I moved into a house with a jetted tub that needed some TLC to clean it up. I called AllSpa hoping they could come help me clean the jets after I had already taken several tries at it. The gentleman that called me back was very honest with me and told me I could clean it myself without his help. He recommended filling it up with 2 or 3 gallons of vinegar and letting it sit over night. He told me to try it a few times and if it was still dirty to give him a call back. I didn't need to call him back and appreciate him saving me the money for the service call and cleaning that I was able to do on my own. Lars and his team fixed my hot tub when the place that I purchased it from was unable to. A gasket had cracked when the tub was empty during the polar vortex a few winters ago. I finally decided to repair and I'm glad that I did. The team had to Jack up the tub to diagnose the problem and were able to replace the gasket. As we are preparing to sell our home, we found that our whirlpool tub was improperly wired. We had a licensed electrician out to replace the circuit breaker to a 220v GFCI breaker. Once it was installed, the whirlpool tub seemed to be tripping the breaker. The electrician thought we had to replace our whirlpool motor or the heating element. We have a Kohler whirlpool tub and the motor and/or the heating element are pretty expensive to replace. I thought, before doing that I should call someone who had more knowledge in the industry. I am so glad I did. Lars came over the same day and in about 15 minutes had a fairly good idea on why the breaker kept tripping. It turns out the electrician wired the ground as a neutral wire, which was causing the issue. Lars wired it correctly and was in an out in about an hour. He's definitely a genius at this and I wouldn't hesitate to call him or recommend him. Reasonably priced, honest and most of all knowledgeable. He's been there and done that, yet still keeps learning, which I think puts him at the top of his game. read more

Lars was awesome...a true professional!! If you need a whirlpool or spa repair...this is the man you want to call to fix it. He can also do plumbing and probably any other type of repair you can come up with. I called Lars because my whirlpool bath needed repair. The whirlpool would not shut off. I had to shut it off from the fuse box. The other big issue was that no access panel was created when installed to get to the motor for any type of repair. Lars immediately recognized the problem. He had to get to the motor through the bedroom wall on the other side of the bathroom. With a surgeon's precision...he cut a perfect 12x12 opening in the bedroom drywall to expose the motor. He was then able to easily work on the motor without having to remove it entirely. Lars worked his magic and replaced a part which he had in his bag of tricks. Within minutes It was working like new!!! This man knows his stuff. He then attached an access panel door for any future repairs. I recommend Lars for all for your Whirlpool and Spa repairs. read more

Absolutely Worthless - Do Not Use I paid Lars Larsen $75 for a parts and labor estimate to replace 3 jets in my hot tub - I have received nothing. After a week, he sent me an email asking me what size jets and tubes does the tub have. He had a measuring tape on his belt when he came to my house, but obviously didn't gather the needed info. One email he sent had links for "doable" parts that didn't match the parts of my tub; but I was able to find them with a simple google search. Save your time and money, call someone else. read more
