Rolando was the service man who came out and he was excellent! He drained, cleaned and filled the tub and allowed me to watch how he did every step and explained the entire process. We inherited the hot tub when we purchased the house this summer and hadn't used it yet. He was so thorough and we appreciated his knowledge and friendliness to answer all of our questions, as well as explain the chemicals we would need to maintain the tub. They were given preauthorization up until a certain amount and because we asked them to fix something, they charged the amount to fix it without any kind of authorization or discussion about what it took to fix and how much it would cost. Communication was for the most part non-existent, a response to an email regarding the preauthorization took approximately a month to respond. The only reason that it was even responded to was because of our cancellation for their bad service.

We were told that it was a small leak that he couldn't find, and instructed to use stop leak for spas. Well... we tried that with no luck. Finally, I was frustrated and decided to try a different company. I called lighthouse spas and I am so glad that I did. They answered the phone (rate with other companies, and were able to get us scheduled within a week. The guys were early and had the leak diagnosed within the first five minutes! Amazing!! It took less than an hour from start to finish and was only the service call charge. These guys know what they're talking about. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Thank you!!
