Upstairs they have the Meditation rooms . Those rooms are the Oxygenated room and an infra red room. On the first floor they have a theater room, a salt room, a gold room, a sun room, a charcoal room, other rooms and a cafeteria area. You can also pay for a massage. There's also a small slide for the little guys as well as some water spray features. My 3 year old loves zero depth entry pools so he was thrilled. There's also a second pool that was deep enough for my stepkiddo to get her swim on. There were three lap pool lanes open as well. Again, the hours for all this is on the website. The staff is kinda meh. The woman working the desk was not sure what was going on but the life guards were nice. The locker rooms are nicer than I was expecting. There's also a couple family shower/bathrooms which is nice. Bring a lock and towels!

I found that Arvidson's is the best at understanding what pools need for the right balance, and then following up to ensure everything turned out okay. I went there two days ago, and I had a high level of ammonia in the pool. I have no idea how that would have happened. Rather than sell me an expensive round of chemicals, they told me to drain 1/3 of the water out of the pool and refill it. They said that would mean I would need less to balance the water. When I returned today, the Ammonia levels were low enough that I didn't need to do anything other than add (a lot) of chlorine. More than anything, I trust their judgment in chemically treating pools.

In a matter of a few text messages detailing the hottub make and model, pictures of the pickup and drop off location, the appointment was set. I did so early so we could make sure that our pool would be open and usable for memorial day. Service so far has been an absolute nightmare. We were totally flexible on the day of service and the time but just asked that it be ready to go by mid May and I let them know that I was having events on memorial day and on the Friday before. Here is what I emailed Sunset today about my experience thus far. It looks like barring a miracle, we won't even be able to use our pool on memorial day as the pool and chemicals are cloudy and our cleaner is not working properly: "I have called seven times to your office over the past three days. The first time I called on Wednesday to confirm that my service was on Thursday and it would be performed as scheduled. They confirmed yes. On Thursday (yesterday), I called because at 11 am, no one had arrived for the scheduled service that day. The front office again told me not to worry and assured me they would be coming that day, Thursday. Then I called again at 3 pm because no one was there and they said I was next on the Thursday schedule, and they should be at my home shortly. At 5:15 PM when no one had still arrived, I called again and your office was now closed. I left a message on the general number. I also called your "emergency line" and left a message there. No one ever returned my call. No one ever showed up!! Today (Friday) I called this morning and they said someone would be coming today. Then when no one arrived by 11 am, I called again and they said they didn't know what was going on and would call me back. No one did. I called again and the office was closed." So, if you want to spend your time chasing down customer service and looking at an unusable pool for the memorial day weekend, this may be your company for weekly service. Just don't ask for Thursdays, that's our day!!! (Dripping with sarcasm ).
