At no point did Ryan come off as impatient or made me feel like he was rushing. He completed the fix quickly, but was very thorough in his work (something that comes with experience, practice, and being confident in the work). Update: the company is now actually having a defamation attorney threatening to sue me unless I take down the bad review and blackmail me into paying over the quoted price !!
