The guy who opened it showed me the spa wasn't holding water and accused Lotus of not winterizing the pool properly which set in motion costly events like pressure testing the spa. When the spa pipes checked out, lotus sent out two pro's Robert and Aldo. Aldo identified right away that the actuator for the intake was forced by hand during the opening and was slightly open thus draining the spa back into the pool. Robert took the time to show me what caused the problem and what simple of a fix it was. I will now only trust lotus and their team to open and close my pool. Thanks guys!

Chuck and his son Scott( the chemical and equipment specialist) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Any calls are always answers quickly. I would definitely recommend a salt water pool; we barely had to add any chemicals and it was extremely easy for me to maintain. It was also easier on our skin and eyes.
