This summer, he took a deposit for the pool cover and equipment and has yet to install the equipment. Offering up excuses or basically refusing to return my text messages. At this point, with winter approaching, I've run out of options and will be turning this matter over to the police. I would not recommend doing business with Happy Pools.

I found that Arvidson's is the best at understanding what pools need for the right balance, and then following up to ensure everything turned out okay. I went there two days ago, and I had a high level of ammonia in the pool. I have no idea how that would have happened. Rather than sell me an expensive round of chemicals, they told me to drain 1/3 of the water out of the pool and refill it. They said that would mean I would need less to balance the water. When I returned today, the Ammonia levels were low enough that I didn't need to do anything other than add (a lot) of chlorine. More than anything, I trust their judgment in chemically treating pools.

This practice raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. Exploiting customers is not a sustainable way to grow a business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It appears that pricing is very inconsistent and possibly based on profiling customers, which is unacceptable.
