Kyle just finished opening my pool for summer 2026. Kind, friendly and quick. Great job Kyle. See you in the fall

Austin and Daniel opened our pool on 5/13/2025. As always, the level of service, expertise, and friendliness of the team at Aqua Pool and Spa was on display. Between Daniel and Austin it took less than 2 hours to get the pool to the point where I could finish filling it and get the pump running. By the next morning the water was clear to the bottom and it will only be a matter of time before we're enjoying our afternoons in the water. They went the extra mile by not only putting the stairs in for me but for finding a way to get the mat under them so I didn't need to jump into the 50 degree water to get in place. It's our 5th season with the pool and this level of service is what will drive us to be lifetime customers of Aqua Pool and Spa. During the opening process it was discovered that we would need a new winter cover for next season. They were nice enough to roll the old one up and take it away for me. If you are in need of any advice for your pool, spa, or sauna, the team at Aqua Pool & Spa will take care of you! read more

The women we spoke to over the phone gave us instructions with how to close our pool (new home owners) and emailed us that same day with instructions. She called us back a day or two to schedule our closing. The team that came out verified we had the supplies needed and what they may need to bring. We didn't have to be present for the closing , but they did notify us they were here (we have dogs) and they were present. Overall the closing was quick and the tarp is holding steady. We plan on using then again to open next year read more

Ruben and Kyle are just leaving our yard after a service call on our new pool. Great guys! They worked hard to figure out an ongoing issue with our pump, and they went to bat for us for a solution. Truly appreciated. Further, we have had the service team out here for weekly service for the last 6 weeks. All of the guys are super nice! As a female, I feel comfortable having Austin, Matt, or any of the team in my yard. read more

Jason is great! He is so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about vacuums and pools. He fixed our old vacuum and it gave us a few more years of use. His knowledge of vacuums and of us, as customers, resulted in us saving several hundred dollars on our new pool vacuum. It was just what we needed. Thanks so very much Jason!!! read more

I've been using Aqua Pool & Spa Pros since 2021 after I bought a house with a pool that they had built in maintained. In fact, at that time I had them replace all the equipment. It's always been easy to deal with this company, and my 2024 pool opening was no different! This year Austin and Kyle took care of the work and we're great representative of the company! They were cheerful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Like everyone I deal with here, super nice guys! All I have to do now is take my water in once a week to be tested [for free], and if they find anything i just follow their advice. I could not maintain my own pool without Aqua Pool & Spa Pros. read more

We have been using Aqua Pool & Spas since purchasing our home going on 4 years. They are always great to work with and the overall servicing of our pool was no exception. Austin, Jakub and Dan did an amazing job servicing our pool and closing the pool this year with Joey and Dan- I knew we were in great hands. They went above and beyond in preparing our pool for the cooler months and were surprisingly fast and always easy to talk too when we have questions. From the office staff to the servicing crew, always a great experience! read more

Aqua Pool and Spa have been maintaining my pool for the last three seasons and overall it's been fine. I have had a few technicians that have serviced the pool from time to time that have been great which were Austin and Joey. Most recently, Jakub. I want to give a shout out to two people in particular. The first is Jakub, who was the technician who serviced my pool for probably a little bit more than half of this past season. He was always pleasant, informative, and helpful and treated me and my property with respect at all times. I also want to give a shout-out to Ruben with whom I needed to call to have something for the pool closing changed. It did take a couple of days to reach one another however he was very pleasant and helpful and he took care of it and sent out Jakub to take care of the situation. So both Ruben and Jakub five stars. See you all next season! read more

We have been using Aqua Pool & Spa since we installed our in-ground pool ~10 years ago and we couldn't be more pleased until yesterday when Aqua Pool opened our pool and it was super dirty. Nonetheless, when Dan and Joey were finished, the pool looked amazing! We later realized the pool wasn't filling-up so I sent 1 email to Mike in the evening and the first thing the next morning Ruben shows up and fixes the leak that developed over the winter. Needless to say, I didn't think I could more pleased over the years but based on my recent experience I am even more pleased. I HIGHLY recommend the Aqua Pool & Spa experience to anyone with a pool or hot tub. read more

We had scheduled our pool and spa closing several weeks ago and it was raining the day we had requested. Rather than calling to reschedule, Ruben, Nico, and Scott arrived at the time we were told and worked through a misty morning to close everything. They told me which chemicals could be stored in the garage and which had to be stored inside. They were efficient and finished ahead of schedule. read more

We purchased a home a year and a half ago that already had an inground pool and spa installed. It was not maintained well prior to our purchase, and we were referred to another pool company for our needs. After using the other company to open our pool we started losing about an inch of water a day and things started breaking down. We had numerous companies come out to inspect our system. They told us everything from hire a diver or tear out the pool and spa. We were so frustrated and lost! I called Auqa Pool and Spa pros and within 4 hours they had all issues diagnosed and fixed. Dean went step by step using logic and found all our issues. I can't say enough about their knowledge and professionalism!! We closed out the pool season tanned, relaxed, and full of family fun! They went above and beyond!! read more

This is my first summer ever owning a pool and wanted to have some professionals open it. But first, I needed a new water heater so technicians, Ruben and Johnny, came out and did a great job installing the new one. Then shortly after, Steve and Nicco came out and opened our pool. They walked us through the process and helped me feel a little bit more confident in my abilities. We will definitely be reaching out to them again! read more

My husband and I were referred to this place when we were looking for a therapeutic hot tub this past January. We looked at several different models and final picked the 481 model. Once we secured our own financing, that's when the trouble started. They wanted to only work in their schedule, and deliver when it was convenient for them. From the electrician to the install it was a nightmare! No one listened to where we wanted the tub to sit and then they delivered the wrong tub. When my husband told them it was the wrong tub the delivery guys got pissed and said to call the office. So we did and later that day they returned with the correct tub and complained the entire time! We were left to fill the tub and figure out how to use it but weren't given the instructions, oh wait, and when we called again, we were told someone would be out later that day to show us how to use and operate the spa. Two days later and at 6:30 PM someone finally came out. Your probably saying to yourself, that's not bad. Well about a month into using the tub it starts malfunctioning and heating up and cooling on its own and when we call we are basically told we don't know how to use it. Didn't realize it took a rocket scientist to figure it out, But ok! Three days later, we get a call and we are told someone would be out in later that afternoon, well no one showed up. So my husband calls the next day and he was told they were back logged with service orders and they be out the next day. Low and behold it's a miracle they showed up and changed out the entire control panel of a brand new tub? And once the service guy was done installing it, he told us they had to take this panel from another one they had and it wasn't our model, but it SHOULD work. Well guess what, it didn't and started shorting out the tub. Again when we call we are told that the control panel they installed was fine for our tub and that couldn't be the problem and told us to turn the breaker box off for about 5 minutes and then turn it back on because the panel just needs to be reset. So we did that and the tub worked for about 2 months and then it started heating up by itself again. Repeat and rinse! Now we are down to not being able to use our tub now for over a month because we are now experiencing an issue with the heating element and this is because the manufacturer was making the tubs so quickly during the pandemic that now their having to fix quite a few tubs. Okayyyyyy! And now we have spent all day waiting for the service guys to fix the tub, the day before Thanksgiving, only to come to the conclusion they have wasted my entire day because they lied to us again! Bottom line ladies and gentlemen, if you have $12,000.00 you just want to throw away, definitely go here! These guys are great. I made the mistake of buying an above ground from a large "dealer" and got zero help from them. All the dealer wanted to do was sell me more services. Aqua Pools only does pools and spas so they know their business. They always have plenty of staff and everyone knows what's going on. Great free advice and the products you need in stock. I have used Aqua Pool twice in the past year and have experienced great service on both occasions. First, one of the motors in my jacuzzi failed and needed to be replaced. After calling a recommendation from a competitor to Aqua, (which was a total dud), my neighbor suggested I call Aqua. They came out, replaced the motor, gave me tips to run the unit more efficiently and called after it was installed to make sure I was satisfied. Second, I needed my hot tub moved on my deck and called Aqua Pool. They did the job, which included rotating the unit. They did a great job. Highly recommend them! read more

Ruben and Joey at Aqua Pool &Spa Pros came out to service our pool during our pool construction and after completion. They are very professional and thorough with their services. We're first time pool owners and had many questions about pool care. They provided us everything we need to know about taking care of our pool. They answered all of our questions. Aqua Pool & Spa built our in ground pool starting in Oct 2020 and finished it up the next spring ready for the pool season. Having never owned or operated a pool I informed them they would be my new best friends. Through two pool seasons (they are coming to close it today) they have been right there with us for all our needs and concerns. Advice, water testing, chemicals, etc. The staff has always been personable and responsive. They have had to come and tweak a thing or two in the last two seasons and the guys who come to do the service call are outstanding and more than willing to talk an issue or concern and educate. I've read a number of the negative reviews here on Yelp and have to wonder about them knowing first hand how helpful the Aqua Pool crew has been. So, if your looking for a new pool or just want to get your current pool into tip top shape, the crew at Aqua Pool & Spa in Lindenhurst are your go to team. Two thumbs up read more
