Food 10/10 -- ordered the family seafood boil w/ crab legs and shrimp and muscles and there was not a single thing in there that we did not enjoy. The potatoes were delicious, the muscles were to die for, and the crab was my favorite. I don't eat meat besides seafood, but my partner said his least favorite part of the meal was the sausage but it was still to par. I definitely recommend getting medium heat as it was just the right amount. The service 6/10 -- they were fine, nothing stood out to me negatively or positively. They give you crab crackers and the boil is in a giant plastic bag which keeps everything heated nicely, and they give you a bib and plastic gloves and napkins so that you stay nicely clean. The ambiance 8/10 -- super cute theme, had some cool LED lights as well as some great cute ocean themed wall pieces. Two of the fish-silhouetted lights were flickering. Tried LCS for the first time ever tonight and a boil for myself for the fist time ever, my girlfriend got the fried Cod with fries and 10pc hush puppy. Oh my lanta! We were worried that we put the order in a bit after 9 and they close at 9:30 and would that affect the quality, oh but let me tell you, NO IT DID NOT! Everything we ordered was so good, so flavorful it was unreal. They even converted my girlfriend to a snow crab lover at the age of 48 lol. Customer service was cool. I like the ambiance of the inside. Seafood boil at a good price point. Ended up getting a boil with a half pound of snow crab & shrimp with head off. It already came with corn & potatoes so I added on sausage & egg. I think the flavor & spice level were there, but wasn't a fan of the sausage. I'm not sure if they were pork sausage because I forgot to ask. It seems as though they are boiled to cooked or something, but next time I would just opt out of those, buy my own turkey sausage & cook on the stove top for a little because I prefer mine with a little crust on them. Over tried the others in the area and they all have their differences but they are all good. Louis' offers sandwiches and smaller portions which I liked. The spice level can be hotter as it was like a mild to me. I had their Oyster Po Boy sandwich. It was good, but I think it needed something else. I was expecting their sauce to have more flavor so I tasted more of the bread and fried oysters. It comes with fries which were good and had a batter texture to them as they were not plain fries. I also got a 1/2 lb of headless shrimp. I choose the Louis special which had a good taste and I ordered it as hot but as I mentioned it was a mild to me. This is a great seafood option in the area. They have options of what level Cajun spice or no spice like garlic butter or lemon. We got the snow crab and shrimp boil. It comes with a red potato and small corn on the cob. It's pretty messy but they give you a bib and gloves. Plus a wipe for after you meal. A small bucket to place you crab shells and shrimp shells in. They also have options of Po boy sandwiches and fried fish and other fried food options. Smaller dine in area. Staff of following Covid protocols. If you are wanting some seafood but not wanting to fried stuff at captain D's or Long John Silvers. This is a much better and tastier option. They give you some crab crackers for your crab legs but some of those little crab forks or crab cracking hook would be helpful. Saw this place the other day while in the Greater's parking lot. Had the shrimp po boy with spicy mayo for lunch to-go. Delicious! Next time I may ask for the sauce on the side. There was too much on the sandwich, but that wasn't an issue since it is great with the fries. Good fries. They are seasoned and have a nice crunch. It was terrible. I got two fish baskets and one combo fish basket with shrimp. None of it had any flavor other than the oil it was fried in. It wasn't soggy, but it certainly wasn't crispy. The fish tasted "fishy" and looked old. The shrimp was rubbery with no flavor and the side of cole slaw was inedible. I wanted to try Louis since we moved here and I regret the 45 I spent on it. I went to this place on the recommendation of a co-worker. I placed an order online, and when I got there, they had canceled it, or there was some problem with the credit machine. Anywho, I placed my order; I got the fish and shrimp, and it was a medium wait, but the food was fresh and hot when I got it home. The breading on the fish and shrimp was somewhat bland, but it was fresh, and they did give you a lot of food for the money. All and all, it was good, and I will probably be back to try the Seafood Boil. read more
