During that time, about six weeks, our pool went from green to greener. Each time we discussed our concerns he apologized and made promises...including cleaning our filters. We finally let him go. When we had another company clean our filters, the filters were disgusting and had never been cleaned by George. When we contacted him, he claimed we let him go too soon and he wanted to add algaecide to the pool before cleaning the filters. When confronted with text messages that said, "I will do it today," he claimed it was a miscommunication. He gets one star for being polite, but none for taking good care of our pool.

We have…read morebeen very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from all of the members of the Lifestyle team, as well as all the subcontractors they recommended. Chuck and his son Scott( the chemical and equipment specialist) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Any calls are always answers quickly. I would definitely recommend a salt water pool; we barely had to add any chemicals and it was extremely easy for me to maintain. It was also easier on our skin and eyes. If you have an existing pool and just need help, Scott is amazing. He is very patient in walking you through the right way to maintain/open/close your pool. Karen

The owner came out and was very nice We went to the showroom to look at materials and options and talked to the owner. We were told we'd get an estimate. She said you can't get an estimate without signing a service/ maintenance agreement for 2027! Really? I should have known the Downes name was bad because we used AAA pools who after 10 years refused to service our pool anymore because we had another company resurface our pool rather than them!!! This company is a joke and will waste your time! And to think- we actually liked them initially and were going to use them for maintenance! Glad we found out before we got stuck

I reached out to Adam at Cobalt Pools explaining that we needed a little "hot tub 101 for dummies" and he was very responsive and quick to schedule an appointment within a few days. Rolando was the service man who came out and he was excellent! He drained, cleaned and filled the tub and allowed me to watch how he did every step and explained the entire process. We inherited the hot tub when we purchased the house this summer and hadn't used it yet. He was so thorough and we appreciated his knowledge and friendliness to answer all of our questions, as well as explain the chemicals we would need to maintain the tub. My firm is currently working with Al Serna and his team at Q&Q Pool Tech to finalize a pool project…read morethat we took over from a previous builder. We specialize in landscaping and hardscaping but had no experience with the ins and outs of pool building, that's where Q&Q comes in. They had actually done some work on this project before our involvement and ever since they officially jumped in, their assistance and experience has been nothing short of amazing. We truly thank them for helping us turn this project around! Al and his team are professional, responsive, and reliable. I cannot speak for their pricing as I was not involved in negotiating that, but what I can say is that they are worth every dollar for what they bring to the table. Al's team worked tirelessly to finish and test the plumbing, they addressed any concerns, his plastering team got the job done in spite of the rain, he always is offering input, and has worked alongside us every step of the way. Thank you Al! I will not stop recommending anyone I know over to Al Serna & Q&Q Pool Tech!
