I needed help replacing a bathroom ceiling fan/light and reached out to Edgar for assistance. Edgar was quick to reply to my messages and scheduled a date and time for the job within a few days. Edgar arrived within the timeframe he promised along with a partner to help and they were quick to get to work. They took care to cover up the floor, sink, and toilet with drop cloths to avoid a mess from being made as they worked with the ceiling light. The replacement required a little more work than initially anticipated due to it being an older light/fan combination, but Edgar explained the issue and how the initial price estimate would be impacted. I appreciated Edgar taking the time to explain the progress along the way and what else needed to be done and was upfront with the cost which was reasonable. Overall it was a good price and great end result. Edgar and his partner were very friendly and personable and made quick work of the project. read more

I used yelp to find an electrician to do a full install for two ceiling fans. Edgar responded quickly, he gave great prices and his work was amazing. He was on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him, I have him scheduled for two other jobs at my home. read more

They did a great job on both of my bathrooms, painting them and then installing a fan in one of the bathrooms. Price was very fair

Simple electric work; restore power in one outlet and place a new outlet behind TV. Project took around half hour. Overcharged $450.00. Very bad quality:: kitchen outlet is beige color while the cover that surrounds it is white. I called him back and he had bad attitude didn't want to come back and fix it. Also, refuses to give me receipt cause he insisted on cash. Sorry, my naïveté took over me to hire such a unprofessional person. read more

We wanted a new 240v outlet for an induction stove. Edgar was great he explained everything and price was fair. I also added a couple new regular outlets to the living room and he did it at a discount with the other service. While we were at it he tuned up my furnace. All in one visit. Everything was professional, cleaned up after himself and covered walls and furniture with plastic. Will hire again read more

I found this company on Yelp. They responded right away and came out the very next day. I needed electrical outlets put in my kitchen. They gave me an estimate and did the service right on the spot after we came up with an agreement. I also asked them to change out my chandeliers and hang up my curtain rod for the bathroom. I highly recommended. They were so helpful, nice, and provided an amazing service. I will be calling them again for any other work I need done in the house. read more

I wasn't particularly happy with the service performed. First, the appointment was scheduled for 9am. His team arrived at 9:30am. Second, during the course of their work, they proceeded to cause the light switch and other light fixture (on same circuit) to stop working. These were both working when they arrived. Third, they stated that the bulb receptacle was no longer working. They replaced that, but the bulb was still not working. I would note that I had tried three different bulbs in this light socket before they arrived, so it seems suspicious to me that the socket/bulb was the issue. Finally, they said the issue was with the bulb. They put in a different bulb and charged me $135 for a socket and a diagnostic test. They did not clean up (they left wire nuts and wire clippings in the garage). They were also pitching me on other work (duct cleaning, HVAC, other renovation services) while trying to fix the light bulb. I get that these are difficult economic times, but I am traditional. I want the original job completed first and I found that unprofessional. When I told him I was unhappy with the service and the price (after I paid him in full), he started lecturing me on his great reputation. He then asked what I did for work. I told him and he proceeded to say that he couldn't believe I was successful in my field. I don't think insults are appropriate. I'm glad others have had success with him, but I did not. read more

I highly recommend the work of Edgar and Hector "All Ed Electric". Great, quick and professional service. They installed three motion sensor lights and two cameras on the perimeter my property. Consultation was quick and they arrived 2 days later to do the work. Originally they were going to do just the outdoor lights but when Comcast wasn't able to install my cameras they made it happen for me. Customer focused, 20 plus years of experience and just easy to work with. I will call on them again for any future electrical needs. read more

Ed installed two electrical outlet floor receptacles in our condo and moved two other outlets on our wall. He was very professional and friendly. He scheduled within days of contact and showed up on time with two other men to complete the task. He covered the floor to prevent mess and vacuumed and cleaned up when done. I would recommend him and will use him again when we need an electrician. read more

These guys are great. Edgar and another gentleman showed up at the agreed upon time. Both were very polite, wore plastic bags on their shoes (much appreciated!), and were very quick in diagnosing and addressing the problem. They confirmed our suspicions that the issue was bigger than just a bad breaker, but were able to zero in on the main trouble spot and come up with a workaround solution to restore power to the affected area. In and out in less than an hour and worth every penny. Will definitely use them again in the future. read more

We needed assistance with replacing an old fan in our great room. The 18' ceiling height was a challenge, but Ed provided the best price point for the job. He was professional, on-time, and with an excellent follow-up. I plan to use All Ed Electric for future projects. I was lucky to discover his services on next door. read more

Edgar and his crew are great! Have used them for multiple projects around our house. They do great work! Would highly recommend!

Great quick work. Experienced with smart homes. Nice professional team. Did electrical work for us.

Friendly owner but your HVAC guy didn't show up for the appointment. No response to call or text either.

I had a positive experience with Edgar and his brother Hector. We ordered two light fixture replacements for high ceilings through Amazon, but when he arrived he noted that what we were requesting was not what was specified on the Amazon order. He said he could do it but it would cost more, and suggested that if I wanted I could cancel the Amazon order and he would give me a new quote. He didn't seem pushy, just polite and factual. We wanted him to: * Assemble and install a chandelier for a 12ft high ceiling * Install an LED touch mirror (put the cables in the wall) * Move the above mounted mirror down 6 inches * Add an outlet to a different side of the room He quoted $470 for the whole job, and agreed to $400 via Quickpay or cash after negotiating. He said he would need to put holes in the wall to connect the power to the mirror and new outlet, but that he didn't know how to fix the drywall so we would need someone else to do that and we agreed. He promised he would do as little damage as possible. He cancelled the Amazon order (originally $258.49) from his phone and got to work. He arrived around 9:30am, got started around 9:50am and was finished and cleaned up at 1:15pm. He checked with me multiple times on mirror placement, outlet placement, and length of the light fixture. He was polite and covered my things with plastic to not get dust on them and asked if he could place mirror and things on our bed - just being courteous which I appreciated. When he was finished he asked me to come check the quality of his work to make sure I was happy before he left (test the lights, dimmer and outlet) and helped me move my vanity back into place to make sure it looked good with the mirror. When I tried to Quickpay him I added his info and sent and he got an email notification, but his bank wasn't an option for Zelle so I cancelled the payment and gave him cash instead. As far as demeanor if anyone is interested his brother Hector was quiet and shy and simply worked. While his brother was getting things from their van Edgar asked about my holiday plans and we chatted for a bit about where he was from and his kids. He's got a son studying to be an electrician and a daughter in Med school and was very proud of both of them! He wasn't too chatty or over bearing at all - I'm very talkative- but while I was working on my computer he only checked in when he had a question. I'm happy with his work and feel we paid a fair price. Pictures are attached. read more

This guy was was late by 5+ hours. Not a big deal since I work from home. After getting the quote, this guy was trying to charge $200+ dollar an hr. Edgar just thought he could take advantage of the situation because he saw a Tesla on the parking lot. From the start, I saw the bs. After breaking it all down to him explaining that $200+ and hr is way too much he told me that's not a lot. yeaaa okay. read more

Edgar from All Ed Electric was very responsive. we had a circuit breaker issue that he came out to fix. he and his co-worker tarped and covered everything in the room because he had to saw open the wall where the panel was and install a new larger panel. the next day his dry wall guy came in to repair the area. you wouldnt know they were here. We will have them back for other electrical work soon. great price and very neat and clean work. Highly Recommended read more

Ed is amazing. He's honest and kind. He fixed all of our upstairs electric for what a contractor friend of mine called "an amazing price." He also gently told me what I need to do in the future but without pressure. No one loves to spend money on electric repair but electricity isn't something you can learn from YouTube. And you need it. I'll never call anyone else moving forward. read more

I needed to add a 240v outlet in my garage to charge a new car purchase. I found this company on Yelp. After reading reviews I figured I'd reach out for an estimate. Like any work to be done, I called other companies for estimates. This company came in the middle price wise. What swayed me to hiring this company was his honest approach to doing the job. Edgar came and looked at everything before giving me a quote. Edgar and crew finished the job and cleaned the work space. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I felt comfortable on the price and the work completed. He recommended that I have the house rewired and showed me evidence of potential danger(s) and should be addressed. I hired them to rewire the house. Again completed the job and I am very satisfied and feel safer that the house is up to code. I learned that Edgar was in the process of being certified for HVAC. I am going to have him service my systems soon. Thanks Edgar! read more

Friendly and efficient, work was done promptly and competently. Good value and i would use them again.

Ed was great showed up early and did a very good job, no complaints... Went as smooth as you would like for a business transaction to go

Ed responded and came out quickly (even came earlier than his original time). He diagnosed and fixed our issues on the spot. He also identified a couple safety issues that our previous electricians left behind and fixed those, too. He made some recommendations for improving our electrical reliability and getting into compliance with code but was not pushy or greedy. He took the time to show and explain everything to us respectfully. I will be hiring him in the future! read more

What a difference! In less than 3 minutes, they correctly diagnosed the issue that two other companies could not find. Edgar and Héctor listened to the problem and knew right away to chance the meter socket and replace old aluminum cables. They saved us from a possible fire, as the socket was burned and house had inconsistent power issues. Problem solved...these guys know their craft. They responded right away and finished fast. I highly recommend them! read more

Had a great experience with Ed Electric. My wife met with him and was unfamiliar with how electrical stuff works, but he was able to explain the root of our electrical issue in a simple way. He provided us with multiple cost-effective options and was extremely knowledgable. He also pointed out other areas in our home that needed attention and gave us tips on how to fix those on our own. Edgar went above and beyond, you can tell he truly cares about his customers. Ultimately, they did a great job and he was able to fix my electrical issues in a short period of time, while leaving everything clean and neat upon his departure. Thank you! read more

Edgar and his partner came to replace a ceiling fan on a 11 foot high ceiling. He quoted via Yelp and was able to accommodate our schedule. He arrived nearly 30 minutes early (which I approve of! No waiting around!) and put on his booties and checked out the situation. They got to work right away and finished in about an hour. He even had to replace a wall switch that had gone bad. He cleaned up the debris, took the old fan with him to recycle, and showed us the controls of the new fan. Very personable and professional!! I'd certainly use him again!! read more

Edgar and his associate came to my rescue when we had some strange lighting issues happening to our condo. I received many quotes, many of which were outrageous and impractical, and Edgar simply said he would come by the following day to review the issue and repair it on the spot if possible. After meeting with Edgar and discussing the issues, he was able to not only resolve the current issue, but point our attention to poor wiring and an almost fire hazard which he graciously repaired! Edgar helped resolve a bulb issue, changed a few light switches to be LED compatible, resolved a wiring issue, and installed new bathroom light fixtures. We know in the future we have to replace some bulbs and more switches, and at that time we will definitely be using Edgar! His company is efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. read more

I must say that it was a pleasure having Edgar and his brother hector working on my house today. They showed up early and got straight to work. Being a new homeowner isn't easy, but they walked me thru everything I needed to know. They were able to stop the job, teach me, and tell me why it's important to upgrade wires and specific igniting was needed. Yes my initial quote went up, but at the end of the day, it looks great and I'm satisfied it's all done. I'm not good at electrical work but these guys are professionals. I'll definitely call him back for any extra work. Thanks Edgar and Hector! read more

Awful. I hired this firm to dress chandeliers that had already been hung with crystals, in a new construction hole. Edgar started arguing with another contractor telling him to move his equipment unnecessarily. Edgar and the other worker were completely confused when they looked at the directions for the chandeliers. They had no idea where to start. Ultimately, they walked off the job, which was a GOOD thing. Avoid this company if you value professionalism/ this organization is as unprofessional as they come. read more
