We inherited the hot tub when we purchased the house this summer and hadn't used it yet. He was so thorough and we appreciated his knowledge and friendliness to answer all of our questions, as well as explain the chemicals we would need to maintain the tub. Follow-up wasn't great. Pool went in at the end of fall. Workers through a tarp on a left dirt and rocks for the spring. I had to call several times for them to come open it, then they workers complained about how the pool was left. Eventually it got done but a sticky residue was left at the water line. They sent someone out to clean it but he gave up and said it would wear off. They are also some minor scratches I asked about but the office manager ignored my email. Also when using a chalk line to mark out the cover mounting holes in the concrete they used red chalk which is permanent. Blue chalk washes off. Now I have a faint red line around my pool. No one ever explained how to run or operate the system. I had to figure it out myself. Basically, good initial work but no follow-up. Once they get your money they are done.
