He picked up the phone and reassured me that he can come out quickly and address the issue. In fact, he was able to diagnose the root cause over the phone and came prepared to resolve the issues. While fixing the issue, Ryan took the time to help me understand my electrical panel and explained the process of how he was going to fix the issue. After the work was completed, he ensured that there were no ongoing issues and that the work was completed to my satisfaction. At no point did Ryan come off as impatient or made me feel like he was rushing. He completed the fix quickly, but was very thorough in his work (something that comes with experience, practice, and being confident in the work). He was extremely kind and patient as he answered all of my questions. The rate Ryan charged was fair (i.e., no price gouging); especially given the short notice. I am definitely going to be calling on Ryan (no hesitation) for any future work that may require an electrician.

Gabe was the one whom I initially spoke to about the project and Gilbert was the one who did the installation and they were professional and did a nice job. My circuit panel was far from the garage (where the outlet would be) but it wasn't a big deal for them and they were able to relocate some breakers in my panel to the sub-panel to make space for the double-pole 50A breaker for the NEMA 14-50 Outlet. After discussing with ComEd I was instructed to start calling electricians. So, I left a message for Frank at probably 3am. He called me back around 8am and quoted me an excellent price. Frank and Franck showed up right on time and got to work. They were both courteous, kind, and efficient. On top of that their time estimate for the work was right on the money. I would highly recommend Adrian Electric for all your emergency and non emergency needs. I feel very lucky that not only were they available, but that they gave us a fair price and did such outstanding work. Additionally, Frank was able to give us information about our breaker boxes and the size generator we should invest in. His knowledge and candor have cemented him as our go to guy for all our future electrical needs.

I was promised pictures now going on two weeks of another client's house to show me how it would look where I wanted it. Still waiting for the pictures. Promised again two days ago but still not here. Seems like the kind of person who tells you what you want to hear when you want to hear it and does whatever once the conversation is over. Not worth the hassle. You're better off going to a different generator installation service. If anybody's in need of a Kohler generator at a good price, let me know. Update May 16, 2026 Some communication issues but Frank set things right. He had me look at a property with the generator orientated the direction I wanted, changed mine the same way and completed the project per the agreement in the contract. I received a thorough run through of how the generator works, service info and the warranty. After the initial delay, the project was completed in a very professional manner.
