I have been living in the building for roughly four years and the garage lights has always been an issue. The lights were always super dim and we never gotten around to getting it fixed. Finally, I gave in and reached out to a few electricians to get this looked at. Victor was one of the three electricians I had to come out and look at the issue. He took the time to open up the existing fixtures to diagnose the issue (ballast issue). He presented me with an option to get sensors and to switch to LED fixtures to help be eco friendly and to save some wear on tear on the fixtures.
