A tree branch recently fell on the power lines going to our house and severed the lines, ripping the meter itself from the side of the house. Yuri responded same day and worked into the night to repiar the meter and wiring. ComEd came 2 days later (!!) to reattach the power lines but we still didn't have power. Yuri came back same day and our power was restored after he replaced multiple circuit breakers that were wet after water had leaked in.
