Fantastic Service, Highly Recommend!…read more Cruz and Jon were amazing! They fixed my hot tub leak and opened my pool in one afternoon. As new pool owners, they even took the time to teach us the basics of operation and maintenance. Super friendly, on time, and efficient. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for pool and spa services! Thanks again, guys!

I WILL KEEP WRITING AND UPDATING THIS REVIEW EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL MY MONEY IS RETURNED!! Since…read moreMay I haven't gotten my refund for work not done Warning this company will SCAM YOU! I am not going to quietly accept losing $1,377.93 for a job that was never completed. We paid $2,377.93 upfront through Zelle for a salt tank installation. Invoice #5389. The tank was never installed. After payment, we were given repeated delays and excuses. Eventually, we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. We received $1,000. The remaining $1,377.93 has STILL not been returned. As of August 8, 2026, I am still chasing this balance months later. This isn't a dispute about whether we liked the work. There was no completed work. We paid in full, the installation never happened, and we are still missing a substantial portion of our money. I have the receipts, invoice, payment records, messages, cancellation, and proof of the partial refund. This is not hearsay or speculation. These are the facts of our transaction. If you're considering hiring this company, please do yourself a favor and investigate everything BEFORE sending money. Get a written contract. Understand the refund terms. Verify the business. Be extremely cautious about paying thousands upfront through Zelle or Venmo. $2,377.93 paid. $0 installation completed. $1,000 refunded. $1,377.93 still owed. I will continue documenting this experience until the balance is resolved. I am not going to roll over and pretend this didn't happen. Our money is our money, and we want it back.

I initially contacted them for a pool cleaning service and was quoted a price of $120. However,…read moreupon arriving at my property, the price increased to $200, claiming there had been a price change. I found this unreasonable and questioned the significant increase, but no valid explanation was provided. This is very highly unprofessional and exploitative, particularly after a price had already been agreed upon. Additionally, I had a broken water filter that required replacement, for which I was charged nearly three times the reasonable cost. This practice raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. Exploiting customers is not a sustainable way to grow a business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It appears that pricing is very inconsistent and possibly based on profiling customers, which is unacceptable. To this day, I still cannot justify how a quoted price of $120 increased to $200 within just a few days. They still have the price as $120 per visit on their page - isn't that deceptive!

He was hired to clean a cloudy pool and spent an hour or less in two days doing absolutely nothing. He kept trying to push for the weekly maintenance but why would we hire someone that already has proven to be incompetent. He didn't even have a proper water testing kit and wanted us to go to the pool store for a proper test. He is absolutely clueless and doesn't know what he's doing a complete joke. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Hopefully this asshole chokes on the $150.
