8. The ambiance is really cute but not worth it at all. Servers are also a bit rude.

Food & wine were absolutely delicious! My favorite was the mushroom ravioli and the "skin contact" wine. Service was great, and the ambiance in the evening was cozy candlelit patio vibes. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu!

I've been to Lolo's multiple times throughout the past year and recommended it as my go to wine bar spot. However, I was shocked this time around because the already small portion sizes have shrank even more. When I ordered my steak (which had already risen in price), it came with two potato's split in half. which is INSANE to call it a 'side'. Our bill was almost $200 for three dishes and two glasses of wine because for a table of two, there was an automatic 20% gratuity added as well. We were still starving afterwards and the price did not justify the meal we had at ALL.

Gorgeous wine bar with great food! -- Atmosphere -- The parking is a little tough during the weekdays / traffic hours but you can find meter parking by Shakeys and walk a block. You need to walk through a black gate that's generally closed to enter the venue. Trust me, the inside is beautiful. This place is great for 2-4 people, there are small round tables for smaller groups but there's also a lounge area for larger groups. They have wine fridges in the back with a friendly Sommelier, she was super helpful and attentive when I was picking out the wine. -- The Wine -- They have a great selection of wine bottles and wine by the glass that range in different types (Sparkling, Orange, etc). Their wines range between $16-$18 by the glass, you can also get a bottle of wine to open (though there's corkage fee, this is standard). I ordered their sparkling on the menu and it was delicious, super refreshing and super unique, it was a natural wine. Everyone else at my table was pretty happy with their selections as well. -- The Food -- The menu there is made for shared / family style. We ordered: - 3 Appetizers to start, they were all very delicious but the memorable ones were the Crudo with Cherries (it wasn't fishy at all, the sweetness & crunch toppings really made this special) Burrata with Tomatoes (the burrata was fluffy and a completely different texture than what I'm used to, and it was absolutely amazing. It was lightly sweetened with honey & balsamic, and the tomatoes they used were to die for). - For the greens, we ordered the Zucchini and while it was delicious, I wished we also had ordered the Little Gem Salad. If you're a veggie eater, I would recommend ordering more here - For the main, we got a single dish of the mushroom pasta. It definitely was not filling for 4 people and we should've gotten at least another 1-2 mains. Overall, it was a great experience, food was great but you'd need to order a lot to really get full. Wine selection is amazing.

A candlelit dinner, a wine lounge and hummus served with grapes, are all found here. It was one of the best date nights I have had in a while. A beautiful secluded restaurant that features patio seating and a wonderful wine selection. I ordered the Brown Butter Hummus (this dish would be considered vegetarian for some) but I really wanted to try something different! So happy I did, the flavors had me melting in my seat, so so good! I've never experienced grapes with hummus before and now I can't think of a better combination. My main course was the Pomodoro Pasta, it was a chef's special since their other vegan option wasn't available at the time. The sauce itself was incredible, I'm a sauce girl so extra points for that lol. The whole dinner experience was truly lovely, hoping to visit again.

loooove! I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now. careful though you might miss it because it's a bit discrete. but when you get in there, babyyy it's adorable! sooo cute and intimate with an indoor and outdoor patio vibe and a lot of little nooks for private dining. the food was delightful. they know their pastas. we tried the Roasted Zucchini, Pickled Cucumber, Breadcrumbs, Salsa Verde; bread and butter, cacio e pepe and Rigatoni Pomodoro. we were there pretty early like the very first customers (it's first come first served) but our server was still super efficient, offered suggestions and gave us time to decide. everything was divine. will definitely come back!

The entrance is on the side of a beautiful historic Hollywood Spanish Gothic style building on Westbourne Drive, off Santa Monica Boulevard. You could almost miss it from the street as it's kind of hidden which is definitely part of its charm. About a century ago it was a studio for silent film star Charlie Chaplin and later a library for Sherman, which was the name of West Hollywood before it was incorporated. So this is a beautiful and historic location with a fascinating history, V Wine Room serves about 30 different wines by the glass and a large selection by the bottle, mostly small California wineries from the Napa Valley. The menu also features sparkling wines, natural wines and sakes from small Japanese producers. They have food to accompany the drinks as well: delicious Roman-style pizzas, cheese boards and charcuterie, fish and even chocolate. I've always managed to find free parking on side streets just up the street like on West Knoll for a couple hours, but there's also valet parking right in front and a city parking lot about a block west

The ambiance here is dark and chic, it reminded me very much of restaurants in NYC. It would make for a good spot for a date night or girls' night out. We made it here in time to order one thing from their happy hour menu, the tater tots. These were heavy but moreish, it was hard to stop eating them even when my stomach was telling me I was full. We also shared the corn, which I believe may have been a special/seasonal dish. It will go down as one of the best corn dishes I've ever eaten in a restaurant.
