Laura who arranged the service was friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get someone to come in the same day, as one of the electrician had prior job done earlier. Mike came in to install the outlet and he had all the material ready to install immediately. He not only install the outlet but also fixed a loosened wire nearby to make the area safer. He is nice to work with and efficient, speedy but not rushing the work. The rate is reasonable, charged by the time spend instead of a flat rate. Stefan was awesome to work with -- quick to respond, on time, and super clear with communication. Pricing was straightforward and very reasonable, and there was no pressure or upselling, which we really appreciated. Our house had some really old electrical/conduit, and the finished work (both inside and outside at the electrical box) looks so clean and tidy. He even called me before leaving to ask where he could find a broom so he could sweep up. That level of care and pride in the job says it all.
