Bullfrog Spas in Gurnee, IL…read more I had been in the market for a hottub for a couple years & received a quote from Great Escape, but the salesman wasn't very friendly, seemed like I was interrupting his day, so I obviously didn't spend $$ there. When I noticed the Bullfrog Spa store in Gurnee, I recalled that I saw them at the Lake County Home Show, so I walked in. George and Levi helped me with my spa purchase. The one thing that was appealing is that the cover, the cover lifter and the stairs are all included in the price (not nickel & dimed, like other places), and they also included a 4 month's supply of chemicals for my tub. Great price, quick delivery, seamless transaction...Where do I sign!? Then their tech, Ashley stops by to check on things, provides me with more education on the spa, shows me how to operate it and use the chemicals; he was a wealth of information and told me to call him anytime if I have questions. Phenomenal Customer Service!!

He does some additional work around the area like cleaning out the gutters so the leaves don't get into the hot tub. His prices are very reasonable and he will look for the most economical solution for repairs. It is hard to find such honest service these days. These guys were amazing! I had brought 4 friends to get a hot tub out of a home. The tricky part…read morewas getting this out of a window as it would not fit out the patio door...but that's the way it went in, that's the way it's coming out. The 4 of us tried, spent about an hour trying to lift this 730 pound hot tub and try to get it to the window ledge...it was not going to happen. After some quick googling I came across Two Guys and a Spa Dolly. In a matter of a few text messages detailing the hottub make and model, pictures of the pickup and drop off location, the appointment was set. The next day, I was extremely pleased with the punctuality, friendliness, and know how. It was great to see what an A squad really looks like, and they did it with 3! Pros with ingenuity and the right tools! Book early because I am sure these guys will get busy quickly!
