He is upset about my reviews and won't refund me any money because I left bad review. It doesn't work this way Alex. I want more people to be aware the way that you and your techs provide services. I was a part of your scam but not let that happens for other people. Even if you tried to offer me to give you a 2nd chance for cleaning but I am not TRUSTING you at all. You should do the job correctly at the 1st time. I was lucky that I found out after I replaced my furance. Also, the three kids that you sent me to do the job let them be more professional when they get into people property by wearing the shoes cover to have some respect for the people that lives in the house. Also, order them a good flash light instead of using their phone as flash light! what a scam? Please be present at the time of service don't be victim like me. I was there for the entire service, and my dryer was only turned on after the cleaning. Then the lint from the cleaning was left on my patio and not cleaned up. All they offered was their typical 30-day guarantee, something you get no matter what, and for someone to come back out to clean the mess.
