The furnace is over 20 years old and I thought for sure he would tell me I needed to buy a new furnace. Instead he did a detailed inspection while taking pictures with a high-end endoscope. As he was inspecting the furnace he explained what he was looking for and why. He also checked the air flow and CO2 levels. Of course, a new furnace would be more efficient, but for now, he made sure it was working and did not find any problems. He also collected all the data he needed to recommend a new furnace when I need it. I have been using CSL for 3 years now and have been very satisfied with the company and their technicians.
